Attention la piscine qui est vraiment valorisée sur tous les sites (photo vue panoramique de la terrasse sur le toit), n’est pas ouverte pendant la Feria d’Avril! Même lorsqu’il fait très chaud comme cette année. Grosse déception, en plus impossible d’accéder à cette terrasse pour profiter de la vue.

Pool/roof top area was amazing, with views of Seville! Housekeeping was daily and very clean. Room had good air con, fridge, fresh towels good air con, comfy bed, spacious room. Hotel also has luggage storage and a vending machine. Breakfast also available for a few.

Qualche problema con l'impianto elettrico della camera hanno dovuto fare due interventi in 2 notti di soggiorno. Stanza molto spartana bagno non bello ne comodo . Non cera bollitore per caffe o the ..strano al giorno d'oggi visto i soldi spesi per la camera.poi acqua a pagamento strano anche questo tutti la offrono. Servizio piscina non adeguato.apertura della stessa alle 11 , davvero molto tardi,asciugamani che finivano presto . Soggiorno discreto in fine .molto comodo il fatto di avere i bus sotto casa..

Not enough staff on the front desk so long waits to check in or out. The bar is not open long enough so can't even get tea or coffee most of the time. The staff are very helpful though.

De accommodatie heeft een goede locatie, maar ligt nog wel ver buiten het oude centrum (30 min lopen). Het personeel is ontzettend aardig en denken graag met je mee. De kamers zijn prima met een fijn bed, goeie airco en er is ook erg goed ontbijt! Het zwembad is een groot minpunt voor deze accommodatie. Er zijn lang niet genoeg bedjes voor de hoeveelheid kamers en ondanks dat het zwembad om 11:00 open gaat zijn al deze bedjes al om 10:30 bezet. Ook draaien ze de gehele dag harde muziek bij het zwembad en zijn er vrijwel geen schaduw plekken.

Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer könnten ein umstyling gebrauchen. Außerdem ist es sehr schlecht isoliert, man hört alles- jedes kleine Geräusch aus den Nebenzimmern spät in der Nacht oder die Reinigungskräfte die sich früh morgens lautstark unterhalten. Pool kann ich nicht bewerten, da geschlossen obwohl es 30 Grad hatte. Dachterrasse klingt zwar nett, darf aber ebenfalls nur zu unregelmäßigen Zeiten benutzt werden. Die Bar war auch eigen, es gab nicht mal eine Getränke Karte. Frühstück war okay. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr sehr freundlich.

Lovely traditional hotel with friendly, very helpful staff in a fabulous location close to bus and taxi stations. Less than 10 mins by bus to Plaza del Duque in the centre river or Triana bridge for €1.40 on buses 13 or C4. Excellent breakfast choice. Only negatives are the pool was closed even though is was 30+⁰ and the shower was quite poor. Despite these we would highly recommend and wouod stay here again.

Everything in the room was on the brink of braking down. The walls were thin as paper and we could hear the next door guy farting on the other side - that’s how thin the walls are! Next door neighbors also woke up 6 am and started talking which means so did we. We were only staying for 2 nights and we picked this place based it has a pool but when we arrived they told us it is only open on our day of arrival not next day. Felt betrayed because this was not made clear when we booked it or it didn’t read anywhere.

Wonderful lobby, great personal, but rooms are showing its age for instance poor quality windows and doors. Parking is expensive, if you are lucky you can find a parking slot near by the hotel. Breaksfast was okay.

Close to old town but still a bit of a walk to the river. Poor water pressure for the shower was an issue Neighbouring rooms made a lot of noise Asked for parking but on arrival non available

La habitación muy amplia. Muy limpia y ropa de cama y lencería de buena calidad. El desayuno, excelente, muy variado .muy recomendable porque está muy bien ubicado

Llame al hotel para cerciorarme de que tenían parking en el edificio sin avisarme de que tenía que reservarlo por la web del propio hotel. El párking alternativo a 400m ,a casi 40 grados de temperatura, es un infierno. La empleada de la limpieza de habitaciones, LOLI, es una persona excepcional, servicial y generosa. Me cambiaron de habitación por el tremendo ruido del aire acondicionado a una en la que no había espacio ni para la maleta y la última, una vergüenza, sin reformar desde hace 50 años, con una moqueta repugnantemente sucia , protector de colchón de plástico antitranspirante, casi al nivel de la calle, sin aislamiento antirruido, ni cerradura de seguridad frente a la acera de la calle. Los pasillos de moqueta vieja y sucia, complicada para arrastrar maletas. Los ascensores lejos de las habitaciones. Las duchas incómodas , bajas aún regulandola y rota. Cuando pedí el cambio de habitación por la avería del aire, lo que es casi más importante que la cama con tan altas temperaturas, pretendían que bajara yo sola con las maletas , recogiendo todo a las 23.00h ,y yo sola, bajar a recepción con la llave, y volver a arrastrar todo , en busca de otra habitación a lo cual me negué. Debieran Bloquear las plantas sin reformar porque son un nido me suciedad , incomodidad y mal funcionamiento. . UNICAMENTE LA SEÑORA DEL SERVICIO DE LA LIMPIEZA DE PISOS ES MERECEDORA DE MI AGRADECIMIENTO Y FELICITACION .

We loved the old, traditional feel of the hotel but with modern rooms. The breakfast selection was excellent. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. There were plenty of bus stops around and taxis outside.

The pool area was not open and we specifically booked it because it had a pool the terrace was not particularly clean or welcoming - no comfortable chairs or beds. The hotel is very dated and clearly closed down shops once within it are vacant A good area with good links but little information in room etc.

The hotel is outdated and old, it was none smoking hotel but the lobby smell strong smoke smell and it wasn't clean

L’accueil s’est très bien passé, le personnel est vraiment agréable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner propose un buffet complet et très varié. En revanche concernant les chambres, elles sont spacieuses mais dans notre cas la salle de bain présentait des signes de vieillissement (joints noircis, faux plafond pas en place et le distributeur de savon ne fonctionnait pas bien) et l’insonorisation est de très mauvaise qualité (on entendait tout venant des couloirs et de dehors. Notre chambre etait au premier étage et donnait côté rue. Pour 2 nuits à seville cela restait convenable tout de même

The hotel is beautiful, outside, the inside floors look old, in my opinion is due for a complete overhaul renovation, stay rooms are warm, AC very weak but it’s Seville, hottest city in Spain.

Everything was very good, but the walls in the rooms did NOT have sound insulation at All!!!!

The staff were polite and professional. The room is spacious, comfortable and with nice city views. The breakfast is okay and the location is a bit of a walk from the attractions.

The hotel was okay. Very outdated/in need of renovation in the bathroom. The rest of the room was fine. AC didn't work terribly well. But in a great location for a lovely walk through the Old Town.

Rooms are pre set to 82 degrees F*. It was hot in the room and they couldnt change it apparently.

Für den Preis und eine Nacht in Ordnung! Super Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer in Ordnung allerdings sehr hellhörig.

The housekeeping staff was polite and amazing where in the reception staff was rude and unresponsive. They never pickup the phone or open the parking gates on time. I have to repeatedly press the call bell to have someone to open the gates and then once someone responded they took their own sweet time to open the gate

Accueil horrible par une jeune dame qui faisait tout pour être désagréable, elle a commencé par dire qu’il n’y a pas de réservation ni de disponibilité même en présentant le numéro de réservation, puis quand on a insisté, elle a dit qu’une seule chambre est réservée, on a dû insister de nouveau et montrer les emails pour qu’elle dise qu’il s’agit d’autres réservations alors que c’est la même avec la même référence, au lieu de s’excuser elle a gardé un ton hautain à la limite on avait l’impression de mendier les chambres, on a demandé gentiment d’avoir la chambre des enfants au même étage, son collègue se montrait conciliant mais elle fermait toutes les portes, en comptant l’argent elle s’est trompé, on recompte devant elle, le compte y était et au lieu de s’excuser de nouveau elle nous lance un « ahora si!!! » accusateur… sans parler du problème de parking, on lui a dit que le parking est mentionné elle nous dit qu’il est plein et débrouillez vous. En gros l’une des pires réceptions qu’on a jamais eu.

Check in was not prepared for a full hotel of ac/dc fans staying for a concert. Could have been easily solved with a few extra staff. They were charging top rates for the night as expected but didnt seem to prepare or do anything special to justify

Il personale è stato cortesissimo nel dare informazioni, nell'accoglienza e nei servizi.

Whilst the hotel was decent enough, I think it caters for the coaches and large groups so the staff churn through check-in processes with an efficiency that lacks personal service or welcome on an individual level. The paying customer appears to be an inconvenience. The barman deserted his post in the evening and did not respond to pressing the green “call” button. That lost them customers and revenue. A token effort was made to establish the cause of my concerns but I doubt my feedback to the reception staff made it to the manager since that member was the very same person that checked me in. If you are ok with basic service and a room for the night, this hotel is ok but if you want to be valued as a person, look elsewhere.

Excellent value for money. A big room in good condition with all the facilities we could want. Not in the centre but an easy walk both to the centre and to Santa Justa station.

Extremely helpful staff. The area is accessible to both the old town and the train station. Taxis are available around the clock. Comfortable rooms. Walls a little thin, but we got used to it.

Hotel liegt direkt an der Altstadt (Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen) an einer viel befahrenen Kreuzung, Fenster nicht gut gegen den Verkehrslärm isoliert, Frühstück gut, Parken Tiefgarage 24h/22€, kostenlos Parken in der Umgebung möglich, aber schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden.

This hotel is situated at the edge of the Macarena district and just opposite the Andalusian parliament. It is a little further out of the main centre, however you can walk to the Metropol Parasol in 15 minutes, and the old town in about 30. There are also bus links although I didn't take them. I liked the fact the hotel had a taxi rank outside which I didn't find out until checking out, as I did need one to get back to Santa Justa. I loved the single room I had which was really huge given it was a single. I appeared to be in a smaller, quieter wing towards the back of the hotel which I preferred. Bed was comfortable and I loved the toiletries and shower. I would agree with other reviews saying to maybe bring earplugs as you definitely can hear things from the room next door. There seemed to be a poorly man in the one next to mine but in the end I got used to it, and this wasn't overly disruptive to me as I'm a night owl, so was probably up after him most nights! I stayed for 3 nights and this was great for having the time to explore the city. Reception check-in was friendly, after the service became more impersonal as the hotel is very big. However I had an issue with my suitcase handle and they proactively offered to send a janitor to the room to help me out, which I hadn't really expected and this was helpful as I had to take my return flight to the UK with this case intact. I would stay again, I'd request the same room which was on the 4th floor, number 448.

No me ha gustado nada que no se puede comer ni cenar. Tienen muchas estancias habilitadas pero ninguna da servicio, y tienes quw salir fuera del hotel a comer y cenar. La terraza de la piscina igual de desaprovechada. Las maquinas expendedoras no funcionan la mitad de ellas...

Regret, old hotel, breakfast very poor not tasty not enough. wifi weak... other more things ( no caffe machine, no kettle ) very noisy air conditioning and no temperature control …….we didnt get what we expected.

The front desk was helpful. Buffet breakfast was not good. Not much choice for vegetarians. Cafeteria wasn’t clean. Room is average and dark. Not enough light.
