値段の割に豪華。28階のため景色も良かったし、部屋も広いところでした。プールも最高ですし、場所も便利なところにあります。近くは凄くローカル感がありますが夜の治安も問題ないです。ただパジャマがなかったり、レストランやランドリーがない、ロビーが狭いといった点が三つ星ホテルになるのかな？それでも他国の同等料金とくらべものにならないくらい豪華。やはりマレーシアのホテルは安いと言われてることを実感します。

There was 20 minutes waiting for the elevators every day. Very crowded. No varm water in the zink. No restaurant.

Too many customers, need time to wait for the lifts. There was no air conditioning inside the lists, very hot.

The check in was awful, the lobby is chaos, I felt ignored. The rooms are nice enough The rooftop pool is small and busy at sunset but the views are amazing Overall a decent stay once we'd checked in

Relación calidad-precio excelente La piscina tiene unas vistas del skyline espectaculares (está a petar de gente, pero vale la pena) El gym de lujo, equipado con máquinas y material Technogym. Lástima que no facilitan toallas, porque hay gente que no lo tiene en cuenta y puede ser poco higiénico (aunque está muy limpio) A mejorar, la cola de espera para poder hacer el check-in. No hay opción de desayuno, en el hall hay un bar, pero tiene poca opción y cierra muy pronto

New hotel in the heart of KL, 100m from Pavilion. Room still smell of paint and a bit dusty, I reckon some deep cleaning is needed. Check in area could be chaos due to disorganisation of the queue. Pool on the 37th floor is nice, not huge but the view is lovely! They just opened for business but lifts already broken down a few times during my stay. Something is not right with the water tank as the tap water is yellowish, maybe no filter?

最高階にはインフィニティプールとジムがあります。眺めが良いです！ ホテル周辺は渋滞が酷く、車でのアクセスぁと時間がかかります。

H This is my 2nd stay at sleeping lion In my opinion the lift service is the minus point as we will have to wait quite long and esp when its the "peak hour" as u can see long queues of occupant just to take the lift up To make matters worse I noticed that the housekeeping was also using the passenger lifts.. Same issue during my 2 time stay Hopefully this can be resolved

It was crowded although wasn’t in peak period. Waiting time for the lift is long and people were queuing for due to the limitations. Waiting for the lift down from the swimming pool at 37th floor can be longer too. Aside from the lift, i am quite happy with the cleanliness of the room. Location is good and convenient as well.

I found a lot of red tiny insects in my room, walking on the vanity table

Location was good and central. Rooms could have been cleaner. Housekeeping just made bed up and gave towels amd water. There was no dusting done or floor in bathroom cleaned. Tv was meant to be smart. Didnt work. Sauna and steam wasnt working either. Fridge in room wasnt working.

2人部屋は思ったより小さめな部屋ですが、おしゃれでした。ベットは硬め。 ユニットバスは匂いが気になりました。 下水の匂い？消臭スプレーとかあるといい。 プールは最上位階にあり、夜景がすごく綺麗でした。 電車やパビリオンがすごく近いです。

Overall was good, except the fridge isnt cold for throughout my stay even after informing the hotel staff on my 2nd stay. The shower head unable to stay at the height i wanted because the shower head holder keeps falling off whenever i tried to keep it stay. It seems the rubber of the holder looses it grip. But overall stay aircon is cold which is good and cleaniness was good, housekeeping okay.

3部屋のファミリールームでした。1つの洗面所は排水の匂いと突然大量にアリが発生し驚きました。

利便性高い場所にあり、深夜便で着いて夜中のチェックインでしたが、治安含め不安なく過ごせました。 室内も清潔でスタッフの方々の対応もとてもよかったです。

The people were very friendly and the property was clean.

Stayed for 8 nights. Pros: Right smack in between the new TRX Mall and Pavilion. Walkable to both malls, about 5min walk to either malls. The hotel is new so amenities are good. Water pressure is good. Has a hose bidet. No bedbugs. Was hesitant about the elevators after reading reviews but did not encounter any issues, thankfully. Cons: Check in seems systematic because you get a queue number. But reception does not follow the system. Those that were given a queue number obviously had to wait for their number and there were those that didn't get a queue number but were attended to first. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in had ants. The reddish kind that bites. They were quite a nuisance since they would crawl into food that is not properly sealed even chips in tube container (e.g. Pringles). Trash bin must be cleared frequently esp after eating. The ants even crawl onto my phone charger cables and annoyingly gets onto the bed if I leave the phone on my bed. The shower has a glass door but it does not close properly. The glass door is the sliding kind. It doesn't close properly, it slides open and wets the floor. Worse is that the towel hook is located next to the glass sliding door. So whenever I shower, I have to hold the door either with my hand or foot to stop it from sliding open to prevent the water from wetting my towel or clothes hung on the hook. Overall, my stay was alright and tolerable. Hopefully these are teething problems.

The television couldn’t connect to the property’s Wi‑Fi. I asked the staff to help me connect, but they didn’t assist. They said the television does not support YouTube. I had to figure it out and connect by myself, and I was able to use both Netflix and YouTube. This is not like what they said about the TV not supporting these apps. It seemed that they just didn’t want to assist me.

Room is too small, and TV didn’t work for the stays. Whole building is very crowded at all times and be prepared to wait & stop for various floors while in the lift. The only merit is location at where shopping and dinning are accessible.

Location is good - the prime area in KL. Room is very small for 11 nights stay

Strategic location. Walkable distance to shopping malls. Bed is comfy. Cons are the room is quite small and sound proofing is poor. However, will choose to stay here again for next shopping trip.

While this property LOOKS amazing... Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay at all. It's ALWAYS busy - everywhere. Queues for the lifts, and guests push you out of the way to get into the lift first, even though you were there before them. All night you can hear people walking and talking up and down the corridor and opening and closing their doors - as well as talking and banging through the walls. The pool looks nice - but again, so crowded with rude guests it's just not enjoyable. We thought the bathroom lights didn't work - but actually you just need the right combination of switches the right way - both the ones near the bathroom and the other side of the room. We didn't sleep a wink either night we were there.

The room was pretty cramped. We couldn't spread out like we did in other hotel rooms on our multi-day trip. The TV wasn't connected to the internet, so we couldn't use it. Called the front desk about it and waited for someone to come fix it, but after thirty minutes, we decided to just go to bed. The bed was comfy, and overall, the stay was okay. But I'm glad we only had one night here.

Very new hotel with sufficient amenities, yet wifi signal in our room is barely usable with door opened. Staff seem to be overworked, that shows no concern when we reported our fridge wasn’t working. They could have gotten a 4+ rating if they shows some more sincerity during the few times of interaction. Otherwise location is very convenient.

Location and property were great! Felt a bit understaffed - way too many customers for the # of reception, had to wait in line over 30 minutes just to check in and rooms weren’t ready… Would also love if the pool hours, 7am-8pm, were posted more publicly.

Check-in might take hours for queuing, avoid check-in at busy times. Overall my stay was great and the pool is also awesome.

Staff very nice and helpful

The main feedback is the checking in process. Every day is a bottleneck of guests waiting at the lobby to check in as they only allow check ins to begin at 3pm. This resulted in a 30-40 mins wait and massive crowd at the lobby. I think the management needs to relook into this to manage the flow of guests. However, the room was great and clean. The location is also situated right in between Pavilion and TRX hence both within walking distance. The competitive pricing may convince me again if I do return to KL.

When I arrived the staff were on their phones and no-one liked up to book me in so I had to in interrupt. Other than that it was a great stay, decent room, good view, nice pool.

2rooms for total 2 weeks total over 2 trips in past month but unlike 1st time smaller room, didn’t want to give 2keys, not enough staff so they must be exhausted - unable to do service - my 2nd rom for my staff got a plush toy for returning customer but me the boss got a small room / no perks not able to come back to hotel as not value & no service - like a huge hostel mess now elevator lines like immigration at works airposts

Excellent stay, fantastic value. Loved the pool. Room.was comfy and well equipped. Bathroom very small, not an issue for us though. Great quick check in and out, good location. Would stay again, great value.

Excellent location walking distance to many shopping mall. Surrounding with many local food. Room was clean staff was friendly. Seem like not all lift was in opetation need to queue up for it. Hotel need to improve on check in process, i have done the registration for check in early in the morning, check in time was 3pm i only got the room to check in around 5.30pm! Overalls happy with the stay.

很棒的地點，到pavilion 廣場購物廣場5分鐘走路，就在酒店前面，廣場左轉直走6分鐘就是亞羅夜市，讚！ 熱鬧地區吃喝方便，房價便宜，酒店新開幕，高空泳池很漂亮，櫃臺男服務人員態度親切，大推！

立地は大変よかったです。駅も近くレストランもお店もたくさんありました。部屋も新しく綺麗で満足です。屋上プールも写真映えし、楽しめました。 唯一困るのがエレベーターの待ちですかね。とはいえ、列は長いけど、一気に空く時もあります。 一度部屋の掃除がされてない時がありましたが、電話したらすぐ掃除に来てくれました。 チェックアウト後夕方まで荷物を預かってもらえたのも助かりました。 総合的には、とても良かったです。
