ショッピングをするには、とても便利で、フロントには、荷物ロッカー、wowpasの機会、コンビニもあるのでとても助かります。ただ一つ難点は、エレベーターに乗るのにとにかく時間がかかる事部屋数に対して3つしかなく、狭いので、やっと乗れると思っても何度か見送らなければいけない事が、ありました。

One of elevator took forever so make sure you take one that far from front desk. 綺麗で便利だし、チェックアウトした後もロッカーに預けられるので最後のお買い物も可能。ただカウンター近くのエレベーターは永遠に来ないので、遠い方のエレベーターを使ってください。

地下鉄の駅から近く、移動しやすいのが良いです。ただ以前宿泊した時もエレベーターが到着するまでに時間がかかりましたが、今回は3基あった内の1基が使用出来なくなっており、よりエレベーター待ちの時間が長く感じました。 1階からロビーがある3階までは階段があれば荷物が少ない時はエレベーターを待つより早く到着しそうですが、エレベーターしかないのか分からず、とりあえずエレベーターを待っていました。お部屋は広くて静かで良かったです。

エレベーターがなかなか来ず、来ても満員で乗れない。何度も見送った。とても不便で時間を要した。エレベーターを低層、高層階にするなど満遍なくどの階の人でも使用できるといいなぁと思いました。他は言うことないとても満足のいくホテルでした。

シャワーの出が全く良くなく足拭きマットも無くバスタオルはうっすら汚れていてボロボロ洗面所には髪の毛が落ちてました。枕カバーが既にシミが付いて使えなかった。立地だけは最高ですがもう一度泊まりたいとは思わないです。

空港バス停から近いのと明洞駅の真上なのは大変魅力的だが、施設が古く、エレベーターが来るのが遅い。窓なしの部屋だったからなのか下水の匂いがする。USBの充電は壊れて使えない。その割には値段が高い。

The room ran very hot and I couldn’t adjust the temperature, so slept with the windows open. The cleaning staff were great and thorough. Didn’t haven’t breakfast as we told there were lots of places in the area with better options. The strength of this hotel is LOCATION. Can’t be beat, heart of shopping and right on the subway line.

Although the location of this hotel was close to Myeongdong station, the thermostat wasn’t able to change. The temperature as well as the mode (Heater/Air Condition) weren’t able to be alter which made our stay very uncomfortable. The outside temperature was less than 10 Degrees Celsius and the thermostat was set on cool. Insulation wasn’t the greatest so we could feel the coldness and it was quite difficult to sleep. Please keep in mind that we came from an area in which it has tropical temperatures all year around.

So, when you get a room, just do yourself a favour and book a room thats bigger than standard double room. I booked standard double and ended up upgrading to bigger room because room was so tight. Bathroom is was tiny. AC is central, so you can’t control it, and if your room is facing south, it usually gets super hot. I had to change room due to temperature issue. Service wise, they were very accommodating. No big smiles but they will answer to your concerns. Warning ⚠️ elevator is super slow. Give yourself extra time especially if you are on a lower floor

立地条件はとても良かった。宿泊者の数に対してエレベーターの稼働が不足していて長く待たされることが多かった。部屋の空調が故障していたのかどうかはわからないが自分で調整することができず、滞在中ずっと部屋が暑かった。

My favorite hotel in Myeongdong. Close to everything. Service is superb! Love the storage area. Put our big luggage while we were in Jeju. Its safe. Like also having a scale in the lobby and kiosk to get internet while in korea.

洗面台の水捌けがかなり悪い。シャワーの水圧が弱すぎる。バスマットないのでフロントに電話したがまず電話に出ない。フロントまで行き伝えると「すぐ持って行く」と言ったのに1時間持って来ない。再度フロントへ。その場でくれた。最初からそうして欲しかった。時間帯かもしれないが、エレベーターそんなに混まない。チェックアウト後忘れ物に気づいて、スタッフに相談したら快く部屋の鍵を貸してくれた。とにかく立地は最高。バス停目の前。駅から1分明洞メインストリートまで3分。毎日掃除。毎日水補充。

Great convenient location in vibrant part of the city and 2 minute walk from Metro. Buffet breakfast has decent selection and good quality. Staff friendly throughout. Rooms are good size with free water in fridge. Convenience store in lobby is nice. Only problem is the AC isn't very good so room always a little too warm and humid.

日本語対応がイマイチ（通じず勝手に電話を切ってしまうスタッフがいる）テレビが突然つかなくなったり、電源が使えなかったり（USBのコンセントもバカになっており使えなかった） DCコンバーターの説明がなく、同行者がたまたま知っていたので使えたが、電源が使えなかった事もありコンバーターの所在がわからなかったら電話の充電も出来なかった

Was excited for this trip just to be disappointed by the unfriendly and unhelpful front desk who initially assisted us for check-in. There were 4 of them standing and NO acknowledgment at all when we were standing right in front of them. There are NO other people checking in at that time to say that they were busy. I had to make a sound to catch their attention. I understand that 3pm is the check in time but being tired from our trip we tried anyway when we arrived at around 2pm. The person just said NO! 3pm! What a welcoming remark. Being a front personnel for a hotel the person could have said, "I am sorry but our check-in time is not until 3pm, for the mean time would you like to rest in our hotel cafe/ restaurant? Or perhaps leave your luggages here so you can easily roam around and come back later? OR our check in is not until 3pm but let me check if there is any room already available at this moment. So many nicer ways it could have been handled.

フロント以外は、清掃の人たちも挨拶してくれてフレンドリーでした。室内も清潔で、窓からの景色はソウルタワーが目の前に見えて抜群に良かったです。日本語が通じないとはいえかフロントの対応が酷すぎる。他は問題ないのでとても残念です。

I stayed in the standard bedroom with a double sized bed. The room was small but adequate and clean. The window would open slightly which was great for getting fresh air. Only complaint was the bathroom door swung into the bathroom, and would hide the vanity, making it so the vanity was only accessible once you entered the bathroom and closed the door. Breakfast was not available when I stayed, and was told that they only make it now when they have large groups staying. Still, there are many cafes open from 7am in the neighborhood so it was not a problem!

This was such a great property to book if you’re wishing to be in the heart of Myeongdong. It makes it such a convenient place to stay because the property itself is in the same building as Olive Young, Metcha Cafe and other stores. Because of this it can get quite busy when using the elevators but the noise itself isn’t such an issue. Would definitely recommend and would consider coming back to this hotel when we go back to Seoul. The rooms are clean however they could do with modernising but in all honesty you spend less than 1/4 of your time in the actual hotel and so I don’t see it as such a con. We also availed the buffet breakfast option and found breakfast to be quite good. It has a good selection and would cater for both western and Asian palettes. Over all 4:5 stars!!

I booked a suite, Room # 1235 had a horrible sewage smell. I requested them multiple times to change the room, but they kept saying we are totally booked. Two nights I spend in a room with horrible foul smell was just terrible. Customer service either dont speak well english or pretend that there is nothing wrong. I had to go down to the front desk multiple times to speak to them as they were not able to understand. Room service lady Joyce from Philippines ( such a nice lady) speak better English then the front desk. My suggestion, stay away from the room # 1235. Location was good.
