Bel hôtel très bien situé face à la plage. Nous avons été surclassés en chambre vue mer. Belle chambre bien équipée. Les parties communes sont très agréables bien que le lobby ne soit pas immense. Par contre la piscine est plutôt petite.

The Orchid is an older hotel but in the best location. It also has available parking but very pricey. It is central to all the great spots, making it extremely walkable. The rooms themselves are very nice, highly recommend a balcony view. The price is worth it.

Very nice. We stayed for Shabbat. Very ice dinner Friday night. (250 shekel) Breakfast is extra or make sure its in the booking. So Shabbat you can leave deposit and get ready snacks/drinks/coffee from the bar. Sweet Hotel. Ps. The pool is on the first floor off of the lobby, small and not private at all. (If you care) We loved this place definitely would come back !!!

Booked a deluxe room with balcony was given a room that was so run down walls were covered in black mildew balcony was so filthy and dirty hotel did nothing to accommodate a change or allow any sort of refund to cancel I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Air conditioner didnt work well and there was a smell... shower didn't work well... water kept going from hot to cold and shower head kept falling... when i told the people in the lobby the guy literally said "yea so". Paid alot of money for the room and was not worth it at all

The front desk are NOT very welcoming to Americans. The lack of welcoming was disappointing. No help with taxi! # no friendly No friendly attitudes instead gave me a paper and I was supposed to just read as I asked questions the attitude was like I should figured it out without questions. Very noise next door neighbors until 2 am Called the front desk 2 times after trying to sleep by 10:30 then after 11::30 the laud party didn’t stoped until around 2am! Its absurd.

We have stayed here several times. Excellent location and if you book a balcony room the views are terrific. Great breakfast, very extensive. But it is now looking very tired and a bit unloved. Paintwork and carpets are tired. No usb sockets in room, old style bathrooms. However if you get it at the right price then take it !

Cleaning the room and changing towels was a big task for the hotel, the tv in our room was out of order and it took 3 calls and 1 visit to the front desk before it was fixed. The hotel has a very good position near the beach.

Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The hotel is right next to the beach, which was incredibly convenient. I checked in late at night without any issues—smooth and quick process. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and decent soundproofing. AC worked perfectly, which was a relief. What really stood out, though, was the housekeeping. Even on days when I didn’t request service or got up late, they still made sure the room was cleaned and supplies were restocked. Really appreciated that level of attention. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to the bar manager and the female night shift receptionist—both were especially welcoming. The highlight of the hotel has to be the sundeck. All in all, I had a great time and will definitely be coming back.

Lack of accountability of desk staff when they charged VAT by mistake. When reimbursed the VAT in shekalim it caused a loss of dollars in my credit card. I ended losing money for a mistake that was not mine. Only answer I got is "I am sorry"

Canalisation qui a explosée devant ma chambre. Pas de climatiseur, pas d’électricité, pas d’eau chaude. Tout l’étage a été évacué, sauf moi avec une jambe plâtrée et une incapacité à bouger. Non assistance à personne en danger. Et pas d’ascenseurs, donc bloquée dans le chambre. Aucune excuse de la part de l’hôtel, comportement indigne et inhumain.

I fully satisfied with hotel location, room clean :), front desk friendly and helpful, the best hotel breakfast that ever had. Great view on the beach. I very enjoyed to have nice walks every morning and evening on the beach:). Flexible with check in and out:). I recommend to my friends and definitely be back when will be in Tel Aviv:).

J’ai payé une chambre supérieure, mais Ma Cousine qui a pris une chambre classique a eu exactement la même chambre que moi. Donc on paye pour rien. J’ai voulu manger le samedi midi à l’hôtel mais il n’y avait pas de snack ouvert le Room services ne marche pas, on n’a pas pu manger de la journée.
