St Giles Southkey

Rooms were of good size and layout. External windows should be kept clean all the time. Now i am disturb by bad view out. When we stayed there, there was a fire alarm system activation. It has taken too long a time( about half an hour) to reset the system after i checked why it had taken so long to establish if there is any real fire condition. Appeared that the hotel had got no established s.o.p. for handling such false alarm. Or is it staff are not competent to hander emergencies. We are return at end of month to stay and it gives me some concern. Hope this shortfall in standards can be resolved asap. Hope this feedback helps. Staff were great. Best rgds. Thank you.

Rooms aren’t clean. Coffee stains on corner of bed, slight blood stains on white sheets. Obvious stains behind the sink area. Extremely rusty toilet door hinges

Room is big and clean. Staffs are friendly and always ready to help.

Attached mall. Good for a short staycation.
