Only 1 room with walk in/roll in accessible shower. Tub access very dangerous, slippery tub bottom and no grab bars. The room I booked through Travelocity was occupied and had been for over a month with extended stay occupants. Staff was very helpful in moving different bookings to accommodate some of my needs. Majority of issue is due to lack of handicap accessible rooms without walkin showers. Majority of guests prefer showers to baths,even Best Western is replacing tubs with walkin showers.

Crazy a brand new hotel has no elevator. Free breakfast was below par. Service was not maintained during posted breakfast hours. Coffee, eggs, biscuits and gravy and juices were all empty.

Things were okay. The room set up was okay. The couch was hard and small, so uncomfortable as is. There were bobby pins and beads on the floor, so the room didn't feel very clean. There was not a squirt of shower gel in the bottle. There was no elevator, which we made do - although would be nice to be made aware before we made reservations too - so could pack things accordingly to carry up the stairs. Saturday morning, they were completely out of the warm eggs for breakfast and didn't have time to wait for them to replenish - so had to leave without any breakfast (as gluten-free, so not many options that I could even eat otherwise).

The property was new and in excellent condition. Free hot cocoa or coffee all day. Excellent free breakfast. The mini-store was convenient and reasonably priced. We bought and cooked a pizza when we were too tired to go out. The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. Special shout-out to Colin and Lauren!

Overall the condition of the building and room were very good. The person checking us in was a little hard to understand, she talked very fast, almost skipping words. We didn't quite understand at first that there is no elevator. Might be an issue for some! The beds were comfortable. The room was very quiet despite being a busy night. I would definitely stay again.

Property was generally clean and nice. Small details were overlooked. Coffee at breakfast was watery. No soap in the shower. Packets of creamer and sugar in the room had all been opened and all stir sticks were gone. Made us wonder whether the room had been cleaned.

What I didn’t like was I could hear the person above me walking on the floor till 12:30 AM. Forgot to insulate! The shampoo and hair conditioner was empty! Room smelled musty! For a $140 , not worth it!

At first glance it seemed really nice. Wow two TVs. Then…we couldn’t get either of them to work. Why can’t these chains put in TVs, their remotes, and a streaming service that the average Joe can use? Then we found that the refrigerator didn’t have ice trays. The cupboards were bare of any utensils. On and on I could go.

This hotel was an excellent stop along our way. Our room was a very comfortable size, it was clean and included everything g we needed as we started our road trip (fridge with freezer, microwave). It was a short walk to the riverfront where there was a nice choice of places to eat with lovely views. We would recommend this hotel to anyone passing by this area.

My wife and I waited for 45 minutes in the lobby for somebody to come to the front desk. It’s a good thing. There’s no other hotel in this town. I would’ve stayed there instead.

We got to the hotel to check in and found out that the hotel had canceled our reservation without letting us know. We had no place to stay that night,, will never make a reservation at this hotel chain again. When we asked how the reservation got canceled the hotel employee told us that our reservation was canceled from Expedia but come to find out that was not true, it was the hotel that canceled it, no place to stay in that area because there was a huge event going on and all hotels were booked,never again and I will tell family and friends not to book at these hotels!!

No shortage of "Likes". Well run, social staff and work to please. Only upon arrival did I learn they did not have an elevator but had set me up for a second floor room. With my hip issues the second floor and dragging up baggage would have been a major problem. I explained the issue and despite the hotel being used heavily that night, they were able to switch rooms and resolve the problem. Thank You.

All in all, it was acceptable. I didn't understand no one being at the front desk when I arrived and no one responding to the call (there were directions to use the phone at the desk and dial 0). I did that several times. Another couple came in 5-10 minutes after I arrived and waited as well. Still, I get it. She was handling other duties (checking rooms?).

We did not get the room type we booked. Booked a Single King Extended Stay Suite and when we arrived they put us in a 2 queen standard room. When i inquired they just said, sorry we are fully booked and that is all we have. Very disappointed. I asked them to check with a manager and there was no resolution.

American owned. The staff was fantastic! Vincent went out of his way to help me at check-in and couldn't have been nicer. Jolee was at the front in the morning and she also went beyond the call of duty to meet our needs. Wonderful experience.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Cobblestone in Fremont Wisconsin. Everything on both stays was great! The hotel personnel are very good. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is very good also. Love the waffle maker and the biscuits and gravy. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel itself is a block away from great white bass fishing. The bars and restaurants are walking distance. Don’t miss out in the broasted chicken dinner and salad bar at the Fremont Hotel which is walking distance from the Cobblestone Hotel.

They charged my account almost double what my stay was. When I asked the front desk about it twice neither person could answer my question about the charges. I asked if I could talk to a manager and they both told me they would have to text her to get ahold of her. They both took my name and number and no one returned my call. Hotel is nice and clean and quiet but if you have any questions or concerns they don’t seem to know or care to help you.

Brand new property huge plus but located across from bar with outdoor music. During my stay heavy metal band that played well into the night. Impossible to sleep. Hotel staff said bands at the bar every weekend. So if your thing maybe not a big deal.

Terrible service and no breakfast items including forks and plates. Three workers sitting around in the breakfast area. We had to ask for everything. Most items never came out. It is fine if you just need a place to sleep. The app won't let me add pictures, but I have pictures of the breakfast area and the messy counters.
