Lovely staff, comfy beds and very clean hotel and rooms. It’s In the heart of Seville close to tavernas and shops. The only down side I have to mention is the hotel is having major refurbishment. The bar is closed until spring 2025 plus we couldn’t open our balcony door (room no.210) due to the works being carried out, this made our room rather warm in the morning as the air con wasn’t that great. Saying this, don’t be put off, the hotel it’s spotlessly clean and there are notices all over the hotel apologising to guest about the works going on. If you are driving I would suggest contacting the hotel before your stay to reserve a space. We didn’t know this and it was full so we had to park in a nearby car park. €22 for 24hr.

We arrived late at night, so couldn't see the exterior of the building very well. The next morning we were horrified to discover the whole front of the hotel was demolished. No windows at all, no walls & we were expected to stay in a room adjacent to a complete building site. The hotel room we stayed in on the 2nd floor was tiny, the bathroom was bigger. The air conditioning didn't work properly therefore the room was like a sauna. The breakfast buffet was average & the reception staff didn't really engage with us at all. The only positive was a rooftop pool & bar. Overall this hotel should be closed down while the extensive renovations are taking place. To expect guests to actually pay to stay on a building site is an absolute disgrace. Avoid this place at all costs...

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Nur Premium Zimmer empfehlenswert aber die sind zu teuer für die Leistung. Pool Bereich ist ok aber die Poolbar war geschlossen. Das Zimmer gegenüber war angeklebt, warum wissen wir nicht, gibt aber ein ungutes Gefühl.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y desde allí puedes caminar a muchos sitios de interés, así como también visitar restaurantes y bares locales. Las áreas comunes del hotel están en general muy bien y el personal fue atento y cordial. El área de desayuno era amplio tranquilo, y los alimentos estaban muy bien. Nuestra única queja es con relación a la habitación: por su precio, era sumamente pequeña, más aún el baño. Aunque la habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, persistió durante nuestros 2 días de estancia un mal olor corporal que debe haber dejado el ocupante anterior, así que todo el tiempo tuvimos la ventana de la habitación abierta.

Horrible experiencia, hotel muy antiguo y sucio el lavabo tenia restos de pelos de una persona que se habia afeitado antes , muy ruidoso todas las tuberías suenan sobretodo por la noche y no te puedes sentar bien en el water porque el lavabo esta instalado tan cerca que lo impide. No es recomendable en absoluto.

Lage des Hotels für Sight Seeing war für uns perfekt. In 15 Minuten an der Kathedrale. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer muss dringend erneuert werden. Wenn man den Raum betritt kommt einem ein muffiger Geruch entgegen. Dies liegt nicht daran, dass die Zimmer nicht gereinigt und desinfeziert waren. Es sind die alten Tapeten und die Möbel.

Huge cleaning problems. Seemed to be infected by bed bugs as well as other crawling creatures in the bathroom. Very noisy at night coming from the apartments opposite of our room. Staff was very helpful and concerned, so things might improve. 150 € a night was a lot for a three star hotel, but apparently they can ask for any price during the April Feria in Seville. Would not stay there again.

The room and bathroom were both quite small even though I paid for a larger room I don't think I got it. Sparse furnishings because more wouldn't fit. Beds only had sheets and a thin bedspread. The thermostat was inadequate so the ACwas either on or off (too cold or too warm). Poor night's sleep.

WiFi was pretty weak, I had to stay in a particular spot in my room to access it. I believe as you get higher up in the hotel the weaker the signal was. I was on the 5th floor in the 6-floor building. However, staff were friendly and helpful when called upon.

Wonderful stay at Don Paco!!! Stayed for 6 nights. First night was in a tiny room with bad internet. But, they moved me to a much better room that was perfect! The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Location was perfect. Walking distance to Las Setas, Cathedral, the river, etc. Transportation is very accessible. Supermarket next door. Looking forward to stay there again!!

Unfortunately the hotel was having pretty major construction works during our stay which wasn’t mentioned either on Expedia or on check in. Was violently woken up to very loud works which we found out was directly next door to our room. We had to ask for us to be moved where the reception staff didn’t seem very bothered and pretty unhelpful. The room we had then been moved to had a ‘damp’ smell. The pool however was good, just not a lot of sunbeds. Conveniently placed hotel however, close to the centre of Seville and next door to a supermarket

Viaggio di gruppo. L'albergo, con grande ospitalità, ci ha consegnato le stanze già in mattinata. Le stanze e il bagno erano accoglienti e puliti. La colazione propone una vasta offerta (anche gluten free). La posizione permette una visita del centro storico a piedi e dispone di una fermata dei bus nei pressi. Consiglio!

Very bad customer service. For 3 people using same couple room by adding an extra bed . There were no space left for walking. We were 6 people booked 2 rooms for 3 beds and they provided one room with actual 3 bed (room) and second they accommodated us in 2 bed room. Because they were out of the 3 bed room. They didn’t apologize or compensate. Upon telling them that they have accommodated us in 2 bed room . They lied that it was 2 bed room. Since we had one actual 3 bed room so we were aware about it.

Hotel is undergoing facade renovation but doesn’t affect our stay and there is no renovation. Breakfast is very good, they have nice freshly orange juice and a wide variety of breads and foods. Bed is tidied up daily. Convenient location, 5 mins walk from the mushroom walkway.

Room smelled awful on checkin and the staff wouldn’t move us to another room, or do anything to figure out why it stank so bad or what could be done. We ended up cleaning and deodorizing the room. The breakfast was terrible. The building is in the process of a way, way long over due renovation, but it seems to be too late.

Wir mussten das Zimmer direkt über der Lobby wegen extremen morgentlichen (6-9uhr Checkout rush our) Abrollgeräuschen von Trolleys auf dem Fliesenboden wechseln. Im 5ten Stock war es dann sehr ruhig. Gute Lage zum Stadtzentrum, Bahnhof und Busbahnhof mit schöner Dachterrasse und Salzwasserpool. Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich für 5 Tage.
