If you're planning a stay in Laroque-des-Alberes, it would be hard to beat this location. Good restaurants, wine bars, and hiking trails are just a short walk away -- and in the case of one wine bar, literally at your doorstep. Philippe is both a helpful and unobtrusive host. He is there if you need him but not if you don't, and his brief printed guide has excellent suggestions for places to visit. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs because this is a town with a church bell and they like to use it. One thing that could be improved is the terrace, which currently has a deteriorating coat of green paint that blows into the apartment as green dust and covers everything if you open the sliding door. We opted to keep it closed because we got tired of cleaning the dust.

We spent 2 very pleasant weeks at this property located in a picturesque village. Located mere steps from restaurants, wine bar, the local butcher shop, bakery and a nice little bodega. We used the location as a base to explore beautiful locations, both coastal and inland. Our hoset was helpful and happy to answer any questions.

Un séjour parfait! Philippe est un hôte avec lequel il est facile de communiquer, il a été très arrangeant et facilitateur pour notre arrivée et notre départ.La maison est très confortable et parfaitement équipée; c'est une maison de village de 3 étages dans le centre du joli village de Laroque. On a toujours pu nous garer à proximité. Une adresse à retenir!

La maison est bien placée pour rayonner à pied ou en voiture, spacieuse pour les familles nombreuses et est bien équipée (1 ventilateur par piece, indispensable avec la canicule).En plein mois d'août, le village est très vivant, heureusement que les fenêtres isolent bien du bruit extérieur ! Surtout Philippe est quelqu'un de très disponible et réactif, prévenant et d'excellent conseil pour les bonnes adresses et les choses à faire dans les environs.

Emplacement centre village avec parking à proximité. Animation tardive dans le village qui contribue à une bonne ambiance, vous pouvez prendre un verre bien agréable dans le bar à vin, au pied de l'entrée . Fenêtres avec très bonne isolation phonique qui isole du bruit extérieur et ventilateur à disposition dans chaque chambre.3 belles chambres et une mezzanine sur 3 niveaux.Grande salle d'eau double vasque.
