Goed gelegen hotel voor een bezoek aan Valencia. Alles op wandelafstand. Parkeren in het hotel is zeker een plus. Uitstekend ontbijt. Korrekte kamers met enigzins gedateerd maar proper sanitair.

This hotel has a great roof bar with a pool, great views of the city, a nice gym area, a sunny outside rooftop area, good food, and the staff were my favorite while in Spain. I stayed at a few places. The morning crew were helpful and had a good sense of humor. I would stay here again for sure.

Excellent central location to the beach and towns, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast but the rooms are old and tired and very dark. The floors are peeling, furniture is chipped, soap dispensers kept falling off the wall. Shower only worked after modifying. The pool tiles are quite mouldy and the water quite dirty as are the ceiling filters in reception. Limited options for an evening vegetarain meal rhatbhad been paid for in advance so had to dine out. The staff in the dining room work extremely hard but i didnt like seeing cloths used for tables being used for the chairs that have had skin on and kids shoes! Ive stayed in better lower star Eurostars hotels in Valencia so this was all round disappointing

On entering the hotel the Property looked nice and was lovely and cool. We were dissapointed with the comfort of the beds and asked for topas, Air conditioning was not cool enough so room was stuffy. Pool area was very disappointing for our entire trip we was not able to use as the beds were limited so had no where to be comfortable or leave towels while we took a swim. There is a large outside space where another pool could be located or at least beds positioned with covers from the sun. The gym is very disappointing limited space and equipment is well past its date with rust showing.

Close to modern museum in easy walkable distance. Pool closed due to time of year. Nearest metro was to far away to walk to hotel so used a taxi 10 euro. Taxi wait outside hotel. Clean throughout hotel. English speaking reception staff. A good italian resturant across the road and a bar next to it showing spanish football. A nice stay.

Heel goed ontbijt, vriendelijke mensen aan de desk, wel altijd lange rijen, airco was stuk, zwembad gesloten in september bij 30 graden, en hele kleine kamer , voor 139 euro en 5* ,

The hotel looks quite old and uncomfortable with poor quality furniture. The pool wasn't working.

The room smelt like rotten eggs and fish, the bathroom was dirty and outdated.

Keine Klimaanlage. Aus der Lüftung kommt etwas raus, aber nicht klimatisiert. Hygienesiegel an der Tür, aber Boden war dreckid und staubig. Man konnte nicht Barfuß gehen. Toilette hatte keine Tür. Pool sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Poolbeleuchtung hängt runter. Alles sehr schmudelig. WLAN im Zimmer ging auch nicht. Zimmer 641. Im Klo WLAN voll. Rezeption hat gesagt, Sie sagen es dem Techniker. Zweiter Tag ging immer noch nichts. Raum roch nach kalten Rauch oder etwas ähnliches muffiges. Fenster hatte einen Riesen Sprung. Radverleih des Hotels war günstig. Dafür keine Luft im Reifen und Lichter ging nur an einem Rad hinten. (von 3 Rädern) Frühstück und Service ansonsten TOP

Este hotel tiene un serio problema ya que la habitación 104 tiene un fuerte olor a alcantarilla. Llegamos a las 22h solo para pasar la noche y deseando descansar. La habitación tenía un olor de dar asco. Cuando se lo dije al personal, me dijeron que es normal cuando llueve en Valencia.

Muy antiguo. Llegaba olor del baño como de las tuberias.

Prima hotel, netjes en schoon. We hebben niet ontbeten of gegeten, maar de eetzalen zagen er niet gezellig uit. Als was prima, alleen de rioollucht in de slaapkamer was vervelend.

Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, lediglich im Badezimmer am Hahn für die Dusche waren zwei Fliesen nicht mehr ganz gut befestigt. Schöne saubere Zimmer.

Bra boende överlag i ett bra läge. Rummen luktade illa av vad det verkade dåliga avlopp. Även värt att poängtera att det är väldigt dålig ljudisolering om man är känslig för detta. Fördel att det går att hyra cykel av hotellet för hela sin vistelse.

Good location, very clean

We were given room 1001...on the 10th floor, at the end of the corridor and away from the elevators so it was nice and quiet. And extremely spacious! The breakfast buffet was fantastic...lots of choice, sweet and savoury, a variety of hot and cold drinks.

Hotel was convenient and we were able to walk to most places that we wanted to see. Hotel seems a little dated and I would consider it over priced for the accommodations had. Very small room and air conditioning was barely adequate to cool the room. Breakfast was OK. Nothing special but adequate. Overall - an OK place to stay but nothing special.

Schoon en netjes hotel, iedere dag kamer weer schoon en opgemaakte bedden. Enige nadeel, de airco gaf niet voldoende koeling, waardoor het 24 gr bleef om in te slapen. Dat vonden wij veel te warm.

Hotel is greatly located in Valencia. However the room I reserved was not available for me upon check in, and could not be given because they were fully booked. Also, the A/C works poorly.

Prima hotel voor een aantal dagen. Ondanks de gehorigheid. Jammer dat onze kamer erg raar was ingedeeld (badkamer was schuin achter de kamer. Je kwam er met een heel schuin en smal gangetje), de kamer zelf had geen kledingkast of spiegel. Die waren in de badkamer. De kamer stonk erg naar riool. Dit trok enigszins weg wanneer de airco aanstond. Zwembad op het dak was klein maar fijn. Een aantal ligbedden en het zonnetje waren heerlijk.

Ich bewerte hier ein den Eindruck, den das Hotel auf mich gemacht hat und stelle keine Relation zum Preis her. Ich hatte ein Deluxe-Zimmer im 10. Stock. Zustand: Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber insgesamt sauber und kein Grund zur Klage. Ist halt nicht mehr topmodern. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, wird sich über die dünnen Wände ärgern. Mich hat es nicht wesentlich gestört. Die Klimaanlage war nicht nutzbar, da sie einen Geruch von faulen Eiern verströmt hat. Da das Zimmer auf der Schattenseite lag, war die Klima auch nicht nötig. Lage: Direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse, das Doppelfenster fängt aber viel vom Krach auf. Nachts konnte man auch mit geöffneten Fenster schlafen. Ansonsten direkt am Park, der sich durch das ehemalige Flussbett von Valencia zieht. Die Museen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In die City ist man etwas länger unterwegs. Zum Strand nimmt man besser den Bus, geht ziemlich fix. In der direkten Umgebung kann man gut Essen und was Trinken. Für das Frühstück empfehle ich das Liaopastel. Wer gerne mal nur einen Wein trinkt geht in die Bodega Fila El Labrador (sehr einfach). Personal: Sehr freundlich. Check In und Out funktionierten reibungslos.

Hot room during winter and no aircon. Paper walls so you hear what your neighbours are up to. So not so good to sleep. Good location and good breakfast + friedly staff.

The reviewers who rated this property "upscale" have probably never stayed in upscale properties. The only thing going for this property is the location. The upscale nature of the property ends with the reception. The rooms are in terrible condition especially the air conditioning. I checked in late (around mid night). When I entered the room, it smelled (as the room) probably didnt have any ventilation for days and the temperature was 23C in the room. I went back to the reception and the only thing the staff could offer me is an apology and an advice to keep the window open. Regretfully, I took their advice and tried to go to bed. Woke up severely tired and then full of mosquito bites. I had asked the night staff to let the duty manager know that the AC in my room is not working. The maintainance staff was supposed to fix it but even after fixing it the room went from 23C to 22.5C. If you are planning to stay in this property, better bring your own fan! I would not recommend this property to anyone. Truly sub par!

Staff lovely but service terrible, cost us 100 euro because they forgot to book our taxi the night before we had a tour which we missed, no refund, Expedia put the wrong photo up with the wrong description and price or Eurostar gave us the wrong room two days at reception and on phone calls no response no one gave us our room nor a refund for the difference, 3 days no internet in the room no reason just empty promises it would work later, no iron in room, spent 3 days calling and being told they would send one to my room only to get a broken one and no replacement, so couldn’t iron my clothes, late for tours and lost fees no discount for being in an economy room and no one would help in either Expedia or hotel don’t pay these guys up front!

Durante il check in il receptionist ha strappato la pagina principale del mio passaporto scannerizzando lo stesso su uno scanner. L’hotel non ha potuto fare niente per rimborsarmi il costo del passaporto rotto

Los termostatos en las habitaciones están bloqueados, de modo que los usuarios no pueden ajustar la temperatura de su habitación y deben conformarse con la que el hotel ha establecido para todo el local. Al salir de la habitación, el AA se apaga, así que siempre se encuentran las habitaciones en una temperatura inadecuada. 2. El sistema de WiFi no funcionó 3. En el restaurante del hotel solo hay cena o desayuno. Olvide si desea comer cuando hace el check in. 4. No ofrecen café para los huéspedes, a menos que entre al restaurante a desayunar. 5. El estacionamiento del hotel es incómodo 6. El personal es atento, respetuoso y paciente.

The best hotel so far from the 3 months I’ve stayed in Spain. Person very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, organized, well managed, and super kindhearted. I have been in this property on and off for the past month for a total of 24 days that I even missed the hospitality of the hotel when I left out of town. Can’t believe the hotel is well managed by Alvaro, Teresa, Noelia! Reception is beyond helpful on how to get around Valencia, shout out to Salvador, Georgia, Pepe # 1, Pepe #2, Santi, Jose, Elot, Carlota, Oscar, Raquel and all of them are super friendly. The bar personal was beyond my expectations as well along with the restaurant crew. Special thanks to Xavi, Antonio Fernando, Gigi #1 & #2 along with Felix. The restaurant has excellent food as well. I’ve been to the hotel chain of Senator and it does not compare to the management of this hotel. I totally recommend it for anyone that visits Valencia. Thank you Exe Rey Don Jaime for the hospitality!!!!!!!

La réception et l'accueil en général est très bien. Personnel réactif et souriant. Hôtel propre et bien entretenu. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. Seul bémol, la personne qui tient le bar n'est pas du tout agréable et ne réponds pas lorsqu'on lui dit bonjour.

The hotel was in a great location for me, close to everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, I cannot praise them highly enough. I wish I had taken their names, I could then have praised them individually, they were friendly, courteous, helpful, patient and a credit to the hotel.

I can't stop talking about the food at the hotel that very exceptional and delicious, the chefs should deserve to be recognize, thank you to Gerry, Alba, Sebastian, and Lucia for being the best chefs at a hotel chain. In addition thank you to the dinning crew and bar personal Zynab, Javi, Fernando, Felix, ria, Ghizlan 1 & 2, Lucia, Marci, Leire, Laura. lastly Vilma, yolanda for making my room comfortable and Olver, Nildo. Perfect location to walk into city (30 minutes) or also to beach area (40 minutes). Lovely city. Easy to navigate

Hôtel plutôt bien placé , ce n’est pas le super hôtel mais dans l’ensemble il était satisfaisant . Pas de mauvaise surprise .

Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den Bildern auf der Website. Jeden Tag roch es unangenehm nach Abfluss, sodass wir die Tür zum Badezimmer ständig geschlossen halten mussten. Trotz Beschwerden hat sich niemand darum gekümmert. Das Bett quietschte laut, sobald man sich hinlegte, was den Schlaf erheblich beeinträchtigte. In den ersten fünf Tagen war das Fitnessstudio nicht verfügbar, obwohl es auf der Website als vorhanden beworben wurde. Bauarbeiten fanden statt, und der Boden wurde gestrichen, was die Nutzung unmöglich machte. Erst nach meiner Beschwerde wurde der Fitnessbereich am fünften Tag geöffnet. Ich habe dieses Hotel gezielt wegen des angeblichen Fitnessstudios gebucht, aber die irreführende Darstellung auf der Website war enttäuschend. Statt den aktuellen Zustand zu kommunizieren, wurde eine Leistung versprochen, die nicht erbracht werden konnte. Das Frühstück war eintönig und bot nur eine sehr begrenzte Auswahl. Die Rühreier schmeckten stark nach Butter, und jeden Tag gab es dasselbe: Eier, Speck, Wurst sowie Obst und Desserts. Es fehlte an Abwechslung, wie beispielsweise Oliven, Avocado oder eine Auswahl an Joghurt. Auch beim Abendessen war die Portionierung minimal, und es war nicht ausreichend, um satt zu werden. Man durfte lediglich einmal eine Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Nachspeise bestellen, und das Angebot war sehr begrenzt. Für den hohen Preis habe ich definitiv mehr erwartet. Das Hotel entsprach weder meinen Erwartungen noch den versprochenen Leistungen.

The room was nice, comfortable bed. Great location. Staff were not particularly warm or welcoming. I was disappointed that the pool was not open, as I had specifically chosen this hotel for the fact that it had a pool. (open Jun-Aug). Breakfast was very hit-and-miss. Huge buffet selection but not all of it good. Bacon and eggs were cold and quite disgusting, churros were dry and tough. Nice selection of fruit and cakes/pastries though.

Good location halfway between beach and old town (though I don’t recommend the beach for swimming, dirty sand, floating plastic and oily water). Pool… not really. Small, mold growing around greasy pool edge. Breakfast good. Lots of options, even gluten free. Most of staff very nice; one barman was rude; later I ordered a Caesar salad and received it topped with salted mayo in place of dressing. It was inedible. I did not touch it. They asked why. The “chef” came out and shoved the bottle of dressing in my face. I paid. A woman had just checked in, she came down and showed the desk staff a photo on her phone and said, what animal is this? The staff responded “we don’t know” She asked could you Please remove it from my room. I’ll never know what it was. Thankfully we were leaving. 4 stars? I don’t think so.
