Outstanding hotel. Really nice room, with fantastic buffet breakfast selection - which is well worth it so you don’t have to travel into the city centre. The pool is a perfect temperature and the gym is the best hotel gym we’ve visited. The staff on the front desk are very friendly. The only downside is the waiters in the restaurant (Santa Maria); we had two men who were very unfriendly and rude. This was very disappointing, especially given they automatically add a service charge to the bill. The other staff working there were friendly.

Check in could have been friendlier. Pool indoor is nice however after dark the lights did not turn on automatically. The new lifeguard could not turn on the pool lights. This is a good hotel, well lite rooms. Safe and beautiful area. Convenient parking. However reception staff could improve their welcome approach.

Mostly staff very warm and welcoming. Great breakfast and spacious rooms. The outdoor area with pools and bar was great although gets incredibly busy at the weekend. Parking expensive and view over large funfair carpark not delightful. Ice machines would be a bonus.

Adoramos a estadia neste hotel. É o hotel ideal para quem deseja visitar a Isla Mágica, a fica a 5 minutos a pé e o próprio hotel providência transporte. Compramos os bilhetes no hotel e foram mais baratos. Adoramos todas as refeições no hotel. Utilizamos o bar da piscina e um dos restaurantes e a comida era óptima. Preços justos. O pequeno almoço tinha imensa qualidade, um pequeno almoço digno de um hotel de 5 estrelas. O estacionamento é um pouco caro (18€ por dia) mas podemos deixar fora do hotel. A piscina era grande e os miúdos adoraram, muito grande e bem composta de espreguiçadeiras. O hotel está próximo do centro da cidade, fomos De carro no primeiro dia e depois optamos por irmos de uber. Recomendamos o hotel para quem procura visitar a cidade e a Isla mágica.

I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel received a 5-star rating. The first room we were given was shockingly dirty — there was leftover food on the tables, crumbs on the bed and sofa, and childlike drawings on the main table. It felt more like a preschool classroom than a hotel room. After showing staff the photos, they offered to clean the room rather than immediately providing a new one — something even a 3-star hotel would typically do without hesitation. Only after insisting did they finally switch our room. Things didn’t improve much. The iron we requested was broken and leaking water — a serious safety hazard. On top of that, the safe in our room didn’t work, meaning we had to carry our passports with us at all times. The decent feature was the breakfast. Aside from that, this stay was far from what you’d expect from a so-called 5-star hotel. If you’re looking for value for your money or a truly premium experience, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

This is a place of exceptional value. The room was confortabĺe and clean. The breakfast is simply fantastic, with an incredible variety amd abundance of food. Great coffee as well! The restaurant Santa Maria was also of great quality with nice personnel.

The floor in the room was horrible, I’m not sure if they really clean the room. Floor was dirty, can see dust and stains on table and sofa. Didn’t even clean the toilet.

Everything was okay but the room was a bit dusty and the TV wasn’t a smart TV, also the wardrobe was a bit stiff , the reception stuff were all friendly apart from one woman who was very passive aggressive and rude. The breakfast options were good and amazing, the pool facilities were amazing and very clean.

A beautiful hotel with a really large and comfortable room. The only problem was that we twice requested for the sofa bed to be made up for our use, but unfortunately this didn’t happen so we had to make up the extra bed ourselves.

Overall a good hotel. Large rooms but it’s noisy so very much family focus. Not recommended for couples who want a retreat. Not much variety for breakfast. Rooms are large but the sofa beds are painful!

We love staying at this hotel but unfortunately on our stay there was a music festival near by and produced a great deal of noise. Not the hotels fault but then unfortunately for us people that went to the festival came back at around 4am and was talking very loudly for 2 to 3 hours by our room. Hence no sleep. We called down to reception but on check out we saw the manager Anna who knew us from our previous visits. We was happy with her response so looking forward to coming back . Regards Peter

Imfracstructure is excellent, however not instructions on how to use the phone to call for service, TV was not working adequately and could not contact main desk, had to walk to the main desk & was informed that will send someone to fix it - never happened. No thermostat to control the AA, extremely cold at night. Breakfast was great and everything else was great. Excellent location, and personal was excellent.

Hotel was NOT a 5-star hotel. The room was in disrepair and not updated in any way. The room safe NEVER worked. We were told someone would come and fix it and they NEVER did. I WOULDN’T stay there again even if room was FREE.

Really enjoyed our stay with our 2yo son. Was very modern and nicely presented, rooms and area around was very clean. With the temperatures being high, we found the pool at the hotel super useful as son enjoyed it very much late afternoon/evenings. Few points of note to consider. Apparently all rooms are shower only apart from one floor in one of the 3 buildings which cointains bathtubs. Having a child, we needed a bathtub. Originally we were given a really nice room on a quiet premium side building with really nice views but had to change it because there was no bath tub. This made us change to a 1st floor room with restricted views. Although the rooms are ‘soundproof’ it was noisy as hell as the restuarants are situated downstairs on this building. We had breakfast included. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of options but we found it difficult eatinf in the evening as this restuarant is only open for breakfast only. Would have been nice having it open as half board options especially with a child. We had to uber eats food to us on few occasions as the location is away from the city hussle and bustle. We were already restricted of food choices being a muslim family. The pool was great, my son enjoyed it. There is a seperate pool connected to a indoor one but for adults only. Would have been nice if they allowed children for the indoor too as at times it was really to hot for him to be outside. Overall good stay apart from few of those downpoints worth considering.

We went for ferias de abril , the hotel had a bus to take you back and forth but that was a slow long process. I found it inconvenient location everything we did required an Uber or taxi the room was not fun it was small and not greatly appointed beds were comfortable and normal sized. Just not a single drawer for storage so you couldn’t stopp ruflingbthru luggage to get your belongings and dressed everyday uff not to mention stumbling over them bc you couldn’t put anything away!

The room and amenities were very clean. Was not the biggest fan of the noise from the theme park next door on days I wanted to stay in late. Breakfast buffet was worth it, but the other restaurants in the property were just okay (there are better options outside of the hotel).

El punto más negativo de nuestra estancia fue el proceso de check-in. Llegamos al hotel antes de las 14:00h y, sin una explicación clara, no tuvimos acceso a una de nuestras habitaciones hasta pasadas las 16:00h. First time at a Barcelo. Lovely receptionist gave us an upgrade to a fabulous room and as a surprise after we returned to our room after a show, we had exquisite truffles with a chocolate dipped strawberry waiting for us. Perfect. Great porter with the coolest moustache I've ever seen. All the staff were polite and friendly - even the on-site cleaning lady with the exception of the concierge. I politely asked him to call us a taxi and he became aggressive saying it was not in his job description and that I should go to reception. I walked away and he shouted after me that "in this hotel, the concierge gives information about the city." Unbelievable and very much below the other staff members' professionalism and service. The hotel and staff are amazing, except for the rude concierge, who should be retrained and if that doesn't work, well then the next step is obvious. Thanks to the rest of the staff for an otherwise great stay.

The Barcelo was an absolute treat to stay at. From check-in to check-out the stay was amazing, we were treated like VIP's. And I can't do enough to compliment the breakfast, it was the biggest and best buffet selection I have ever experienced, and I have experienced many! I will definitely stay again.

Great hotel choice for Sevilla. A huge and modern hotel that's a bit on the fringe of the city but still only a flat 30 mins walk. The immediate area is somewhat grim but its safe and quiet. Staff were super friendly and professional and the room was clean ,spacious and very comfortable. The pool is lovely and as the hotel was quiet ,we had it virtually to ourselves. I would imagine its pretty rammed during busier times as the hotel is so big.

Ao lado do islã mágica, fácil acesso. Única desvantagem é que o hotel é grande e o café da manhã fica abarrotado. Piscina legal, boas opções de restaurantes mas a obra do parque ao lado faz barulho até tarde e começa bem cedo, ponto ruim. Para passear e conhecer Sevilla recomendo ficar mais próximo ao centro.

Das Hotel hat gute Anbindung zum Zentrum, Bushaltestelle direkt beim Hotel, sehr gutes Liniensystem, bis zur Altstadt ca 30 Minuten. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe des Hotels. Hotelportal sehr nett, sehr guter Zustand des Hotels mit minimalen Mängel, Gebrauchsspuren ab die Wänden und Möbel, die sich nicht vermeiden lassen.

It is excellent hotel, not far from the center of the city - few Euros on taxi - with great facilities. Room was extremely good: spacious, comfortable, with all modern gadgets. The only drawback was absence of the restaurant for dinner - on cafe with a poor choices was available.
