Insgesamt ein solides Hotel aber auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne Superior. Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch gut Stadt und Strand beides 2 km zu Fuß oder sonst mit dem Bus. Die Aufzüge des Hotels sind sehr marode und der Pool war den gesamten Aufenthalt verdreckt (Laub und Sonnencreme). Zudem war dieser für die Größe des Hotels zu klein und es gab viel zu wenig Liegen.

Hotel was prima, schoon, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel en diverse restaurants en winkels op loopafstand. En met de bus zo in het centrum. Alleen één ding vond ik niet leuk op hun eigen website staat "Free Parking" en daarom hadden wij een auto gehuurd. Maar het was niet free want wij moesten voor 7 dagen 112 euro betalen. Dus de text "Free Parking" moeten ze even van hun website halen.

This hotel was great! Great location with comfortable facilities. We booked a family room and were given 2 adjoining rooms which was a pleasant surprise. Each room was big enough that they could have fit all 4 of us in one! The showers in the rooms were great with actual powerful flow, as powerful as the ones at home and definitely better than any I've experienced in other hotels. Breakfast buffet was really good with a wide selection. Two outdoor pools, one small shallow pool for the little kids to splash about in and one bigger pool for the older kids and adults. The indoor pool is part of the spa and comes at an extra cost and is for adults only (i didn't use it so can't comment). There is a tiny gym available which you don't need to pay for. I did make use of it but even by hotel gym standards it's pretty poor but as a casual gym goer who was just trying to burn off a little of the extra holiday food i was eating it was fine. Location was perfect for us. Its based next to the oceanarium and science museum both within a ten minute walk. Shopping centre just round the corner and plenty of local shops and eateries within walking distance as well. Bus stop right in front takes you to the zoo. We took a taxi to the beach - it was only a ten minute drive. Overall it was a wonderful stay

Good hotel, bar staff are friendly. Hotel is near the Túria gardens and just a 15 min walk to the nearest metro (maritim sereria). Spa circuit is good but some elements were not working. Drinks are fair prices and good measures. We opted for room only as there are lots of cafes in the area.

Enttäuschend – keine Empfehlung Beim Einchecken hieß es, Frühstück sei inklusive – zwei Tage später mussten wir plötzlich extra bezahlen. Als wir sagten, dass wir nur drei statt vier Mal frühstücken möchten, wurde der „Spezialpreis“ kurzerhand von 12 € auf 16 € pro Tag erhöht. Das Highlight sollte ein „Läufer-Buffet“ für 33 € pro Person sein – leider ein Reinfall. Die Nudeln triefend in Öl, Tomatensoße eindeutig aus der Tüte, das Fleisch zäh wie eine Ledersohle und völlig ungenießbar. Zudem war alles kalt, obwohl das Buffet um 19 Uhr eröffnet wurde. Das Einzige, was man essen konnte, war Obst und Dessert – aber auch das war den Preis nicht wert. Wir haben das Essen stehen lassen und den schlechten Zustand gemeldet – interessiert hat es niemand. Geld weg, Hunger geblieben. Die Zimmer sind groß und hell, die Bäder grundsätzlich modern, aber nicht gründlich gereinigt. Kleine Mängel und schmutzige Ecken zeigen, dass hier oberflächlich gearbeitet wird. An der Rezeption wirkt alles unorganisiert – jeder sagt etwas anderes. Ein kleiner Tipp: Wer Höhenangst hat, sollte den innenliegenden Aufzug statt der Glasfahrstühle an der Hauswand nutzen. Fazit: • Buffet katastrophal – Koch sollte sich schämen • Service und Kommunikation mangelhaft • Zimmer okay, aber kein 4-Sterne-Niveau Leider keine Empfehlung.

Great location, terrific staff, very clean. Breakfast was busy but very well managed, items were restocked quickly and usually without a need to ask. Housekeeping was great, staff very friendly and professional. Only negatives... Hotel is serviced by 3 lifts, 1 was out of order for the the 5 night stay which lead to long waits at busy times like breakfast. Lifts like to give you the "grande tour" too, I must've visited every floor despite being roomed on the 1st floor. Initial impressions of room not great - strong smell of cigarettes. Suspect previous occupant used the terrace as a smoking area but took a good 24h with terrace door open to clear the smell. Disappointed that the TV wasn't smart - no access to streaming content.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut (Busanbindung, Einkaufszentren direkt ggü, zahlreiche Restaurants im direkten Umfeld, Park zum spazieren gehen). Die zentrale Lage hatte zum Nachteil, dass der Straßenverkehr sehr laut zu hören war. Mit offenen Fenster kann man zumindest nach vorne zur Straße nicht schlafen. Die Zimmertüren fallen auch laut ins Schloss, sodass man vom Flur auch wach wird. Aber die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Betten sehr bequem, das WC und Bidet getrennt durch Glastür vom Rest des Bads. Ein paar wenige deutsche TV-Sender empfangbar. Wlan sehr gut. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut, Auswahl für mich ok. Aber teilweise noch Verbesserungspotential. Am Pool gab es durch den bepflanzen Außenbereich viele Schattenplätze (auch sonnige), aber leider nur 5 Liegen. Sonst nur Lounge Stühle, die jedoch bequem waren. Fahrräder stehen direkt am Hotel zur Verfügung (13€/Tag) und waren für Leihräder in guter Qualität. Insgesamt war ich mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden und würde in Erwägung ziehen, wieder zu kommen.

Im Zimmer waren die Betten sehr unbequem hart und rutschig. Klimaanlage war defekt, Kühlschrank war defekt. Obwohl überall schriftlich im Hotel aufgeführt war das Checkout bis 14 Uhr erfolgen soll, wurden extra Gebühren von 15€ kassiert und gesagt dass Checkout bis 12 Uhr hätte erfolgen müssen. Wo man das Personal drauf hingewiesen hat waren sie zu all den anderen Tagen nicht mehr so freundlich. Es geht nicht um den Betrag sondern ums Prinzip. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut.

Location is very nice as you are right by the park, which is a very nice way to walk to the centre. Overall I expect a little more from a 4* hotel. The room was very but not much was included, at least you usually get a couple of bottles of water for free. Our Shower head was damaged so water pressure was low as a lot of the water was coming out from the side. For us the biggest issue was how much noise was be heard from footsteps in the corridors and furniture being moved in other rooms as cleaning starts relatively early so there isn't much chance of a lie in.

Lovely stay at this delightful hotel. It was super hot in Valencia but the aircon, pool, and general ease of use of the hotel made it a breeze! Spa was closed for annual maintenance, which we knew and didn't matter to us. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues which were resolved very quickly and efficiently. Staff were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful. The only thing we'd mention is that it would be nice to have someone checking on the pool for high jinks a bit more often - it's a small pool so if you get a bit of high spirits it can make it uncomfortable for other users, and a subtle discouragement of this would be helpful. But in general the vibe was really nice, relaxed without being careless.

Several issues were experienced throughout the 4 night stay. We are younger adult females and felt as though that our age made us taken less seriously and treated like leeches. Opening the mini fridge we noticed it was emitting a lot of heat. Besides making the room uncomfortable, we thought it might be a fire hazard. We called the front desk and after over an hour, no one had come. We called again and they said that no one was coming, and offered no resolution, so we had to unplug the fridge. Only after the second day did they replace the fridge and fix the A/C, however it never ended up being very strong. We wanted some ice since the room had lukewarm tap water at best, and were treated as if we were a massive inconvenience and not even spoken to. We would have rather paid for it and been treated like humans. I came to breakfast 20 minutes after the other two in my group had come down, and the staff at the front desk were really unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to enter the breakfast hall, saying my room # does not exist and dismissing me to the side— after I said that my friends were inside. Only when my friend came up did she finally decide to confirm my last name and let me in. When we tried to call a taxi upon check out, we asked for a large cab multiple times while clearly carrying 3 large suitcases and bags. The cab driver arrived in a small car and was extremely angry at US, expressing her frustrations frequently throughout the ride.

Ci tengo a spiegare bene la cosa. In fase di ricerca e conferma ho selezionato la colazione, non prenoto mai senza la colazione, per cui sono sicuro che era indicata correttamente, arriviamo e mi dicono che la colazione è da pagare a parte, alla fine la pago, non ho prove o ricevute, purtroppo non ho fatto lo screen dove era indicata. Ok paghiamo 60€… noleggio delle bici e dato che non me le hanno fornite loro è un problema parcheggiare davanti l’hotel dove ci sono le altre bici, il bancomat funziona ovunque tranne che in hotel… in conclusione, la struttura è bella, un hotel di lusso, ma la gestione a mio parere pecca, di sicuro non ti risolvono i problemi… dato che non ho pagato poco, la prossima volta andrò da un’altra parte.

When we first arrived we asked reception where the car park was. The receptionist was rude, abrupt and unhelpful until pressed to provide more details. And this was to a Spanish speaking guest. The room itself was basic. The TV had no streaming services. There were no complimentary robes to wear and the pool was tiny for a big hotel and drinks were banned from the area. Also it took 15-30 minutes to get a waiter to buy a drink. Needing us to go to the bar and ask if someone could serve us. Overall for a 4 star hotel it was terrible. If I paid for a 2 star it would meet my expectations.

From the airport, take metro line 5 to Marítim - Serrería station, exit, and walk 2 minutes to the 99 bus stop, which is a four-stop ride to the hotel. City of Arts and Sciences is walkable, with two large Shopping centres, a 2-minute walk.

The location is great because there are many restaurants around and bus lines going to the historical centre. The center of arts and sciences is walkable distance. The bathroom is great too. On the other hand, the breakfast is terrible. You'll be better off going to local pastelerias nearby. Such a shame because it feels like a rip off at 12€. The window was old and wasn't closing tight so we got a lot of noise from trafic.
