J’avais réservé une place de parking mais je ne l’ai pas eu, le restaurant était fermé, le quartier n’est pas très sûr et l’hôtel est très mal isolé des bruits extérieurs. En conclusion, il vaut choisir un autre hôtel

Overall we had an OK stay, the staff was really helpful and nice. Air conditioning was very weak. The lift made weird noises while moving. The room could use a renovation, the wallpaper was peeling in some places and the room looked a bit tired. The pictures were a bit different than reality... The breakfast was not very good. Parking was nice but with a lower car than Audi RS4 I think the entrance is too steep.

À peine arrivés dans l'hôtel, nous avons constaté que les photos sur Hotels.com n'étaient pas du tout la réalité (hôtel vieillot). Nous prenons la carte de notre chambre pour déposer les bagages et l'odeur en rentrant ne donnait pas envie d'y rester. Nous ressortons de la chambre et voulant vérifier si la porte était bien fermée, je me suis rendu compte qu'elle ne se fermait pas. J'ai donc insisté et le panneau de bois qui se situe au dessus de la porte m'est tombé sur la tête et m'a un peu ouvert le dessus du crâne. Sur cette planche il y avait des clous, donc heureusement que je ne les ai pas pris sur la tête et surtout heureusement que cette dernière n'est pas tombée sur un enfant. Nous sommes partis à la réception avec la planche en question et le personnel était désolé de cet incident. Le personnel justement était très sympathique et nous a reclassé dans une chambre plus grande mais toujours aussi vieillotte et nous a également offert le spa.

Die Hotelzimmer sind dreckig, Möbel demoliert, Essen kalt, nicht genug.Kaffemaschine defekt. Hatte eigenrs Btrötchen dabei und habe dieses mit einer Scheibe Käse belegt um mitzunehmen, daraufhin kamm der Kellner und hat mich unfreundlich aufgefordert fdafür zu bezahlen. Daraufhin brachte er ein Kartenlesegetät mit dem Betrag ich soll 5€ bezahlen. Ein ungemütliches Ambiente. Schranktresor defekt, keine Batterien vorhanden da der Safe nicht funktioniert. Zimmer stinken. Vor dem Hoteleingang ist der Teppich schon gewellt, es ist eine stolperfalle. Beim einkaden der Koffer ist man darüber gestolpert und gestützt. Der Kofferwagen stand für Gäste nicht ersichtlich im Eingangsbereich. Diesen entdeckten wir beim Checkout und haben ihn dann zum Verladen des Gepäcks genutzt. Finger weg von diesem Hotel!!!

In dem Hotel war ich schon mehrere Male. Ich würde dafür keine 4 Sterne geben aber gute 3. Das Hotel war früher ein NH Hotel und daher sehr gut und hochwertig eingerichtet. Mit der Zeit ist der Glanz natürlich nicht mehr da. Die Zimmer sind trotzdem sauber auch WC etc. Ich würde nur empfehlen die Wände neu zu steichen und evtl. das eine oder andere Mobiliar auszutauschen. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Amplias instalaciones y habitaciones que cuando abrio tubo que ser de 10 pero hoy en dia , carece de limpieza, necesita urgentemente una reforma , suelos de madera muy desgastados y descuidados ,zonas levantadas y sucias. Zocalos rotos con necesidad de ser cambiados , ventanas sucias , pero no hacer 1 mes que no se limpian , camas incomadas , y baños sucios, papel en las paredes levando y marcas de antigas fugas de agua sin pin pintar amarilla. La verdad que una pena de lo que pudo ser y en el abandono que esta .

Although an older hotel, the rooms were clean and tidy. The best part of the hotel was the front desk staff. Very attentive and professional. Friendly, super friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nous avons été particulièrement déçu de la qualité pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Robinetterie dans la salle de bain casse, un toilette non fixé ce qui a valu une petite frayeur en se penchant pour attraper quelque chose, des rideaux troués de partout, le papier peint qui se décolle. Et le Pire de tout le bruit. Chambre très peu insonorisée nous avons eu droit aux hurlements dans la rue la nuit, aux ébats du couple au dessus de nous a 5h, à la conversation Skype qui a duré toute la nuit des voisins. Pour le prix nous nous attendions à mieux. Le seul point positif était la taille de la chambre supérieur ainsi que le lit. Nous avons aussi regretté une petite bouilloire afin de nous faire couler un café ou un thé dans la chambre. Et la clé de la porte qui se désactive chaque fois que le service de chambre fait le ménage

Desayuno muy pobre y de mala calidad. Habitaciones cln papel pintado desgarrado. Olor a humedad en todo el hotel. Todo muy viejo. Espero que no responda el hotel a este mensaje diciendo que estan a punto de hacer reforma ya que llevan diciendolo mucho tiempo. Evita este hotel, por lo menos si vas de negocios.

Nous avons été assez déçu lors de notre arrivée car nous pensions être dans un hôtel de 4 étoiles et malheureusement nous avons jugé que nous étions plutôt dans un hôtel 1 étoile. La chambre avait un décor des années 1975 sans être aérée, une climatisation qui faisait énormément de bruit etc …

Nous avons été assez déçu lors de notre arrivée car nous pensions être dans un hôtel de 4 étoiles et malheureusement nous avons jugé que nous étions plutôt dans un hôtel 1 étoile. La chambre avait un décor des années 1975 sans être aérée, une climatisation qui faisait énormément de bruit etc …

Lovely, friendly staff. ⭐️ Rooms are a bit outdated. TV did not work, I was not there to watch TV so it didn’t bother me. Regulating the water in the shower was a bit of a challenge. Rooms are big and have a mini fridge, very convenient. It suited my purpose.

Die Hotelzimmer sind dreckig, Möbel demoliert, Essen kalt, nicht genug.Kaffemaschine defekt. Hatte eigenrs Btrötchen dabei und habe dieses mit einer Scheibe Käse belegt um mitzunehmen, daraufhin kamm der Kellner und hat mich unfreundlich aufgefordert fdafür zu bezahlen. Daraufhin brachte er ein Kartenlesegetät mit dem Betrag ich soll 5€ bezahlen. Ein ungemütliches Ambiente. Schranktresor defekt, keine Batterien vorhanden da der Safe nicht funktioniert. Zimmer stinken. Vor dem Hoteleingang ist der Teppich schon gewellt, es ist eine stolperfalle. Beim einkaden der Koffer ist man darüber gestolpert und gestützt. Een prima hotel! Verwacht geen super luxe zaken, maar wel een prettige kamer, bedden en niet onbelangrijk, netjes en schoon. Voor een bezoek aan Barcelona wel een uur reizen, treinen rijden 'S avonds tot 23.00u Maar taxi via cabify(app) is zo geregeld en niet al te duur.

Las habitaciones son correctas, las mini cocinas correctas, pese a las actualizaciones no realizadas. El ruido de los frigoríficos (no una nevera integrada (que se las cotizaríamos ocultas en un mueble, el cual insonoriza), se hace un deporte de riesgo conciliar el sueño. Atención restaurante cena/ desayuno correctos. Quitado de que cocina abusa de aceite en los olatos, algunos deberian servirlos con un colador de malla para pescar las guarniciones del.pescado. Dicho eso, la comida tenia muy buen sabor.

Overall we had an OK stay, the staff was really helpful and nice. Air conditioning was very weak. The lift made weird noises while moving. The room could use a renovation, the wallpaper was peeling in some places and the room looked a bit tired. The pictures were a bit different than reality... The breakfast was not very good. Parking was nice but with a lower car than Audi RS4 I think the entrance is too steep.

Desayuno muy pobre y de mala calidad. Habitaciones cln papel pintado desgarrado. Olor a humedad en todo el hotel. Todo muy viejo. Espero que no responda el hotel a este mensaje diciendo que estan a punto de hacer reforma ya que llevan diciendolo mucho tiempo. Evita este hotel, por lo menos si vas de negocios.
