Hotel was very clean and equipped with everything we needed including umbrella that we can borrow. They also have storage lockers that we used to leave our luggage while we went to Busan. This service is free up to 7 days if you return and stay with the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious with Korean as well as Western food variety. Subway and bus routes are nearby. It was easy to commute to the many attractions around Seoul. The hotel is also close to shopping districts. There is also a convenient store CU and Starbucks outside and it is surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

Great location with very friendly and multilingual staff! Very clean rooms, comfy beds and they even have laundry/ dryer on the reception floor with a dispenser for laundry soap! Very convenient location with CU and starbucks on the first floor! Plenty of restaurants walking distance with the subway close by. The only thing I would've loved was if there was a gym, but otherwise 5/5! Would highly recommend!

1階コンビニ、フロントwowpass機械ありがたかったです！フロントのお姉さんも日本語で話してくれたので安心できました。お部屋は狭いですが、親子3人子供も小さいし寝に帰るには充分です。お風呂は洗い場付き、洗面台トイレも分かれている部屋だったので子連れには重宝しました。排水溝だけ水を流すまで臭いがしましたが、韓国全体的に道中臭いがきつかったのでしょうがないのかな？でも全体的には綺麗だし便利でアクセスも良かったのでまた機会があれば利用したいと思いました！ありがとうございました！

Great location, with City Hall Station nearby, as well as Myeongdong and Namdaemun Market about 15 minutes away on foot. Room was spacious and clean. Towels get changed frequently, and the room has a refrigerator, which gets stocked with bottled water daily. There is a WowPass machine on the ground floor, so you can either buy a WowPass or top it up. There are also washing machines and dryers on site. Wonderful place to stay as a base in Seoul.

客室は綺麗でした。3連泊だったので中日にお掃除をお願いしましたが、クッションフロアにホコリがフワァフワァ、スリッパが捨てられて補充されないなど少々雑な感じがしました。深めの湯船、洗い場があるお風呂はとてもポイントが高かったです。シャンプー等のアメニティもgood スタッフさんもフレンドリーで感じが良かったです。朝食のブッフェもコスパが良いので、試してみる価値があると思います。　また、泊まりたいホテルになりました。

Easy check in, great area, clean room but minor inconveniences with the room itself. A lack of outlets, especially next to the bed/nightstand. The bath/shower room was also a bit challenging since there wasnt space to set dry clothes down to change into if you’re sharing a room with a friend. Bit of mold on the ceiling there too. Otherwise, pleasant convenient stay close to Seoul Station with the Namsan cable car within walking distance

We had a room on 19th floor with view to mountains and Palace Which was great. The room is smaller than photo because most of space is taken up with the bathroom, there was no space for 2 suitcases. Room was small, was very clean. Double bed was right up against the window so hard to get in from that side. Mattress was too firm, had aches and pains on the first day. Just be mindful they don’t hoover, clean bathroom and change bed sheets every day. Not much choice in vegetarian options at breakfast which was disappointing. All the cooked dishes had meat in it Good location though, city hall subway is just a short distance walk away.

I arrived late from Taiwan and didn't make it to the hotel until around 10:40pm. It's easy to spot from the street as it has a big sign on the top of the building. From the front it looks really nice and luxurious. The reception is on the 11th floor, so I guess the hotel doesn't occupy the first 10 levels. The staff were nice and friendly and the check-in was quick. My room was on the 20th floor and it had a nice view. The room itself was quite big with all the amenities you need. They even provide a face mask to freshen up. The bed was big and comfy and I slept well. There's a convenience store next door, which is very convenient. It's also very centrally located if you need to explore the city or head to Seoul station or city Hall station. Overall I had a very pleasant stay here. I would recommend it.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Really efficient check-in and check-out - super simple with the kiosks. The room is nicely set up with amenities like pajamas and slippers. The breakfast was great - a lot of variety, tea, coffee, juice, Korean dishes, and more. The location is perfect - restaurants and coffee shops around that are open late. Walked to Seoul station afterwards. Because it is on the 11th floor (you take the elevator to reception), it was really quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from the street at all. A solid place to stay in Seoul.

14時半くらいにホテル到着。ホテルのメンバーズ登録をすればアーリーチェックインできるとの事で手続きをしたが、スマホの操作でやり慣れなく時間がかかっていたら、受付の女性が明らかにイライラした態度。ようやく終わってエレベーターの方に向かっている最中に同僚に愚痴を言っている様子が見られた。せっかく楽しみにして来て、着いて早々嫌な気分。部屋は綺麗だったが、洗面台、トイレに髪の毛が落ちていてまたガッカリ。口コミが良く、日本語対応OKでたくさんあるホテルの中から時間をかけてやっと決めたのに、残念。

Room was extremely quiet even though I was on the 12th floor. Room had all amenities and the area had lots of restaurants. Staff is friendly and kind. Concierge helped make a phone call to a store which saved me a trip as the item was out of stock. I appreciated the help as I don’t speak Korean. I will return to this hotel.

スタッフの説明が丁寧だったので、すぐにホテルになれました。Netflixも観れて、ホテルでずっと過ごせます。ホテル下にコンビニがあり、小さいのに品揃えがめっちゃよかった。ただ、いつもは土曜日しかしないデモが、平日にもあり騒音と渋滞がスゴかった。(ほぼ近くで過ごすにはあまり関係はないと思うが…) 掃除のたびに、体スポンジが新しくなっていて清潔。今後も利用したいが、連泊をする私には少し高いかな……

日本語が通じること、立地がいいため選びました。バス停も近く主要な観光地へのアクセスには困りませんし、周辺にご飯屋さんも多いので夜に遠くまで行かなくても美味しいものが食べられます。ホテルの下にはコンビニがあるので、飲み物や軽食の購入もできます。朝食を2日分だけつけましたが、韓国のメニューもあり、美味しかったです。毎朝ほとんど同じメニューなので、時間がない日だけつけて、あとは外で食べるのがいいかもしれません。日本チェーンのホテルなので湯船と洗い場が付いている日本式のお風呂がウリなようでした。 10月下旬の韓国は寒く、湯船にゆったり浸かれたのはかなり良かったです。残念だった点は、事前のチャットで確認した際には、バストイレ洗面はすべて別になっていると聞いていましたが、トイレと洗面台は同じスペースにあり、区切りのドアがありませんでした。部屋も若干狭く感じたのがイメージと違った点ですが、普通のビジネスホテルという感じです快適でした。はじめて韓国に行く方や言葉に不安のある方は、ぜひおすすめです。
