B&B HOTEL près de Disneyland Paris

C'était agréable, par contre il serait bon de précisé que le parking n'est pas compris dans le prix et qu'il coûte quand même 15euros par jour .

Dommage qu'en reservant via hotel.com nous avons du payer le parking, Parking etant gratuit quand on réserve via le site de l'hôtel. Sinon bon positionnement et bon petit déjeuner

Attention on vous ne le dit pas sur le site mais ajoutez un coût du parking de l’hôtel pour 1 nuit de 15€ énorme.

Everything about the stay was great, except the bus journey to/from the hotel. There simply are not enough busses for the 5 hotels they serve. It is like a riot trying to get on the bus, with quite literal pushing and screaming. Once I was on I was wedged on, the B B hotel is the first stop - I couldn’t get off, without any exaggeration I physically could not get off. I started with a polite request, then told people to move and eventually had to force my way around people as no-one was willing to move. The vehicle operator did absolutely nothing at all (probably has to deal with this on every journey). This has been an issue for years - I used to stay at the Val de France hotels frequently, but stopped for this very reason. I will go back to staying in Torcy, Bussy-saint-Georges or Val D’Europe to avoid this madness - the RER is quicker and only a few Euros, and whilst it is busy at park close - it’s a lot more civil than taking these busses. If you want a B B hotel, check the one in Torcy, it’s a 2 minute walk from the station - you’ll be in your room faster than waiting for the bus to the Val de France B B hotel.

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour. La literie est bonne pour un b&b. Le seul bémol c'est le prix du parking qui était gratuit avant! 15€ les 24 heures ca fait grimper la note sur un séjour de plusieurs nuits....

Struttura carina; personale gentile; vicina ai parchi Disney; abbastanza pulita; ma non ci tornerei per alcuni aspetti non completamente positivi.. Navetta gratuita si, ma non proprio a 10minuti dai parchi; in base al giro che fa, ci mette 5minuti o 15-20minuti, in quanto il b&b è l'ultimo servito.. mattina e sera passa ogni 10-15min ma affollatissima e nella maggior parte dei casi, bisogna aspettare la seconda, la terza, anche la quarta..il pomeriggio non prima di ogni ora.. taxi però sempre disponibili.. stanza piccolissima con bagno piccolissimo, al contrario di come si vede in foto.. no frigobar ne in stanza ne nei luoghi comuni.. ho dovuto buttare il latte della bimba aperto, perché non mi hanno dato nessuna possibilità di conservarlo al fresco gratuitamente. Colazione buona.. pranzo e cena assolutamente no..

Très bel hôtel à proximité de Disneyland Paris dans un cadre verdoyant avec un service de navette gratuite entre le parc et l hôtel, bon petit déjeuner. Les seuls points négatifs sont la conciergerie payante lorsqu’on souhaite laisser les bagages à l arrivée (jamais vu ça ailleurs) et l’air conditionné que l’on ne peut pas éteindre. Sinon bon rapport qualité prix dans l ensemble.

Hotel is ok, rooms are clean and functional. The team at Reception is responsive and friendly. Te weak point is the restaurant. Breakfast is quite a disaster. Variety of the buffet is very poor (almost no fruit, only 1 type of charcuterie and 2 cheeses. The other disaster is the free shuttle going to Disneyland. This is the last hotel of the route and it is always full. You end up with having to add 12-15 euros extra on an Uber or Taxi.

Hotel is the last pick up on the Disney free bus route so is always very full and a squeeze to get on if you can

Great affordable spot for visiting Disneyland Paris. Rooms are large and clean, and pretty quiet. Amenities are simple, but you don’t need much when you’re in the parks all day! The free shuttle to the parks and train station is often very crowded, but there is a public bus route a 6 minute walk away that is way less crowded and worth the €2 to not feel like a sardine. Breakfast is delicious but I recommend going before 8:30am as it’s gets very busy and hard to navigate. Overall, I recommend the hotel for those looking for an affordable place to sleep after full days in the parks or out in Paris (less than an hour away and €2.50 by metro).

Yes spotless

Ein absoluter Albtraum! Von Sauberkeit kann man in diesem Hotel nicht einmal sprechen. Unser erstes Zimmer war voller Bettwanzen – ekelhafter geht es wirklich nicht! Zwar wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, doch dieser widerliche Eindruck hat sich dadurch überhaupt nicht geändert. Man fühlt sich einfach unwohl und angewidert. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist ein Witz: kein Kühlschrank, keine Pflege Produkte, keine Gläser, nur billige Pappbecher, als wären wir auf einer Klassenfahrt. Für ein Hotel einfach nur peinlich. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls eine Katastrophe. Am Buffet herrschte pures Chaos, die Leute haben sich benommen, als wären wir mitten in einem Hungerskrieg. Wer nicht sofort zugreift oder sich dazwischen drängt, geht leer aus. Außerdem fehlten ständig Besteck, Teller und Tassen. Und das Angebot war eine Frechheit: außer Brot und Croissants gab es fast nichts, alles war viel zu süßlastig. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel! Dieses Hotel rechtfertigt in keiner Weise die verlangten Preise. Für uns war es der schlimmste Aufenthalt überhaupt, nie wieder!

Very basic hotel but lots of issues: Cleanliness of areas poor Breakfast area so busy not enough seating Crockery and cutlery dirty Lifts etc were dirty Rooms not sound proof very basic Beds not great either Shuttle buses are ridiculous not enough of them in operation. We stayed here two nights with a few days in between in different rooms. Plus: Cheap Close to Disneyland Paris Free breakfast included. Cons: The bathrooms of both our rooms had mold in it. Rooms weren't cleaned properly either (lots of dust and hairs) Some rooms are really tiny, some are bigger its a metter of luck what kind of room you get. Parking costs 15 euro's for every time you leave the car park, so if you stay there for a week and only leave the car park once it will cost you 15 euro's, if you stay for two days and have to leave the car park a few times it can cost you 60 euro's easily. It would be more fair to just get a parking card valid for the duration of your stay instead of paying every time you leave.

Parking payant (et pas donné), chambre sale, moutons sur le bas du mur. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre car la chambre donnait au dessus des poubelles - oreillers de très mauvaise qualité. Petit déjeuner industriel. Le seul avantage , vous êtes à 5 mins du parc.

This is quite possibly the most dirty hotel experience I have ever had. The bed seemed like it wasn’t cleaned at all just made from the previous guests. The breakfast left much to be desired but at least it was included.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig zu allen Seiten. Kinder bis 1 Uhr morgens durch die Gänge gerannt und im Zimmer rum gehüpft ( wie gesagt sehr hellhörig) Frühstücksbuffet war sehr voll. Tische nicht wirklich sauber gemacht, damit sich neue Gäste hinsetzen können. Schuttel Busse müssen zu den Stoß Zeiten öfter fahren. Diese Hotel ist die letzte abholstation vom Schuttel und meistens war der Bus schon voll (Stoßzeit)

breakfast buffet was quite good and shuttle service was sufficient room smelled stale, and sometimes smelled like cigarette smoke. no ability to control heat/AC/fan in the room, it is centrally controlled. mold along the wall in one corner, from the ceiling to the bed. fuzzy, thick mold on the shower door hinges. Ceiling paint is peeling, due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom and room.

While our room was quite large it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked and it was a bit run down in the bathroom. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk when our A/C was not working properly. While getting ready the first morning the barely working A/C stopped. I am fairly certain they shut off the A/C and don’t allow it to run during the day. I called into a corporate number and was transferred to our front desk. She said they would send a technician up to look at it but no one ever showed. It was just as hot when we returned that evening from being in the park. They do have a free shuttle, which is nice but it is for four large hotels in the property and was always packed. We rode it in the morning but didn’t even attempt trying to take it back from the park at the end of night - we just took an Uber. We were also taken to the wrong hotel when we first arrived in our Uber - even though I used the address on our hotel reservation so be aware there. Use the name - not the address provided. I would not stay here again.

Alles was echt goed schoon, en kamer groot genoeg voor 1 nacht. Maar die bedden waren echt keihard en slechte kussens. Douche voor kleine mensen gemaakt, daar kan je niet eens normaal onder staan.

Breakfast was decent enough. Same every day but decent. Room was decent as well. Small but adequate for just a place to sleep and wash. Beds quite firm and only 1 very soft pillow but after walking a thousand miles around the parks sleep came easy. Again decent. No frills hotel, a bit basic but clean and has everything you need for a trip. Only thing was had to pay extra €30 to have a kettle and fridge in the room

Tout le long de notre séjour nous avons eu des problème avec le WiFi de l'hôtel. Souvent incapable de se connecter dans notre chambre et la connectivité était parfois aussi en problème à l'extérieur de notre chambre. Buffet de l'hôtel et repas du soir était bien. Belle offre d'une formule snack de repas à emporter disponible. Navette gratuite pour se rendre à Disneyland Paris. Plus abordable qu'un hôtel Disney.

Basic for getting to the parks and what we needed! Breakfast was really good and alot on offer. Room was basic and a flies nest in the window meaning it couldn’t be opened.

The room was specious for our family of 4, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, the bathroom in our room was very small, I couldn’t stand up in the shower as it was very low. The check in was very slow. We also were not aware we had to pay €15 each day to park our car here. The buses to the train station are convenient but often very over crowded

Tres bien accueillir dans hotel. Petit problèmes avec une fuite dans la salle de bain met.le problème a etais vite réglé avec intervention d'un employé en moin de 5 minute. Petit déjeuné assez sympas a volontés.

Impressive building. Ground floor full of Disney magic. Rooms are very basic. Biggest issue for me was breakfast buffet. Very busy, often no cutlery, plates or cups/glasses. People resorting to using the trays and napkins. For those dining at 10am to avoid the busy period the staff already start clearing down the food. Staff are not very happy or accomadating. By no fault of their own the tables are often left dirty, as they attempt the clear as quickly as they can.

I give a 3 star due to some unfortunate things that happened during what started as a wonderful stay. The hotel is clean, beds are super comfy. We were so in love until our bedroom vent started blowing out heat when it was on cool mode, our room was boiling. We couldn’t open the windows as we had a small child and were on the 3rd floor: my husband went to reception twice and they said someone would come to fix it, that never happened. 2nd night 2 coaches of teenagers arrived and were put on our floor. They were racing up and down the halls, banging up against the walls until 2am!!!! We reported this and again NOTHING was done! We had likely no sleep and had a 10 hour journey home. Livid. So far the complaints to the hotel have got me nowhere! I feel we should be refunded somewhat as we didn’t sleep for 2 nights. Defeats the point of a hotel doesn’t it. Do not recommend

This property, charged me twice. They could not cancel a reservation that somehow was booked a year in advance due to a system glitch. They told expedia they would fix it then backed out. So, comes the date of my trip for a year later and they still wont refund but i can cancel and they can rebook it and make more money. What a scam and fraudulent way to run a business. Save your money and go elsewhere. The shuttle to disney parks sucks, stops at multiple places, we took an Uber instead. The breakfast? Good luck finding a place to sit, its soo packed.

Die Mitarbeiter waren super nett, ich war mit einem Rollstuhl dort und nur eins hat mir nicht gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter haben uns zu sehr bevorzugt behandelt extra Tisch am Frühstück usw. kleiner Tipp einfach ganz normal verhalten. Sonst waren die Mitarbeiter sowohl am Check-in als auch beim check-out super. Owen hat mir den Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt ein super Mitarbeiter. Aber das der Parkplatz nicht kostenlos ist müsste man in der Buchung evtl. angeben, damit man nicht überrascht ist. Zimmer war sauber, Betten waren bequem, Badezimmer war auch sauber, bis auf die schwarzen flecken in den den Fugen der Fliesen, der Dusche welche vom Seifenresten kommen.

Great location for Disney and a free shuttle bus to and from the park is ideal. The rooms were clean and fresh and the shower pressure was great. Breakfast was a tasty basic continental.

Cheap and cheerful; easy access to Disneyland Paris.

Great location for doing disney on a budget. Breakfast menu is Basically different variations of bread with a bit of fruit. But on the whole cant complain. Does what it needed to do which was be close to disney as you spend most of your time there anyways. I would recommend for families that are not big on hotel experience as like i said it fit the purpose. Overall happy with the stay.

Foi maravilhosa, super atendeu nossas expectativas. Ficamos alguns dias e com bebê de quase 2 anos. foi super tranquilo e fica pertinho da Disney. Tem o ônibus que passa diariamente para o parque. Aproveitamos ele também para idas ao centro de Paris. Usando o ônibus até a estação de trem.

Great hotel for the budget price. Ideal location for Disney, clean, quiet and felt safe. The dining room is the only negative at breakfast time, maybe having it one way would help but a small issue.

Beautiful hotel located very near Disneyland Paris. Complimentary shuttles offered to the park which comes and goes very frequently. Restaurant on site serves a bery nice breakfast with a lot of optiona to choose from. It also serves decent quality lunch and dinner.

Its was convenient for visiting Disneyland.

Lovely little hotel as the partner hotels go. Very pleased with our stay overall. Price good, good continental breakfast included. My only complaints would be the meals in the evening. Food was stale and unedible and nothing like the breakfast which was actually decent.

Très bel hôtel, accueil très sympathique et professionnel, les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et très confortable.

Poucas opções de comida. Pizza boa. Café da manhã muito lotado, sem proteínas (ovos mexidos, ou omeletes, por exemplo), raras frutas. O ponto forte foi a nuttela. Conforto da cama bem simples. Acesso à internet muito ruim (não conseguimos acessar no nosso quarto durante toda a estadia, apenas na recepção). Acesso ao transporte bom, porém ônibus que levava para os parques da Disney estava sempre lotado. Não voltaremos a este Hotel.

Cet hôtel est bien situé pour se rendre à Eurodisney car navette gratuite. Par contre, le restaurant n'est vraiment pas bon. Pizza surgelée à peine réchauffée à 14 euros. Une honte je trouve. Mais le petit déjeuner était très varié avec du choix.

Bom custo benefício, tem ônibus gratuito para a Disney. Utilizamos somente 1 diária, para mais diárias não seria interessante para nós , pegamos um quarto para 4, mas era pequeno Café da manhã bom , mas super lotado, difícil achar mesa para sentar

Hotel grande, bem organizado. Check-in ágil, check-out automático. Restaurante funciona até 24h com boas opções. Café da manhã excelente.
