The staff is amazing and very friendly. The room was nice and spacious. Overall we loved our stay. We didn’t have time to go but they have a fitness room and a beautiful pool that I would’ve loved to experience.

This hotel was so clean and nice mean clean it’s sorta dated not much but they have the places clean it was the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in a while and the staff was friendly loved it and will stay here again

Staff is great. Warm, welcoming and helpful. Nice amount of space good toiletries. For our visit it was central for our needs. Could use a full refresh. Furnishings and floor covering tired, remote for tv did not work. A couple of lights did not turn on. A/C worked fine but was noisy when it kicked in. Parking easy to access plenty of spaces. Did not try pool or any other amenities. Breakfast just adequate - we went out to the very good KeKe recommended by front desk. Overall - a success. Going forward: could be significantly better.

We were traveling with our 2-year old grandson for a trip to Busch Gardens and had a wonderful stay! The pool was amazing, clean and warm. The location was perfect with Starbucks right across the parking lot, Busch Gardens was 10 minutes away and plenty of stores and restaurants. Last but not least the staff was amazing!!

Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were spacious. However, our first room had a lot of gnats in the bathroom and our second had broken glass from the previous renters in the closet that we found tiny broken pieces of for days all around the room.

The room/suite was really nice— my only thing I would say is an area of improvement would be the thermostat— the room only became cool when I turned the fan on, instead of auto, & then ran but the temperature never felt consistent— would be clammy then cool, too cool, then back to clammy, etc

I had a great stay. Sierra at the front desk was so courteous and helpful. I checked in late, she was friendly, gave us recommendations, answered all our questions and was very accommodating. Having her at check in made the difference.

Check in was quick and easy! Which was much appreciated after 6 hours of travel. Room was comfortable, clean. It’s a pet friendly hotel so only a mild inconvenience from the people above who had a dog that barked. Called front desk and issue was resolved. Nice area around the hotel and convenient entrance and exit. Starbucks right next door. Breakfast buffet was pretty good and staff keeps common areas looking great. Would definitely stay here again. 😊

General Manager was awesome. Had a fire alarm which caused the hotel to be evacuated. The GM was really engaged and kept us apprised of updates. Later, as I was exiting the property, I observed a guest who was having car problems. As I got closer, I noticed that the GM was there on site assisting him. Although I do not recall his name, I will always recall how he made me feel. Great guy!!!

Front office staff were exceptionally friendly every day as was the breakfast staff. Room was clean and spacious. Overall positive experience will return.

Staff was front desk staff and breakfast staff was amazing. The building could use updating and maintenance. It was very affordable and you get what you pay for.

Check in was quick and easy! Which was much appreciated after 6 hours of travel. Room was comfortable, clean. It’s a pet friendly hotel so only a mild inconvenience from the people above who had a dog that barked. Called front desk and issue was resolved. Nice area around the hotel and convenient entrance and exit. Starbucks right next door. Breakfast buffet was pretty good and staff keeps common areas looking great. Would definitely stay here again. 😊

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. Breakfast was great! Only complaint is that our room was way too cold when we walked in, about 50 degrees. Thermostat was set that low!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, breakfast options were nice and kept fresh. Pool and exercise areas were small but clean. Paved trail to walk along quiet streets.

First interaction with staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Lobby bench could really use a cleaning. I was afraid to sit on it. Room seemed good when we first arrived but then the air conditioning kicked on. It sounded like a jet engine. Talked to staff but they were totally supposedly booked so we could not be moved. Attempted to sleep but impossible. Finally turned it off but shortly after the refridgerator kicked on and it was loud enough to keep you awake. Room got uncomfortable with no air running. Ended up giving up and left at 4 am.
