Basic room with few extras. Clean and the price is right

Venetian Blinds are not sufficient window coverings. I really didn't want to wake up at 5:30 with the sun. And the front desk's response was "we don't do curtains the blinds are part of our brand". Wonderful you do you. I won't do WoodSpring Suites.... ever again

It was well kept. I loved that each room had its own kitchenette for longer stays this would have been perfect. I do recommend that the office add feminine products to their emergency stash of supplies for female guest caught by surprise—it happens. Unfortunately my supply didn’t get replenished and the girl at the desk literally said “use washcloths”?

Was a little disappointed,, website showed ammenities. Usually they are in The room when they list them, but we had to go to the front desk to check them out on daily basis. Should have told us that before hand Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for about a week. The price was great. But please understand that you will be giving up some of the luxuries in exchange. No daily linen change. No room cleaning. No free shampoo and bath soap. No dishes to use. So if you know about these omissions and you are ok with it, you will enjoy your stay. There is a shopping center across the street. We just went and got the things we needed. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. It’s in a nice area of town. Yes like other have said. The walls are thin and you can hear the TV from the room next to you clearly. But that’s my only negative We will be looking at this place as our first choice option hotel whenever we are in town.
