Excellent service especially the help with car parking. Very quirky hotel made up of lots of old houses with patios in between. Our room was good if maybe a little dark. Pool area always very busy and couldn’t always find a lounger free

A really quirky hotel with lots of character. All the city’s main attractions are within easy walking distance. It’s easy to lose yourself in the maze of corridors and shady courtyards. The pool, and spa, provide the perfect retreat after the hustle and heat of sightseeing in the city. Staff were friendly and welcoming and service was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool and bar had a lovely chilled atmosphere. We loved the adventure of finding our way around the tunnel to our room and the beautiful and interesting decor throughout. Although our room didn't have a window it was a very comfortable room and had a good big bathroom. Nice and clean everywhere. The location near to everything in the city centre was also great. Piano bar was a nice sophisticated quiet space after a busy day.

Liked the uniqueness of the property but found it quite dark and noisy. The swimming pool was out of action which we did not know beforehand.

I enjoyed the layout and expanse of the facility, and the common areas and gardens / patios to relax. Well maintained. Bar piano and pool were really nice. Novel lobby area and the rooms were quite nice. Best shower of all the places (4) I stayed at on my trip!

Room was very stuffy. No coffee sachets, had to ask. Bed is not the most comfortable, again had to ask for more pillows. WiFi doesn’t work even in reception. pool was closed. Socket for kettle in the room didn’t work. There are few nice things we didn’t get to try them and from what we could make use of £550 per 2 nights without breakfast, it’s just not the level.

Fabulous hotel in a really convenient location - we walked everywhere! So historic and unique but with great aircon which was very much appreciated in 40+ degree heat. Staff all friendly and amazing, especially at the pool bar. Pool a tad small for the number of guests but still v enjoyable in the heat. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent overall,the staff were great and the property fascinating! Only negative was the spa ….no English ….if they don’t have the language they should have printed instructions ….not a good experience as my wife and I were left guessing as the spa staff continued to communicate in Spanish.

What a beautiful hotel, full of charm and quirkiness too. It is a labyrinth of delight. Lots of welcoming courtyards to chill in surrounded by trickling fountains, cool shade and wonderful architecture. Roof top spaces with amazing views across the city. The roof top pool area is wonderful. Outstanding view of the Giralda and churches, plenty of quite sitting and lounging areas to soak up the sun, have a dip or get a cooling drink at the bar. The piano bar is a lovely area to relax listen to the music and relax with a Jerez sherry. The breakfast is wonderful, so much choice too. The staff are really friendly and helpful, always smiling and greeting you. Hotel is placed in the heart of the historic centre, the Giralda just a 5 minute walk away, through narrow streets full of great shops, bars and restaurants. This hotel is the perfect place to retreat after a day seeing the sites, a place you can chill and relax in and in private too, you'll always find an empty courtyard or roof top terrace to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. I would fully recoomend this hotela nd I have already decided that when we go back to Sevill,e we will be staying here.

Hotel itself was lovely and staff helpful but the bathroom smelled of sewage our entire stay, bed was uncomfortable and hot drinks available; green tea only (no coffee which we aren't bothered about but they failed to restock on tea). Location was great but probably wouldn't return to this hotel.

It was a really cool hotel however there is lots and lots of narrow stairs and tunnels and you get lost trying to navigate through the hotel to get to the reception spa and or exit! The the decor and the ambience is really cool and something so unique. There was ants in our bathroom, but they did fix that. The bed was really squeaky and not large.

We loved the quiet ambiance of this historic hotel. The rooms are spotless, quiet and feel secluded. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. And we loved to spend time in the piano bar before dinner

I am writing this review to caution other travelers after a deeply disappointing four-night stay at Las Casas de la Judería. While the location in the historic center is excellent for sightseeing, the hotel itself was a far cry from the "palace" depicted on its website. The fundamental issue is the hotel's confusing layout. The original building has been expanded by acquiring neighboring houses in different alleys. As a result, your room might be over 5-minute walk away from the main lobby, connected by a labyrinth of underground tunnels. It felt less like a hotel and more like a "rat's nest," making it difficult to navigate and utterly lacking in cohesion. Our experience was plagued with issues from the start. The room we were initially assigned was small and, most alarmingly, not clean. The bathroom floor was filthy, covered in stains, and the shower/toilet area was so cramped it was difficult to even close the door. This began a frustrating cycle. Over four nights, we were forced to change rooms 2 times just to find one that was reasonably acceptable. None of the rooms met the standard promised by the photos. To get to the breakfast room, we had to undertake a 5+ minute journey through multiple tunnels and buildings. Furthermore, the beds were uncomfortably small and the mattresses were cheap and provided very poor support, leading to restless nights. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for a pleasant and coherent stay in Seville.

The property is very unique and interesting. The location is excellent. The staff were not particularly helpful and the shower had mold.

The room was very clean. And of course the hotel was quirky (which was part of the attraction). The breakfast was fantastic. And every member of the staff we dealt with was exceptional.

Room was pretty poor eventually got there after a fair hike needs to be refurbished great breakfast lots of climbing steps to different levels unfortunately lift not working for a short time along with the cards for the gate magnets torrential rain resulted in a roof leak (reported) room was a bit of a let down compared to the rest of the hotel Staff were lovely all very helpful. Probably not the best room for 2 couples in there 60s. Penthouse 434&435 piano bar was lovely also had ants everywhere

Very clean. A unique hotel, great room, excellent location. Our hair dryer didn't work and they quickly brought us a replacement. Breakfast was very good. Front desk was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The walk to the room was long and while pretty cool the first time I didn’t anticipate the tunnels and passengers and gates to get to the room. Requested a queen bed and received to singles, both my husband and I were longer than our mattresses and it wasn’t a comfortable sleep. The area was fantastic, valet parking was invaluable, but if I were to go back I would try a different place to stay

The most amazing Hotel-Labyrinth, furnished with love and detail. Very friedly and helpful staff. Unfortunately very loud water pipes, you hear flush and shower of the surrounding rooms at any time.

Room was clean but very small. Hard to move around room with our suitcase. The common area seemed to need some updates. Pretty tired furnishings. We were to the back of the complex with a long winding route to get there. The bellman banged my bag on every corner until I took it from him. Great location in old town

Wonderful except for plumbing! Whenever a neighbour flushed a toilet it sounded like a train through our room

Unique and beautiful hotel. A labyrinth of tunnels and courtyards linking lovely old houses and now hotel rooms. Sadly when leaving our room we found (amongst a lot of dust) a pair of men's pants that did not belong to us! The room was also a bit noisy at night where next door had showers at 1am which sounded like a waterfall in our bedroom. Apart from that - it is very central to where you need to be in Seville as a tourist. Can't fault the staff and food. I think we were just unlucky as I know others who have stayed with no issues.

very unique and pretty property BUT our room was right on the way and we could barely sleep due to the noises of not just other guests but also sounds from toilets and other rooms. There was zero soundproofing. Also the ground floor room on the path (room 10) meant we could not open the windows, so the experience was not goodl

I have mixed feelings about this property. The hotel itself is beautiful and different. It is a collection of apartments in a village style in an old Jewish community. However, the first room we got was not sound proof. You could hear every sound from the street. The one window in the entire apartment did not have any sound insulation which meant you could hear everything that happened in the street - absolutely terrible - we were unable to sleep as it was festival time and Spaniards party hard. Plus it has a terrible sewage smell. The second room was better but the toilet did not flush well, it had cockroaches, AND WiFi signal did not work most times. Both rooms were pretty but needed much remodeling. The hotel also says it provides parking but it is not true. It provides valet to a public parking. Coordinating with the hotel staff was challenging because it is hard to drive to the hotel via a one way narrow street which makes it hard for other drivers to wait while you try to alert the hotel staff to take your car. You can drive it yourself to the parking lot but it is deceptive to stay that this hotel offers parking. It does not. Staff was mostly nice and kind but some were okay, if not a bit dismissive. They have a hard job but can do better. To me the measure of a hotel is whether I would stay again or recommend. I can’t do either - will never visit again or recommend, even if it was pretty. It was too expensive for what it offered.

There is a five minute walk outside, or a longer walk-through a maze of tunnels to get to your room. Our particular room was very small. Everything else was absolutely outstanding. very unique hotel.

Beautiful building and rooms. Needs more smile at the reception, more understanding, more people because sometimes it takes long time just to talking to them. At first, after check in, i didnt find the complimentary bottle of champain. So I left, went to the city and come back, before getting inside the room I asked for the bottle (and for the wifi for the android tv). It was little rude the way she treat me. (By the way "there is no internet on the TV!")

Reception Staff, Bellman (Pedro) & Ladies managing Breakfast were ALL VERY NICE, Helpful, Friendly & Welcoming. Love the hotel’s history & character (it’s a maze & fun, with so many houses put together you indeed feel like you’re in a small town of your own). Rooms are very outdated but that comes with the heritage of the hotel (although my bathroom smelled a lot of drain, not sure from where). Spa staff especially the guy at reception was the worst customer service interaction that I’ve ever received in my life. He already had an attitude as soon as we stepped into the reception not sure what it was we did. We didn’t have reservation & all we asked was if there was availability for us for today to use the spa facilities. He basically threw the spa menu at us saying - see there! Not welcoming, friendly or helpful at all and did not offer us any alternative solutions

Very friendly staff - it’s our first time in Seville, we couldn’t find the Carpark, went to reception for help. The staff escorted us to our room, found our car and parked it for us. Excellent service ! The hotel is also within 10 min walk to major attractions and restaurants and shops. This is very important as it was 45 degrees in June. Would definitely come again !

Excellent place to say, right in the heart of the Jewish quarter. Excellent staff who were always at hand to assist. We had a little issue with the first room, but they promptly changed it for us. Also, helped arrange a taxi to the airport after check out. Much appreciated.

The hotel is a maze of tunnels and courtyards with some rooms only accessible by leaving the hotel and crossing a narrow street. There is no signage - on getting lost twice the reception staff were very rude yet each time I asked for directions i was shown/ told a different route - underground via tunnels of overground round the streets. I didn’t feel safe going back to my room at night especially as the electronic key cards to the gates and room usually didn’t work. Very unhelpful staff.

staff were very courteous and happy to help with any and all requests. The hotel is quite charming and scenic, which I loved about it. only downside was, i think the heat in my room wasn’t working. but i was too lazy to ask about it; im sure they would have either fixed it or changed my room. The location was probably one of my favorite things about the hotel. It’s really in the heart of the city and in my opinion the location can’t be beat. I didn’t get a chance to check out the amenities such a spa and I didn’t get to try out their breakfast either but I did swing by the piano bar and it was cute. Overall I am super thrilled with my stay here and for somebody visiting Seville and Spain for the first time this hotel was perfect. they even upgraded my room for free at the time of check-in to put me into the main hotel which I was super appreciative of. Also most of the staff actually spoke Spanish very well so communication was very simple. In short I highly recommend I would give this place like a nine out of 10

This is my 5th time staying here so I obviously love it! My very first time was in 2009 and its beauty never ceases to amaze me! They have remodeled some areas and the most improved area is the piano bar! It’s cozy and feels like a ‘Speak Easy’ in the states. The staff is wonderful from the reception area to the pool area. The spa is a plus! I highly recommend this hotel… it will always be another home for me!

We really enjoy the stay. We were driving to the hotel. To get by your car to the hotel's front door is little challenging. I would follow the street signs that indicates the hotel's directions vs. your phone directions. Parking while you check in may be challenging. The hotel is unique but we find it fits the vibe for the city. It has that old charm with different garden walkways through the hotel. Each time you have to think how to get to the room. Great location! Great check in service. Special Thanks to their Bellmen Pedro! He was the best bellmen I have had while traveling.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Twelve old courtyard houses linked by underground passages, what a fantastic place. Huge rooms with sofas, great staff and a beautiful piano bar. Absolutely will stay here again, a generous breakfast for €20 which fills you up for the whole day and valet parking for €27.50 a day. Right in the centre of seville, a short stroll to the cathedral and loads of dining and shopping options.

The property is very unique. It used to be individual homes in the Jewish section of town which have been converted to a hotel. It is very well located and all the sights are within walking distance. The junior suite is large and comfortable with a fantastic, spacious bath and individualized air conditioning unit. The furniture needs reupholstering but is nicely appointed.

Having rated it as an excellent hotel, I must tell the reader that it’s not a hotel for people with mobility issues. We found the hotel beautiful, the architecture, the art, the decor. And lots of character and ambience. One of the most interesting hotels we’ve ever stayed at.

The greeting at reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is an eclectic mix of historic areas to explore. The location is ideal for exploring all the key sites of Seville. I would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel was definitely PRIME. Close and within walking distance to everything. This was a very unique style hotel. A lot or architecture and history on the walls and hallways. It was like a maze and you definitely need to keep a map of the hotel with you to find your way around. Very clean and the staff was amazing. The only thing that was a challenge was driving through the small alleys to get to the hotel, definitely not suited for bigger cars, and parking is valet.

The most unique hotel we've ever been to. It's like staying in a museum in the heart of Saville. The staff gives impeccable service, parking and fetching our car from their private lot. Nice rooftop pool area. Many locals were there for the weekend. Know that it consists of 27 linked ancient and historical houses with an underground passageway that was part of the old Jewish quarter. If you have decent cognitive and memory function it's worth staying at. Although half the fun was getting lost in the passages.

Interesting hotel. Easy to get lost in labyrinthine corridors but very helpful staff. Rooftop swimming pool a major feature. Good breakfasts.

Chambre impeccable, personnel très courtois et efficace. Hôtel très bien placé avec sa piscine en roofto. Super séjour. Un point à améliorer le room service qui n'était pas bon du tout. Car livraison de l'extérieur sans doute. Sinon tout était parfait. Vraiment un très bel hôtel et cadre génial.

Hôtel avec tout un cachet historique. Pas toujours faciès de se retrouver à l’intérieur. Bien situé. On peut tout faire à pied. Déjeuner répétitif à chaque matin mais tout est là.

O café da manhã é um evento à parte. Muitas opções, todas muito gostosas e feitas na hora. Impecável!
