The front desk clerk, Landon, was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and beds comfortable. Elevator and hallways were very dirty ...floors really need to be cleaned. Pool was very disappointing....water was green, floor of pool was gritty, and lots of hair and debris floating around. ,

We booked this hotel for its central location and good rating on Expedia (higher when we booked). It offered breakfast and a pool, which seemed ideal. The gentleman who checked us in and out was kind and professional. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Cleanliness: The room didn’t appear to be properly cleaned—dust throughout, a dirty comforter, and random hairs. The pool had bugs and a film on the surface. Noise: There’s a gap under the room doors, so we heard everything in the hall plus cars racing on US34 all night. Service: We received a text asking about our stay, but my reply only got an auto-response. We were told housekeeping wouldn’t come until day 3, yet they came after night one and still didn’t change the dirty bedding. Outside of check-in/out, staff were rarely seen (only heard chatting in the back). Breakfast: On the first morning, well before the end time, the area was completely wiped out with no food and almost coffee left. The other mornings were better. Facilities: The elevator worked the first day but not after. Signs had handwritten Radisson stickers, and wall décor was crooked or missing, making the hotel feel unfinished. Overall, while the location was convenient and staff we dealt with polite, the lack of cleanliness, noise, inconsistent service, and run-down feel made our stay disappointing. We wouldn’t stay again.

The parking was bad. Big trucks took over half the parking lot. Everything else was fine.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There are repairs and replacements on going at the property, showing an attempt to improve the hotel. The furniture in our suite was very stained and run down and needs to be replaced. The elevator was out of service for most of the stay.

Was suppose to get 2 queens beds and got 1 queen 1 double. Swimming pool closed and wasnt mentioned during booking. Beds are uncomfortable.

I stayed here to attend a dog show. The hotel is very pet friendly. Pet owners were respectful and it was therefore a nice relaxing stay. I also appreciate the breakfast that had eggs sausage potatoes and a nice array of food.

The staff was great, the room was nice & clean. The breakfast was basic but ok for being included. The pool room needs work - 10 degrees outside & the AC was blowing in the pool room like it was August, none of the staff could figure out how to shut it off.

The pool was disgusting and needs cleaned. The entire place seems like it’s half under construction with a lot of edging missing. Our room was old, pillows sucked and the furniture needs replaced. You should also have the rooms cool for your guests. We arrived and the AC was off and it felt like a sauna in our room. The office chair plastic was peeling away.

Both rooms had dirty sheets and open shampoo bottles. Dirty. Thankfully we got a refund and did not have to stay.

Drapes were dirty. Cobwebs in the corners. Patchwork in bathroom ceiling. No trim around front door.

The soles of my feet were black from walking on the floor of the room. There was hair in several places in the bathroom. The hallway appeared that it had not been vacuumed and was that way for two days.

Hotel was filthy floors looked like they have not been cleaned for days. Room was fair but front door would not close properly. The noise traveled from other rooms which made it hard to sleep. Walls in the room had holes in them that were covered up with drywall mud.

I did not know until I checked in that I would be charged a deposit of $100 dollars in the event that there are damages, smoking in the room or if I had a pet. And that it may take a week to get refunded the amount. Room was dirty. Floor needed mopped and swept. There was a shoe print on the ceiling. Food smeared on the lining of the curtain. In the morning I noticed that there was black pet hair all over the bedding. I had probably slept in unclean sheets. I was very disappointed with my stay.

The room was not in pristine condition. The wall behind the desk was scuffed up, the outlet for the coffee machine did not work, the paint in the bathroom is ugly and does not match the floor or shower, the hotel room floors were filthy. Also, I don't appreciate the $100 security deposit when checking in that takes 10 days to be refunded.

The room was gross. A film of cleaner left on everything. The floors weren’t swept thoroughly. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. They messed up my reservation twice. I do not recommend staying here.

The room was so dirty. Chunks of hair in the bathroom and the bed looked like it had been slept in. Staff and I went and looked in three different rooms before we found one half way clean one.

Staff were friendly, but the hotel was very dirty/rundown, looked like it was in a transitional phase but nothing was actively happening? The room/floors especially needed cleaning, but even common areas were dirty. And lobby NOT as pictured?

Floors were dirty— mini fridge was noisy— air conditioner was noisy—tub spigot dripping- room smelled like dog Breakfast meat looked like dog food pellets— and appeared to be burnt and dried out—- biscuits were hard Coffee was like brown water

The case around the heater/ac was broken and it let in cold air that blew directly in on the thermostat, so the heater turned on and off every 2 or 3 minutes. There were no extra blankets in the room, otherwise else was fine. Don't stay in room 206.

The AC needs to go colder than 68. Absolutely ridiculously hot

Good basic hotel. We only stayed one night. The front desk staff was a bit slow but eventually did the job. Room was fine. Clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Again, just basic.

Property definitely shows deferred maintenance. Furniture is old. Air conditioner was only about 18” from side of king bed and blew straight into the side of the bed, instead of out into the rest of the suite. Won’t be staying at this property next time we’re in town. The old saying “you get what you pay for” is very fitting here. Price was reasonable, but still too much for the subpar hotel.

Fridge did not work - maintenance couldn’t fix and so we lost all our leftovers and had no cold drinks. They offered to let us put in a downstairs kitchen but that’s not adequate. Shades had holes in them so Sun woke me up at 5:45 and it’s very noisy. Traffic all night.

The sofa bed was broken. The sofa would tip over if you tried to pull the bed out

Booked a king room all kings given away when we checked in at 4. The queen beds were very small. Carpet worn out in hallways and stairs. Kids yelling and dogs barking well after midnight

There are only so many times you can put a coat of paint on something. The tile floors make it a noisy room and the movements from an upper floor can be heard. The bathroom door was too wide and the counter in the bathroom had to be altered. The detail was poorly executed. The floor was dirty. The hallway carpet was dirty. The parking lot had trash. The breakfast area was not maintained during service. Coffee ran out. Tables (and floors) were dirty.

Staff was nice and helpful.

We came in last night. The check in clerk was very rude. She took about 12-15 minutes to check us in. Condescending tone when asked if there was a problem with the process. Staff are the face of the company. Not a great impression.

We travel often. My husband has worked for the Hilton and the Marriott. We have never been asked to pay $45 to check in 50 minutes early when the room is available. This property should reevaluate this policy..

The day reception was not that friendly the night receptionist was awesome. He was great.

I think I woke up the guest agent at the desk when I checked out in the morning . I think she was sleeping in the back . Very grumpy

Time the night clerk was very help and accommodating for our special needs. He was five star!

Had zero knowledge of 100 dollar security deposit. Canceled immediately

If it weren’t for Jay at the front desk my stay would have been horrible! You couldn’t get towels for the swimming pool and breakfast the first morning an hour and a half before they close, they were out of eggs waffles and syrup but Jay immediately took care of those issues for me. The rest of the staff was not very accommodating or nice but Jay really made up for everything!

Checked in Friday night at 9:30pm for a Friday & Saturday night stay. The front desk employee Tone was so nice and working his butt off, literally the only reason this review has 2 stars. From the get go the place was dirty. The hallways were gross and a water bottle sat in the corner of the hallway during our entire stay. But it's a country inn so it's not like we were expecting the Hilton-we just needed a place to sleep for a baseball tournament. The real problem lies on Saturday. We left the hotel at 7:30am for our sons games & didn't return until the late afternoon-once we returned & our son took a shower, we realized our room had zero hot water. Then I noticed a trail of blood splatter up our wall and then onto the ceiling. As I went to the front desk to talk to someone, my 7 year old daughter appeared from the front desk. Now I absolutely take FULL responsibility for the fact that my daughter was not in her grandmas room like she was supposed to be and we handled that between ourselves. But right behind her followed the girl from the front desk, Mercedes. She proceeded to tell me my daughter was up front messing with their hand sanitizer, which I immediately got on her, Mercedes proceeded to interrupt me as I spoke to my daughter and started speaking to my daughter in a down right disgusting tone and scolding my child in front of me while I was mid sentence. It was so inappropriate especially for someone in a customer service role. This interaction did not start us off

Well the breakfast was limited to very little stuff and we were total of twelve days and only got room cleaned about 3times The one day I asked to have cleaned because it hadn’t been cleaned for two days and trash was overflowing . We came back later in day and asked why our room hadn’t Ben cleaned the desk clerk said it wasn’t our day I asked to have trash picked and she told me it was up to me to take out the trash they didn’t offer that service

Another great 5 nights at Country, in spite of no handicap accessible rooms for first two nights & smoke detector's weak battery beeps every minute since 5a till 10a when maintenance replaced battery. All of the staff was very friendly & helpful with switching our room as soon as available even helping us move our clothes. Have stayed there three previous times & will stay there again. Very safe location, eateries very close, mall less than 10 minutes away.

Liked the location, near to shopping and dining places. The room was cleanliness was ok. Disliked that the people above our room were noisy. You could hear them trampling around all hours. The staff were ok too.

The bed was comfortable and room was nice. As a person using a mobility scooter, the elevator was a bit difficult to access since it’s not a direct door in the hallway. More like go into a closet then turn to get in the elevator door. Pet friendly with grass. However, went to breakfast about 8:30, said open until 10:30, and most of hot food was gone and not being refilled.

Continental breakfast was excellent!

On the whole is was good. The property is older and could use updating. The breakfast was lacking enough food for the guests, no syrup for the waffles. Milk and coffee needed to be refilled. There wasn’t eggs or potatoes. They seemed ill prepared for the amount of guests.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Food items had run out and there was one staff member working to keep items stocked. He was working hard but there was alot to do.

Weekend breakfast wasn’t replenished and was almost empty when there was 3 hours left for breakfast hours. The warm breakfast was cold. There was a lot of construction work at the hotel front entrance and inside hotel. Only had one staff that was friendly and pleasant.

The pillows were terrible, they flattened and gave no support. At 8:30am the Breakfast was gone. 3 Yogurt’s, no pastry, and a TBS of eggs. Nothing was replenished.
