Would stay here again! Friendly staff and great Hotel! Gated entrance/exit very secure. The mattresses were extremely firm for my liking, would've preferred something a bit more comfortable. Parking spaces are not meant for larger vehicles but offer additional parking towards back of lot.

The staff is excellent. The parking is awesome. There is an automatic security gate. The room was clean but the condition was less than expected vs the online photos. There is a charge for the in-room coffee. The complimentary breakfast is a healthy scrambled egg and refried beans with fresh orange juice and coffee. Only a block away from the El Rancho restaurant.

I like that it was very convenient, I felt safe because is gated. Friendly staff. The only problem that I saw was the pool, needs to be cleaned, but it was nice to sit and relax.

The staff is really friendly around the clock. The room is very clean you could actually smell the cleanliness from the bed sheets to the walls and the restroom too. The staff really makes you feel as if your part of the team. This was the first time I tried the breakfast it was very taste yet my partner wasn't able to try it since he was asleep and I wasnt allowed to take the food to the room like in other places I've stayed in. The breakfast sitting area is to crowded. Maybe trying smaller tables yet don't get me wrong it was very good. This was my first time on the 2nd floor it was ok. I still prefer the bottom floor building 2 the building where you could park by your room. Those rooms are more up to date style wise. Yet over all I don't mind any room nor any floor since the rooms across the hotel are very clean and the staff is always prompt on helping the guest out. I felt safe staying there even though there is a night club right across the hotel yet we were good and safe..

Bastante recomendable el hotel, muy limpio, habitaciones amplias, cómodas muy bien equipadas con secadora, plancha, frigobar, cafetera entre otras más. Las chicas de recepción muy atentas, amables y siempre te apoyan en lo que necesitas, te recomiendan lugares a visitar o para comer, esta en buena ubicación ya que en la misma área hay bancos, Oxxo, al lado del hotel está un restaurante donde los alimentos están muy ricos, yo iba al consulado y llegue en menos de 10 min.

It is a normal choice if you have 4 paying adults since the room officially supports 4 people (2 queens). Breakfast advertised is not a breakfast but cereal, milk, coffee and chips with mashed bean garnish (small plate). 2 eggs in grease will cost you 7 US dollars extra. 2 eggs in grease with one slice of ham - 14 dollars. The personnel had only one person speaking English so be ready to have a translator. For 85 dollars a night a bang for the back wasn't exactly what I was expecting.

The breakfast sitting area is to crowded. Maybe trying smaller tables yet don't get me wrong it was very good. This was my first time on the 2nd floor it was ok. I still prefer the bottom floor building 2 the building where you could park by your room. Those rooms are more up to date style wise. Yet over all I don't mind any room nor any floor since the rooms across the hotel are very clean and the staff is always prompt on helping the guest out. I felt safe staying there even though there is a night club right across the hotel yet we were good and safe..

The staff is excellent. The parking is awesome. There is an automatic security gate. The room was clean but the condition was less than expected vs the online photos. There is a charge for the in-room coffee. The complimentary breakfast is a healthy scrambled egg and refried beans with fresh orange juice and coffee. Only a block away from the El Rancho restaurant.

Habitación limpia, personal muy amable, amplio estacionamiento, me dieron ticket para desayunar sin embargo no lo utilicé ya que tenía una invitación para almorzar con unos clientes pero se agradece ese detalle, mi única observación es una fuga de agua en el sanitario, de ahí en fuera todo bien.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. Travelled with family. The first thing I’ve noticed was the staff. They are truly a 24 hour staff taking care of your needs. The hotel is simple but the rooms are very comfortable. I really liked the contemporary design. Beds are very comfortable! The shower head was excellent! They have free parking that is gated. Again, the staff always monitoring when you come in or go out. They automatically open the gate for you. The pool next to the parking is small but cozy. A very popular place. Great to wind down, especially in this city where it gets very hot! They also do have a small continental breakfast included but it is very limited, and it is not a reason not to stay here. You are within walking distance to restaurants and bars if you feel like having food and/or drinks. The location is also another reason why we really liked this place. Is within a few minutes of downtown and the international bridge to cross back to USA. Again, if you are looking for a new place to try and want to enjoy a local ambiance, this is the place. Will definitely stay here again.
