The positive is the room was very spacious. Loved having the separate bedroom. The beds were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the floors were very dirty, love seat was dirty and shower dripped constantly. The common hallway and elevators were filthy. The lock on the side entry to building didn't lock and there was a homeless (I assume) man sleeping in the stairwell.

Not the top of my list. They really don’t have a gym, machines are broken, or don’t have plugs, weight rack is empty, so don’t bother trying. Room/sheets dont seem clean. Water temperature fluctuates between cold and warm, which made showering very quick. Best thing about the place was that they had plenty of parking.

The staff was great. Our room was very spacious with a door between bedroom and living area. Next door there was a nice sports bar North30 and Village Innon the other side with great breakfast. It was a bit loudduring the day from kids playing in the pool which is normal. Slept great nice and quiet

Theres no control of the exits and security of the parking. The facility was under renovation, so there were old funitere over the parking and workers moving up and down. The pool water was slimy/green. We talk to staff to fix the bathroom shower. But it never got fixed.

Property was not cleaned up. Walkways were dirty, The 1 elevator was filthy. Our bathroom- One light was burned out, Hair Dryer did not work, The bath tub had multiple rust bleeds, Long Hair strands on the shower wall, The shower curtain rod was broken so it would not hold the curtain closed, the tub stall looked liked it had not been scrubbed in a while. Window in was dirty with something black smeared on it on the inside where it could easily be cleaned.

First room smelled terrible like an ash tray. Second room had a stained sofa, rusted lamps with wholes, disgustingly stained linens. Had to even call and ask for clean ones, tub rusted and mold in the air vents. So dirty all around!

I wish I could say it was good. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice, but the shower didn’t work, everything was kind of stained, and there were people running and banging around upstairs until almost 1:00 am. The manager was finally able to get them to stop. The place is very cute and conveniently situated.

Old complex. It was under renovation, no visible signs of construction. Air conditioning was either on or off, did not seem to have any control. Door latch was missing on the bathroom door. We could hear every roller bag that went by our room at 6am.

Pool area seemed nice, but we didn't go into it. Mattress, sheets, pillows, and towels were good, and TV worked well. The room seemed damp, the shower did not drain and I stood in water, the carpet was very poor, wood trim was poor, room was very small, not a nice chair to relax in.

Amenities are excellent! I love the layout, views and homey feel. First you enter the living room, leads into kitchen that leads to the separate bedroom and conveniently located bath.. the view and ambience are great. I am not the only guest that noticed that it is way too loud to be located directly under other guests, especially large sounding guess with kids? All night long every night, like a stampede up there with no regard for time of night/morning. I will definitely stay again, but be sure that I am not under another occupied room.

We have stayed here many times. The staff is super friendly and the location is great. You can walk to many restaurants and bars. We just always have issues with our room‘s AC and hot water. The beds are comfy and the rooms are big but we really just want cold quiet AC and a shower with consistent hot water. We do t spend much time at the hotel because we are visiting our college kids.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner short cycled on/off every 3 minutes. Shower and bathroom sink had no hot water meaning taking a cold shower at 7am. The bar next door to hotel (30 North) has beyond excellent, big, juicy wings.

When I tell you never again. Do not waste your money. Started by calling to inquire about early check in and the guy working at the front desk hung up on me 2X telling me he had a line. When I checked in he charged me $35 but charged me 40. We got to our room and it was fithy. Floor was dirty. Tables were dirty. Lights rusted. Tub rusted. Remotes had no back. Tub dripping. Sheets were even dingy. We left and came back late sleeping on top of the flat sheet so we waited for turn down service which never came. I called and asked for new sheet and to my surprise the girl at the front desk told me I had to request it in the morning. I told her no one told me and my sheets are dirty. She said well who did you tell. I told her I'm telling you. She said all the people are gone but after going back and forth she said she would send someone. To add to that we had neighbors fighting at 1am I'm which I called the main line and no one picked up, people blasting music, the hallway smelled like pee and random people walking around the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel especially considering that I paid nearly $600 for 3 nights. It's no where close to being worth it and the staff is rude and Nasty. It was by far my worst experience. Red Roof will say they will fix it but they won't. Those same people will still be there being nasty and rude to people next year and the year after. So much more i could add but Don't do it to your self. Spend the few extra and head to The Holiday INN

Front desk employees not very helpful. We wanted an early check in as we just came off a cruise. Employee said there would be an extra charge. Then second day key card failed. Went for new card and employee did not say sorry - just swiped a new card and handed it back!

We arrived at the property at 1:15pm. Check in is advertised to be 3pm. So, yes, we were 1 hr and 45 min early. I asked if early check in was possible. The desk clerk said "yes, for a $35 fee." I said no thanks and Asked if I could drop some bags off and was told they have no pace to store them. I've never run into a fee based early check in. We stayed in room 121. The door threshold (bottom of the door) had a gap between the door and outside large enough that I could fit all my fingers under it to the outside world (exposing this room to what ever critter could fit under neath. For sure a small rat or any insect could fit). The dark brown tile floors were visibly dirty and my white socks were filthy after walking around without shoes. The bath/shower tub drain was extremely slow draining and would fill the tub up to my ankles during the time it takes to shower off and I'm quick. Not to mention one time there was zero hot water available to the shower. The rest of the time shower water was at max, just warm. The window curtains were in shambles and missing some hangers making it impossible to close them all the way without pushing a chair or other object against them to hold them closed. The couch had several stains on it. As for furnishings, overall the room was minimally and sparsely outfitted. I will pass on this hotel in the future and do not recommend it.

I arrived early they had dumpsters next to the building and it looked terrible with old furniture and beds . I was in the worst part of town. They wanted $70 early check in and I was there with my daughter for my son’s graduation. In addition I chose not to stay and they still charged my credit card for a hundred dollars. It was awful!!! I assumed because it was on hotels.com it would be decent or redone I am not sure what I thought. I think was definitely not a place to bring my family. I pray in Jesus name for them thy will not mine be done 🙏

Our first room had no hot water. We were told we could check in early for a lower price and when we got there the teenager behind the desk had no idea noone left a note like they said they were going to. When we left they tried to not give me my $100 deposit. The manager was supposed to call us back in the morning and never did.

The staff was great. Our room was very spacious with a door between bedroom and living area. Next door there was a nice sports bar North30 and Village Innon the other side with great breakfast. It was a bit loudduring the day from kids playing in the pool which is normal. Slept great nice and quiet

The hotel room had space but refrigerator didn’t work, towels were horrible, and the coffee machine had old stagnant water in it. The room had more than enough space for a family to move around. You couldn’t request extra blanks or pillows, which I didn’t like since room had no pillows for the pullout sofa or blankets. Overall I would give it a 2 out of a 5. We don’t spend a whole lot of time in the hotel room on vacation so it was ok for our stay but if you do spend time in a hotel room on vacation this would probably not work for you.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner short cycled on/off every 3 minutes. Shower and bathroom sink had no hot water meaning taking a cold shower at 7am. The bar next door to hotel (30 North) has beyond excellent, big, juicy wings.

The parking and entry ways leave very much to be desired, by way of lighting and proximity of elevator, and to decide whether you want to be closer to your room, or if you feel "safe" and park in a well lit area! The towels were "dingy" and I had to use them as bathtub floor coverings because the shower/bath was truly that dirty!

I dont usually rate hotels. But this was the absolute most dirtiest place I have stayed EVER! Room had not been cleaned in a long time. Sheets where stained and smelled. Pillow cases where stained and smelled. I used my shirt to sleep on so I would not be on pillow. The floors where dirty. The restroom ...just nasty. I was only there to rest in between long drive....could not get out of there fast enough. Stay at own risk.
