Las Arenas is a beautiful property on the beach. The breakfast buffet was of high quality, the rooms were of good size and spotlessly clean, the staff were all friendly and kind. The concierge had great restaurant recommendations. The swimming pools were clean and large. Our only complaint is that at this price point a guest should not have to feel stressed about finding a seat by the pool. There is a rule that you can’t save seats for more than an hour but there really isn’t an easy way to enforce this. I am not sure how they can remedy this but they need a lot more seating by the pool. But I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was so beautiful, and well maintained. I highly recommend it.

The pool is enormous! I love how close it was to the restaurants in the beach. I had an incredible time. I plan to return one day! Very easy commute to all museums via taxi or uber. Also near the buses but we didn’t take those

Rooms exactly as described on the hotel website. Staff very polite and professional. Breakfast is outstanding. The spa was closed when we stayed which Expedia hadn’t made us aware of. The hotel did not communicate this (the website front page didn’t mention it , it was in small print on one page of you clicked on the actual page for the spa). But Ramon was great and compensated us accordingly. In door pool is lovely and the gym is well equipped for a hotel!! Will return.

Beautiful luxurious hotel, so pleased we chose this for the Valencia half marathon for its location to the beach and race start/finish line. Daily housekeeping, mini-bar restock and turndown service plus the choice of 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pools. Highly recommend!

Great location, spacious hotel and rooms Beautiful grounds with lots of room to be able to relax Even when hotel was full it didn’t feel cramped. Our room was oceanfront Deluxe Room Terrace Sea View delivered. It was indeed as described on Hotels.com Breakfast buffet was plentiful with lots of variety Location was ideal Beach, boardwalk, restaurant Bus and/or Hop-on/off stop right in-front of hotel to get you into the city within 20mins Pool areas were superb Chairs, umbrellas and towels. Only complaint I have is that tbe pool wasn’t heated. So for the month of May you can look at the water, maybe get in for a minute of two but you definitely can’t appreciate the water. Too bad since if it was even slightly heated I would give this place an extra star

For me, this resort hotel is the most beautiful and best hotel in Valencia. The hotel is architecturally well-designed, stylishly furnished, and very spacious. I felt very welcome at this hotel and was always well looked after. The large room was always spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented and truly delicious. I especially loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and the large garden terrace. Every evening I went to the free indoor pool or the spa (for a fee, €25 for 90 minutes). The spa offers a wide range of treatments, is very pleasant, and relaxing. Next time I come to Valencia, I will definitely book this resort hotel again. Thank you to the entire hotel team; you are all very kind and helpful.

Very well appointed room with large comfortable bed. Perfect position to view the summer fireworks display from the balcony, ( room 364) Swimming pools must be the best ( and cleanest) in Valencia. Overall a very classy hotel. We will be back again.

It's a great place, lots of space for breakfast and dinners so no problems getting a table, lots of food options available, clean with helpful staff that speak multiple languages. The only problem is the beach / port scene nearby is loud, dance parties and thumping music until 3am every night, weeknights too. Luckily you can't actually hear that in the rooms, very good windows, but on the balcony you sure can, so not really serene. However, I'd stay there again as it's nice, the location around it has just changed for the worse.

Hotel is lovely, even if rooms are a little dated. Cleanliness and hotel staff are excellent as is the spa and hairdressers. Room service and cleaning staff excellent as are the reception and lobby team including the bar and outside waiting staff. Location to beach is excellent. Only real negative is the restaurant - management and food is not as expected. All dishes were over seasoned with salt and some of the dishes were not fresh. It maybe a franchise or out source but it really lets the hotel down. 5 stars all round if we'd not usd the restaurant We will stay again but not use the restaurant.

Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt leider enttäuscht. Der Service entsprach in vielen Punkten nicht dem 5-Sterne-Standard: Am Pool wurden andere Gäste bedient, wir mussten uns Getränke selbst holen. Nach einem Ausflug fragte uns die Security ob er uns behilflich sein kann, als hätten wir uns verirrt und wären keine Gäste. Beim Frühstück wurde unser Tisch vergeben, während wir am Buffet waren, und wir wurden nie nach Getränken gefragt. Ein Late Check-out war nicht möglich, lediglich ein Changing Room wurde angeboten. Außerdem hatten wir mehrfach das Gefühl, aufgrund unseres Alters nicht so zuvorkommend behandelt zu werden wie ältere Gäste. Für den Preis und die Kategorie des Hotels hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.

Spectacular hotel. From the outside it looks like a Roman palace. Breathtaking location right on the beach. Beautiful communal areas inside and out. Service was wonderful, staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Cannot recommend any higher, truly 5 star

They dropped and damaged my necklace and wouldn't take accountability for it. Went to breakfast, came back room was cleaned and my diamond necklace was found on floor all tangled and unwearable.

If you are looking for a personalised 5* experience, this isn’t it. The hotel is dated and set up for conferences. We travelled with our 2 year old who wasn’t given the time of day and we felt awkward when she ran around. They never laid a place for her at a table, and charged €4 for a bedtime milk for her. Staff were plenty but generally inattentive in the restaurants, at breakfast and around the pool. They also tried to charge for every little thing on top of the room, especially parking for 3 days which we didn’t use at €22 per day!

Love! Outstanding service. Beyond my expectations. Andreas the concierge was exceptional. Everyone wants you to enjoy your stay. We went to the Fallas festival and the hotel had a balcony view reserved. Bike rentals available. We will be back.

Het hotel is prachtig gelegen, direct aan zee en het lange, brede zandstrand. Aan de voorzijde (city view) heb je niet echt mooi uitzicht maar aan de zeezijde is het prachtig. Rechts is ook de haven goed te zien en lopend bereikbaar. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en professioneel. In de buurt zijn veel eetgelegenheden, van groot tot klein. De stad zelf is goed te bereiken met het OV, de taxi, te fiets en lopend een dik uur. Wij hebben het een paar keer lopend gedaan en dan zie je juist ook veel meer van de buitenwijken en de stad. Het ontbijtbuffet in het hotel is voortreffelijk. Alles is aanwezig en vers, echt fantastisch. Ook de overige faciliteiten zoals het binnen- en buitenzwembad, spa/sauna, de gym en de vele mooie zitjes buiten en terrassen zijn erg mooi. Echt een tophotel en een aanrader!

This hotel is everything I expected from the website and reviews. We had a beautiful room with a lovely balcony and ocean view. The grounds were lovely, and I enjoyed swimming in the pool multiple times. We also spent a lot of time at the beach, which is fantastic. Although the hotel is close to a lot of nightlife and clubs, it was utterly quiet when we closed the patio door at night. We also very much enjoyed wandering and eating out in the Cabanyal neighborhood, and the 32 bus to the Centro was very convenient.

Not typical European beach town. The beach was a sand beach and water was warm and clear in mid September. The hotel is 5 starts but did not feel luxurious as other 5 star European hotels. Facility was very large but immaculate. Staff were nice. Somewhat attentive…not as you would expect for 5 stars though. City center/old town is more charming and a 20 minute taxi to the beach.

Staff were lovely, breakfast great. Only downside was the pool bar was not open which made it hard to get drinks or food. Should have a more casual option for food during the day other than the formal restaurant, but overall we had a wonderful stay!

The staff was incredible, but unfortunately the property did not match. The hotel needs either to be torn down and rebuilt to a smaller more eco friendly hotel. If not, it needs to be desperately updated. The breakfast was not that great and even looked like some of the food was reheated from yesterday. The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and I did it sleep well.

Incredible amazing hotel, with excellent staff in all sections. Best breakfast buffet, and dinner in the restaurants were fantastic. Specially the Sushi/mexican restaurant where you eat at the bar were the best I’ve had in Valencia.

Overall a very good experience. Staff are wonderful, friendly and they seem to carry out everything they do with enthusiasm and care. My only doubt is that breakfast is a little frenzied but I guess, that is the nature of buffet breakfasts.

Everything about the hotel is fantastic. Very nice bedroom with comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. Breakfast has a great array of options. The pool and spa facilities are amazing, with a very convenient bar by the pool with friendly staff. We had dinner at the sushi bar on our last night and it was some of the best sushi we have ever had. Also the beef taco was exquisite. All round a 10/10 experience that I would recommend to anyone.
