El hotel es muy lindo pero esta ubicado en zona muy ruidosa lo q dificulta el descanso x musica fuerteen locales cercanos hasta muy tarde con ventanas sin termopanel La habitacion pequeña La cama algo dura pero en general bien Limpieza ok personal muy amable Desayuno abundante y rico Lo mejor es el beach club es encantador de dia y de noche con musica en vivo Restorant con amplia carta pero algo costoso

Sin embargo, si tu interés es ir a descansar, escuchar el sonido del mar y aislarte del ruido, este definitivamente no es el hotel adecuado. Desde las 8.30 de la mañana hasta las 10 de la noche se escucha el ruido del beach club. Es música que van variando a lo largo del día (desde música ochentera hasta techno). Aunque no es un sonido fuertísimo, sí es alto y se escucha en el cuarto; y en las tumbonas del hotel que están en la playa. De hecho, al revisar de dónde venía tanta música, nos dimos cuenta que las propias enramadas que dan sombra a las tumbonas del hotel tienen instaladas pequeñas bocinas para amplificar el sonido. Es decir, es una política del hotel tener música todo el día. Adicionalmente, dado que el hotel se encuentra al final de la calle principal, se escucha mucho el ruido de los locales, bares y restaurantes que se encuentran alrededor. En una de las tres noches que pasamos ahí, el ruido de la calle era molesto y no dejaba dormir bien. El hotel es adecuado para ir de reventón, pero no es nada recomendable si lo que quieres es tranquilidad. Es una lástima que no se den cuenta de que no todos los clientes buscan ruido, muchos queremos escuchar el mar. De hecho, ni pudimos estar en el balcón de nuestro cuarto por el mismo bullicio.

This property is good but not great the beach is not very clean & the waiters are not too friendly or just don’t serve you by the beach, water in the shower was too hot or too cold, the cleaning crew didn’t really clean the shower floors, I accidentally drop the bottle of shampoo & never got clean up , it was dangerous slippery, floors weren’t exactly clean either.
This property is good but not great the beach is not very clean & the waiters are not too friendly or just don’t serve you by the beach, water in the shower was too hot or too cold, the cleaning crew didn’t really clean the shower floors, I accidentally drop the bottle of shampoo & never got clean up , it was dangerous slippery, floors weren’t exactly clean either.

Fantastisk sted. God beliggenhed ned til strand og tæt på byen. Venligt, imødekommende og smilende personale. Gode værelser. God service. God mad i restauranten. Rengøringen optimal. Liggestole på stranden (gratis) til rådighed + badehåndklæder. Alle gør hvad de kan for at give gæsterne et dejligt ophold. Tak for det. Et ophold her kan bestemt anbefales.

Great location and an amazing beach. Close to everything but still quiet in the room. Excellent service and the food was also really good. Breakfast was the same every day, maybe some variation could be good. We stayed at seaside suite and liked it, however it was a bit dark and worn out. WiFi was really good. If you have something urgent to ask from the hotel, I recommend calling, since they didn’t replay to my message in several days. However once we got to the hotel, everything worked smoothly. Overall great hotel and would definitely recommend and book again!

Die Unterkunft hatte für uns die perfekte Lage - im Zentrum und am Strand. Schöner Beachclub mit Liegen und Sitzsäcken. Wir hatten ein beach front Zimmer, das weiter hinten in der Anlage lag, weshalb uns Nachts die Musik von neben an nicht so sehr gestört hat. Wer es aber ruhig möchte, sollte lieber eine andere Unterkunft wählen, da hier auch tagsüber immer Musik am Strand läuft. Mit dem Frühstück waren wir sehr zufrieden. Frischer Saft, Kaffee so viel man möchte und Wahl zwischen drei Varianten (Pancakes, chilaquiles, omlet). Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr nett und geben ihr bestes die Anlage stets sauber zu halten. Leider hatten wir Schimmel im Zimmer, welcher während unseres längeren Aufenthalts auch mehr wurde (Wände, Spiegel, Bad). Schätze dieser wird bei Bettenwechsel einfach grob beseitigt. Deshalb kann ich die Unterkunft nur für kurze Aufenthalte empfehlen.

Très bel hôtel en front de mer. Personnel agréable. Bon rapport qualité prix de l hotel. Le seul bémol est que la plage n est pas nettoyée et remplie d algues. Il en découle une odeur noseabonde donc nous avons préféré un autre beachclub pour se baigner.

Excelente servicio, todo el personal muy amable y atento. La habitacion limpia y proporcionada, con los servicios necesarios (internet, aire acondicionado, minibar, humificador y caja fuerte). El baño limpio y espacioso. El unico inconveniente fue la tv, se desconectaba de internet. Las areas comunes bien organizadas y aseadas (restaurante, recepción, lounge y palapas frente a la playa) En general me llevo una gran experiencia. Espero regresar.

Good hotel if you find a good price deal. Nice breakfast compared to other option in area. Polite staff, not intrusive. Central location which is the biggest plus. Life music during the sunset. Rooms smaller than Holbox standard for the basic see view room. Really good WiFi which is unusual. Had problems with hot water every night around 8pm. Cleaning needs a bit improvement but didn’t bother me a lot. Beach front of the hotel is not the nicest one as they have cement waves protection. I would stay again - only for good price.

Gorgeous hotel, incredible staff and the location is perfection. Beds are so comfy, rooms are clean and the beach is immaculate and any seaweed is swept away. Gets far more sunlight than other hotels on the beach too. Food on site is fantastic.

La verdad es un hotel que se vende en una categoría que no tiene y es muy costoso para lo que ofrece. Nos quedamos sin agua, y luego sin agua caliente. El cuarto no estaba hecho, el cesto del baño con papeles de estancia anterior. Para mi la experiencia el Holbox fue mala por la mala elección de hotel que hice. Adicional la gente no esta muy dispuesta a ayudarte si tienes algún tipo de problema de movilidad, yo iba con mi mamá con movilidad algo reducida y fue algo complicado encontrar quien nos ayudara.

Très bel hôtel en bord de mer....tres confortable et propre...chambre spacieuse....personnel sympathique... Restaurant de l'hôtel excellent mais prix élevés, même très élevés au niveau des boissons 10€ un cocktail, 20€ un verre de vin un peu du vol ... Nous avions demandé un petit déjeuner à emporter mais à notre départ rien de prévu nous sommes donc partis le ventre vide... un peu rageant quand le petit déjeuner est compris et pas de geste commercial.....
Très bel hôtel en bord de mer....tres confortable et propre...chambre spacieuse....personnel sympathique... Restaurant de l'hôtel excellent mais prix élevés, même très élevés au niveau des boissons 10€ un cocktail, 20€ un verre de vin un peu du vol ... Nous avions demandé un petit déjeuner à emporter mais à notre départ rien de prévu nous sommes donc partis le ventre vide... un peu rageant quand le petit déjeuner est compris et pas de geste commercial.....

Die Unterkunft hatte für uns die perfekte Lage - im Zentrum und am Strand. Schöner Beachclub mit Liegen und Sitzsäcken. Wir hatten ein beach front Zimmer, das weiter hinten in der Anlage lag, weshalb uns Nachts die Musik von neben an nicht so sehr gestört hat. Wer es aber ruhig möchte, sollte lieber eine andere Unterkunft wählen, da hier auch tagsüber immer Musik am Strand läuft. Mit dem Frühstück waren wir sehr zufrieden. Frischer Saft, Kaffee so viel man möchte und Wahl zwischen drei Varianten (Pancakes, chilaquiles, omlet). Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr nett und geben ihr bestes die Anlage stets sauber zu halten. Leider hatten wir Schimmel im Zimmer, welcher während unseres längeren Aufenthalts auch mehr wurde (Wände, Spiegel, Bad). Schätze dieser wird bei Bettenwechsel einfach grob beseitigt. Deshalb kann ich die Unterkunft nur für kurze Aufenthalte empfehlen.

Great hotel on the beach and the end of town. The location was perfect for exploring restaurants and bars and the beaches nearby. The rooms were comfortable, great AC and firm bed (which is a very Mexican thing) and kept clean and tidy. The food and drinks served were better than average! But the crowning achievement of this place is the service by the staff - amazing service, friendly, helpful, genuinely warm & welcoming! If you’re American, be sure to tip as is accustomed for excellent service, they earn it! Will recommend to my people and definitely coming back!

Good hotel if you find a good price deal. Nice breakfast compared to other option in area. Polite staff, not intrusive. Central location which is the biggest plus. Life music during the sunset. Rooms smaller than Holbox standard for the basic see view room. Really good WiFi which is unusual. Had problems with hot water every night around 8pm. Cleaning needs a bit improvement but didn’t bother me a lot. Beach front of the hotel is not the nicest one as they have cement waves protection. I would stay again - only for good price.

Sin embargo, si tu interés es ir a descansar, escuchar el sonido del mar y aislarte del ruido, este definitivamente no es el hotel adecuado. Desde las 8.30 de la mañana hasta las 10 de la noche se escucha el ruido del beach club. Es música que van variando a lo largo del día (desde música ochentera hasta techno). Aunque no es un sonido fuertísimo, sí es alto y se escucha en el cuarto; y en las tumbonas del hotel que están en la playa. De hecho, al revisar de dónde venía tanta música, nos dimos cuenta que las propias enramadas que dan sombra a las tumbonas del hotel tienen instaladas pequeñas bocinas para amplificar el sonido. Es decir, es una política del hotel tener música todo el día. Adicionalmente, dado que el hotel se encuentra al final de la calle principal, se escucha mucho el ruido de los locales, bares y restaurantes que se encuentran alrededor. En una de las tres noches que pasamos ahí, el ruido de la calle era molesto y no dejaba dormir bien. El hotel es adecuado para ir de reventón, pero no es nada recomendable si lo que quieres es tranquilidad. Es una lástima que no se den cuenta de que no todos los clientes buscan ruido, muchos queremos escuchar el mar. De hecho, ni pudimos estar en el balcón de nuestro cuarto por el mismo bullicio.

The location is amazing. The stuff is great and very friendly. The food is very good. The only problem is the loud music that blasts from across the street until 3am every day. That place is loud. During the afternoon hours there is loud music blasting from the hotel on the beach, then you will have to deal with the music across the street. This hotel is more for people who want to party. We did not. Other than that, everything else is really great.

Great location and an amazing beach. Close to everything but still quiet in the room. Excellent service and the food was also really good. Breakfast was the same every day, maybe some variation could be good. We stayed at seaside suite and liked it, however it was a bit dark and worn out. WiFi was really good. If you have something urgent to ask from the hotel, I recommend calling, since they didn’t replay to my message in several days. However once we got to the hotel, everything worked smoothly. Overall great hotel and would definitely recommend and book again!

The Presidential Suite was very noisy as it is above the lobby. The bar service is just below as well. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel and the service is awesome.

Excelente servicio, todo el personal muy amable y atento. La habitacion limpia y proporcionada, con los servicios necesarios (internet, aire acondicionado, minibar, humificador y caja fuerte). El baño limpio y espacioso. El unico inconveniente fue la tv, se desconectaba de internet. Las areas comunes bien organizadas y aseadas (restaurante, recepción, lounge y palapas frente a la playa) En general me llevo una gran experiencia. Espero regresar.

Gorgeous hotel, incredible staff and the location is perfection. Beds are so comfy, rooms are clean and the beach is immaculate and any seaweed is swept away. Gets far more sunlight than other hotels on the beach too. Food on site is fantastic.

It was amazing. The only thing that I don’t like was that the manager of restaurant was rude with me one moment when I ask to separate one charge of me and my friend. The other things was excellent, the staff very attentive and kind.

The A/C was not cooling down, it never worked properly. At some point there was people who were not hotel guests rooming outside the rooms claiming they lost a cel phone. The hotel staff did nothing to escort them out of the property. Once, overnight there was no water.

Excellent hotel right in the beach Full Bfast is included and you can ask a bag to go if you have a tour or activity set My gf and I got sick as we are on a restaurant outside the hotel. Because of this the staff at the hotel made special food for us that was not on the menu. Shoutout to restaurant manager Arely as well as two of the staff who really took care of us: Majo and Aldana! Thank you for really taking care of us!! We appreciate your help!

I feel like I should give my honest review.. I. Regards the customer service the staff was extremely mean and rude at the hotel and the hotel restaurant. I was a little disappointed in the free breakfast as they serve you the same thing everyday. Other than that it’s nice.

Hotellet ligger precis framför en club som spelade mycket hög musik till 2:30 om nätterna. Jag kunde inte sova. Frukosten var väldigt snål, ingen buffé utan man fick endast en tallrik med det som ingick. Hotellet i sig var mysigt. Ligger verkligen på stranden. Dock spelades väldigt hög musik på stranden under dagarna. Ingen lugn musik utan mestadels mer åt clubhållet. För mig förstörde det mycket.

Great hotel on the beach and the end of town. The location was perfect for exploring restaurants and bars and the beaches nearby. The rooms were comfortable, great AC and firm bed (which is a very Mexican thing) and kept clean and tidy. The food and drinks served were better than average! But the crowning achievement of this place is the service by the staff - amazing service, friendly, helpful, genuinely warm & welcoming! If you’re American, be sure to tip as is accustomed for excellent service, they earn it! Will recommend to my people and definitely coming back!

Das Hotel sehr angenehm, gut gelegen, Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück gut jedoch Abendessen war außer teuer nicht gut ( leider!!! ) obwohl Rahmenbedingungen (Tisch am Steg) ausgezeichnet sind.

Gorgeous hotel, incredible staff and the location is perfection. Beds are so comfy, rooms are clean and the beach is immaculate and any seaweed is swept away. Gets far more sunlight than other hotels on the beach too. Food on site is fantastic.

The restaurant is excellent the prices is better that other sushi restaurant around.Is around everything that I was looking for .The only thing I don’t like is their is no light after 2am around and I didn’t feel safe walking by my self from the beach bar ,They should have sensor lights.

Excellent hotel right in the beach Full Bfast is included and you can ask a bag to go if you have a tour or activity set My gf and I got sick as we are on a restaurant outside the hotel. Because of this the staff at the hotel made special food for us that was not on the menu. Shoutout to restaurant manager Arely as well as two of the staff who really took care of us: Majo and Aldana! Thank you for really taking care of us!! We appreciate your help!

I feel like I should give my honest review.. I. Regards the customer service the staff was extremely mean and rude at the hotel and the hotel restaurant. I was a little disappointed in the free breakfast as they serve you the same thing everyday. Other than that it’s nice.

Zelden zo mooi ontwaakt, prachtig strand, mooie palmbomen in de tuin, vriendelijke mensen die heel behulpzaam waren en meedachten. Prachtige kamer, kort om zeker een aanrader!! Oh ja en heerlijk ontbijt!

Great location and an amazing beach. Close to everything but still quiet in the room. Excellent service and the food was also really good. Breakfast was the same every day, maybe some variation could be good. We stayed at seaside suite and liked it, however it was a bit dark and worn out. WiFi was really good. If you have something urgent to ask from the hotel, I recommend calling, since they didn’t replay to my message in several days. However once we got to the hotel, everything worked smoothly. Overall great hotel and would definitely recommend and book again!

Right on the beach with a OK pool. Good restaurant. Easy access to all Holbox. Quite noisy at night as close to bars so sound level only goes down after 2am... Room was nice and clean.

The property was alright but our fan stopped working on the third night, the toilet seat threatened to come off & on the last morning there was no running water in our room. The hotel restaurant’s service was REALLY slow & the drinks were so full of ice there was very little to drink. On the upside the property was fine if you consider where you are & understand the unique challenges they face on this island with power, cell phone coverage & water. The cell phones went down for the entire island on the 3rd day & though the internet came back up later the cell phones did not. Having said all that we still very much enjoyed our stay. I will take Holbox any day over Cancun or Isla Mujeres. . . The location of this hotel is good if you don’t mind staying in the thick of things. We normally don’t choose that but we were here less than a week & had already been to the island a few months prior so we knew what we wanted to do. The young man Carlos working the front desk was a wonder to behold. A very nice young man & very helpful. We would consider staying here again under the right circumstances. It is convenient being right on the beach with a shower strategically placed so you can wash your feet or water shoes before heading up to your room. We didn’t use the pool but I dipped my foot in it & found it to be as warm as the ocean. . .

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L’hôtel est très bien positionné. La chambre était très confortable et grande. La vu sur mer était fantastique. Il y a un frigo dans la chambre ce qui était très pratique. Le personnel était disponible et serviable. Je recommande cet hôtel pour séjourner à holbox.
