The hotel in general was nice, very modern. Well decorated, modern decoration throughout the entire hotel and smells very nice. I loved the room, very modern, the bathroom was excellent with absolutely everything you need and more, even Bluetooth in the mirror. It has a restaurant, but we didn’t try it, but it looks nice although is an open space after lobby. The pool was terrible, the water was green, horrible. I asked and the front desk, she couldn’t tell what was wrong. The elevator is a little tricky, the first day of our stay one of them stop working, had to use the stairs. The green areas needed to be clean, it was a work in progress when we checked out.

Staff…. not so much. $4.00 for a cup of coffee that was set out for public use felt disrespectful. Rooms are very nice and clean. Housekeeping is kind and considerate. Lobby, eating area, bar and terrace pool area are exceptional!! This the 5 star. Will come back.

Customer service was great, as i was checking in i was accommodated with a few things. Hotel was clean, quiet and peaceful. Room was clean and comfy. Myself and family enjoyed breakfast, dinner and outside area where pool and lounge were. I really enjoyed this hotel. I will definitely return.

The rooms and the hotel in general is brand new and it looks great. The personnel is courteous and very professional. The hotel elevators were broken for 2 days and being on the 5th floor was very inconvenient without an elevator available. Other than that, it was a good stay.

It literally took 30mins for check-in. No one was at the front desk for 20mins and it took 10 for him to get me checked in. I had to walk up to the third floor twice because the elevator was out of service and shower looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Aside from that, the hotel is very nice.

Friendly staff, no complaints there! Sewer-y smell in the hallways upon checking but it seemed to clear up by evening time. Room served its purpose for the night but the floors had obviously not been mopped so then I was second guessing the cleanliness of other aspects of the room.

The hotel is brand new and very clean and spacious. It’s just off the main road from shopping, dining, and entertainment at a very popular exit in Brandon, FL. Checkin was easy, the rooms were specious, comfortable bed, large bathroom, and excellent price.

The room was very good. Large bathroom, clean room, no carpet flooring. The bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge, but no microwave. The ice machine was close and functioning great. The place was pretty dead so staff was usually slumped in a corner on their phone. The entry was filled with a heavy perfume smell like a cosmetics counter. I think it was to mask the 'non-potable' water smell throughout the halls, like sulfur/eggs. The bar area was so bright and uninviting, very dead. The breakfast area is also the bar, bright. They have a menu to cook food for you, but it is very limited and expensive. The food I got was not good. Eggs with pools of grease on them and sausage patties as hard and thin as a Nilla cookie. I feel no one was on their game because visitors were so far and few. So the room was great, the location to what I needed it for was great, but the amenities weren't very good.

Upon arrival at the hotel the first thing I noticed was the air conditioning was not functioning properly and the common areas including the lobby and elevator were hot. Then the staff was not at the front desk and I had to go looking for them, I eventually found them sitting down eating. Mentioned to the staff it was hot and was told there’s nothing they could do about it. After receiving my room key, locating my room and trying to enter the room the door was extremely hard to open like it was stuck, it took me using my shoulder to open the door. Once I was in the room I noticed that there were no trash bags in the trash cans, the toilet paper had brown spots on it, the room was hot and required me putting the ac down to 68 which caused the ac to run all night. In the morning the house keeping crew knocked on my door at 830am when check out wasn’t until 11am. Great hotel, good service from the staff. Location is excellent. The only thing that really diminished my experience was the TV. No ability to connect to streaming services or to cast from my device. For a new hotel, that was disappointing. TV placement within the room was also a little goofy. The rest of the room was fantastic!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location was good, the hotel was nice and very clean. The room I was in 410 was horrible and honestly may never stay here for a second time because of it. Again, it was nice and clean the door was jammed so bad, I had to jam my entire body against it to open or close it. The room was incredibly humid- I put the ac starting at 71 then eventually lowered to 68 and had to sleep on top of the covers and still was sticking to the bed. Tossed and turned all night. It’s on me for not saying anything I realize, it was finally almost 2am when I couldn’t take it but didn’t want to walk to the lobby to complain and move rooms at that time in the middle of the night prior to a work meeting.

Housekeeping comes every 3days unless otherwise requested. Bed is super comfortable, you practically melt into the sheets. It located near ifly and top golf also located near the Brandon town center. Highly recommend!

They didn’t clean our room and when we asked the staff if someone could clean while we were away, the front desk was a little snappy. Overall a great hotel.

The hotel is nice, very clean, good linens comfortable bed. Check in desk clerk was friendly. We paid extra for what was noted as a full breakfast but were charged $4.00 for a coffee. When I asked the waitress she advised that you could only get juice or coffee not both, I thought this didn’t make sense but paid for the coffee as I was not going to make an issue for $4.00 in my experience a full breakfast includes coffee and juice. The toilet in our room didn’t flush when we called front desk for someone to bring a plunger I was told that there was no one on duty but I could come down to get the plunger, I had to go to front desk and get it We tried to unclog the toilet to no avail luckily we noticed before anyone had to use the toilet to defecate. We called the front desk again and were provided a different room but had to wait in the dark until my husband went down with our current room keys to get the new room key as he was told that he had to bring back the key before getting the new key. (This was at 11:30 pm) there should have been someone on duty to deal with this.

Once I was in the room I noticed that there were no trash bags in the trash cans, the toilet paper had brown spots on it, the room was hot and required me putting the ac down to 68 which caused the ac to run all night. In the morning the house keeping crew knocked on my door at 830am when check out wasn’t until 11am. These details made my stay very unpleasant and considering this was the “grand opening” of the hotel I feel like they should have not happened.

It literally took 30mins for check-in. No one was at the front desk for 20mins and it took 10 for him to get me checked in. I had to walk up to the third floor twice because the elevator was out of service and shower looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Aside from that, the hotel is very nice.

The hotel is brand new and very clean and spacious. It’s just off the main road from shopping, dining, and entertainment at a very popular exit in Brandon, FL. Checkin was easy, the rooms were specious, comfortable bed, large bathroom, and excellent price.

My son and I enjoyed our stay at Cambria. It’s in a nice calm area, rooms, gym, main area as well as the laundry room are in excellent condition. Cambria also has an excellent staff. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel, good service from the staff. Location is excellent. The only thing that really diminished my experience was the TV. No ability to connect to streaming services or to cast from my device. For a new hotel, that was disappointing. TV placement within the room was also a little goofy. The rest of the room was fantastic!

Very modern and clean. Tech features in room including Bluetooth mirror in bathroom, keycard activated lights, ability to mirror phone to tv. Housekeeping comes every 3days unless otherwise requested. Bed is super comfortable, you practically melt into the sheets. It located near ifly and top golf also located near the Brandon town center. Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing aside from the breakfast the next morning. The eggs weee like rubber and the bacon was rancid or fried with something rancid. Very very disappointing!

The hotel is nice, very clean, good linens comfortable bed. Check in desk clerk was friendly. We paid extra for what was noted as a full breakfast but were charged $4.00 for a coffee. When I asked the waitress she advised that you could only get juice or coffee not both, I thought this didn’t make sense but paid for the coffee as I was not going to make an issue for $4.00 in my experience a full breakfast includes coffee and juice. The toilet in our room didn’t flush when we called front desk for someone to bring a plunger I was told that there was no one on duty but I could come down to get the plunger, I had to go to front desk and get it We tried to unclog the toilet to no avail luckily we noticed before anyone had to use the toilet to defecate. We called the front desk again and were provided a different room but had to wait in the dark until my husband went down with our current room keys to get the new room key as he was told that he had to bring back the key before getting the new key. (This was at 11:30 pm) there should have been someone on duty to deal with this.

The room was very good. Large bathroom, clean room, no carpet flooring. The bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge, but no microwave. The ice machine was close and functioning great. The place was pretty dead so staff was usually slumped in a corner on their phone. The entry was filled with a heavy perfume smell like a cosmetics counter. I think it was to mask the 'non-potable' water smell throughout the halls, like sulfur/eggs. The bar area was so bright and uninviting, very dead. The breakfast area is also the bar, bright. They have a menu to cook food for you, but it is very limited and expensive. The food I got was not good. Eggs with pools of grease on them and sausage patties as hard and thin as a Nilla cookie. I feel no one was on their game because visitors were so far and few. So the room was great, the location to what I needed it for was great, but the amenities weren't very good.

Hotel was ok. I booked and paid for the breakfast through the site but no one explained where to get it. Sat down at the restaurant where the server couldn't understand when i was asking if that was the"included breakfast." Turned out it wasn't so i ended up paying for my breakfast and the front desk made no attempt to refund or even apologize for the confusion. The visit was very nice. The staff were very courteous. The only thing that I did not like is that you have to pay for breakfast. The good thing I did notice is that you can buy dinner and drinks right at the hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel! I had been looking for a place to stay for a while, and I’m so glad I chose this one. From the moment I arrived, I was treated so well. Everything was very clean, the bedroom was super comfortable, and the whole place smelled wonderful. The staff were also very polite and welcoming. I added breakfast to my daily rate for a little extra, and it was definitely worth it. They had a great menu with plenty of good options.
