Room was clean alittle dated nice a quite . Gym was ok but had to wait for someone using the gym to let me in as there was no one else around . I had the breakfast freshly cooked in morning and honestly one of the best I have had would stop again just for that again

This place is really nice. The location and setting is nice and peaceful. The food at the hotel is amazing also and worth a visit just for this! Another perk was the free gym with the stay which I made use of. The room was decent and comfortable and the bed was made up every day. The only thing I found that could be better was the water pressure for the shower but it was ok enough to get by, and there’s no sound proofing at all in the room I was in. I could hear every move and breath of the neighbour and everything they were watching. I didn’t mind this but I can see how it might affect someone’s stay. I also had to consider my noise levels a bit more especially when on phone calls/face time with kids. Overall great stay and would definitely visit again as the setting really is nice. Especially if you get the weather right!

Staff and the range of good quality food was excellent. Rooms basic but okay. Bathroom needs updating and modernising desperately as poorly laid out and a lot of mold visible.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced. The biggest issue was the extreme heat. The room had no air conditioning, and when I arrived it felt like walking into an oven. Even after running several fans continuously for nearly two hours, the room temperature was still around 29–30°C, making it extremely difficult to sleep. To try to cool the room down, I had no choice but to open the door and windows. Unfortunately, because there were no insect screens, the room quickly filled with mosquitoes and other flying insects, making the night even more uncomfortable. The accommodation is a wooden lodge rather than a traditional brick building, which appears to retain heat much more than expected during hot weather. I also discovered that the toilet seat was detached/loose, and it had clearly not been repaired before guests checked in. In addition, the chair cover in the room had visible stains, which raised concerns about cleanliness. What disappointed me most was the staff’s response. I reported the excessive heat immediately after checking in, but the response was indifferent. I was simply told there were no other rooms available. Only after repeatedly asking was I given a few fans, which did not solve the problem. There was no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation or offer any compensation. Considering the room condition, facilities and service, I do not believe this stay offered good value for the price paid. I hope the hotel improves its
