Excellent property to stay at in ellicotville NY! The place was clean, well stocked, and has a very responsive host. Would absolutely stay here again!

the house was comfortable for the 9 people who stayed there; There was originally supposed to be more which might have been a bit tight . Since the weather was cool and a bit rainy for this time of year, a lot of time was spent indoors and everyone was very comfortable. The Kitchen had everything we needed except for a good frying pan but not knowing I brought one! The hot tub and sauna were great if underused.

We had a nice time at this house for a friends ski weekend. The host was communicative and welcoming throughout the process leading up to, and during, our stay. Conveniently located about 10 minute drive from Holiday Valley which was perfect for us.

We loved this house! Our family spent a long holiday weekend there for skiing and everyone had fun. The house was very nicely equipped, had many thoughtful amenities such as shampoo, hand warmers and more. The hosts were very responsive although we really didn’t need anything. We would love to go back again.
