One of the best hotels I have ever booked through Hotels.com. A friendly & professional staff, with excellent food (Dinner and Breakfast) and excellent Onsen style bath in the room with a perfect view of the bsy.

Very nice and kind staff. The property was fancy but missing details like the bathroom light was too dark and flushing problems. The other part of the property was still under construction. That made me feel like something was undone. It would be much better if they finished the rest of the construction.
