A special shout-out to Dinesh and John, who went above and beyond, helping with our luggage (we came fully equipped for golf!), arranging taxis, and sharing their insider tips for making the most of our stay. This kind of thoughtful hospitality wasn't the exception, it was the standard across the entire team. Everyone made us feel truly looked after. The hotel itself is immaculate, with spacious, well-appointed rooms. As keen golfers, we were thrilled with our view overlooking the Emirates Golf Club and watching the night golf in the evenings was a treat. The infinity pool was great, refreshing and uncrowded throughout our stay. The hotel has several restaurants on site, and we sampled two of them. The French restaurant and the Steak-house. Both exceeded expectations with attentive service and excellent food. Interestingly, we weren't the only ones singing their praises with fellow golfers recommending them too. The hotel is in a great position as I like to use the bars and restaurants in the Emirate Hills. And the hotel swimming pool is a particular attraction. The staff are always delightful and super helpful, it’s my second time staying here and I’m sure I will stay again.

Immaculate hotel!! Pool is lovely and clean. For the very start of your stay, the gentleman that greet u at the door and the concierge are sooo helpful and always smiling, they are all fabulous but and I specifically remember misbah who is soooo helpful always The food does need some improvement especially the room service overnight if I really had to critique soemthing. Last and definitely not least, Ahmed the manager is fantastic!!! Very skilled amazing customer service, and is able to sort anything out quickly, he contributed massively to making sure my stay was top notch Me and my whole family love Vida especially the emirates hills branch and are coming back in the winter Insha Allah.

Great modern hotel with spacious rooms with great views. Perfect location with a car so you can get in & out easily to different parts of Dubai. Bars & restaurants on site were spot on for a wide selection of food & drinks. Was exactly what I needed, & look forward to staying again.

Omar, the front desk manager, was kind and helpful, and Avishka stood out as the only professional and courteous staff at reception. A special compliment to Sakthi from the restaurant—he was a star, exceptionally friendly, professional, and truly made a difference during my stay.

I stayed at Vida Emirates Hills and while the room condition was good, I faced a challenging situation with noise during my stay. The hotel handled it by offering an upgrade and a complimentary dinner, which I appreciated. However, the overall front desk service needs significant improvement in hospitality and communication flow. Omar, the front desk manager, was kind and helpful, and Avishka stood out as the only professional and courteous staff at reception. A special compliment to Sakthi from the restaurant—he was a star, exceptionally friendly, professional, and truly made a difference during my stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful week at Vida Emirates Hills and we're already planning our return trip! From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with genuine warmth. A special shout-out to Dinesh and John, who went above and beyond, helping with our luggage (we came fully equipped for golf!), arranging taxis, and sharing their insider tips for making the most of our stay. This kind of thoughtful hospitality wasn't the exception, it was the standard across the entire team. Everyone made us feel truly looked after. The hotel itself is immaculate, with spacious, well-appointed rooms. As keen golfers, we were thrilled with our view overlooking the Emirates Golf Club and watching the night golf in the evenings was a treat. The infinity pool was great, refreshing and uncrowded throughout our stay. The hotel has several restaurants on site, and we sampled two of them. The French restaurant and the Steak-house. Both exceeded expectations with attentive service and excellent food. Interestingly, we weren't the only ones singing their praises with fellow golfers recommending them too. We had a great experience and we're looking forward to returning hopefully soon.

The hotel is in a great position as I like to use the bars and restaurants in the Emirate Hills. And the hotel swimming pool is a particular attraction. The staff are always delightful and super helpful, it’s my second time staying here and I’m sure I will stay again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. Excellent choice if you want to go for a quiet trip or play golf. However, nothing around the area walking distance. Have to get a cab/uber to go to a mall etc.

Great modern hotel with spacious rooms with great views. Perfect location with a car so you can get in & out easily to different parts of Dubai. Bars & restaurants on site were spot on for a wide selection of food & drinks. Was exactly what I needed, & look forward to staying again.

Immaculate hotel!! Pool is lovely and clean. For the very start of your stay, the gentleman that greet u at the door and the concierge are sooo helpful and always smiling, they are all fabulous but and I specifically remember misbah who is soooo helpful always The food does need some improvement especially the room service overnight if I really had to critique soemthing. Last and definitely not least, Ahmed the manager is fantastic!!! Very skilled amazing customer service, and is able to sort anything out quickly, he contributed massively to making sure my stay was top notch Me and my whole family love Vida especially the emirates hills branch and are coming back in the winter Insha Allah.

I enjoyed the products and breakfast the most. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was impressive with options of both a la carte and buffet. We played golf at the nearby course and had a nice view.
