Chambre et literie très biens, petit dej très sympa également L’établissement est propre et disposé d’un bowling, salle de jeux ect pour passer vos soirées En revanche pour le spa, il y’avait trop de monde le week end soir, pas trop de transat et du coup l’espace perd son côté «relaxant» Il manque également une horloge au spa pour voir le temps

La chambre était propre et le personnel était agréable. Par contre la piscine était pas très chauffée et le vestiaire était trempé par terre. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais il n'y avait pas trop de choix pour le prix. Et nous avons mangés à la pizzeria de l'hôtel où j'ai été déçu pour la qualité du repas surtout pour le prix qu'on a payé.

Rooms looked a little tired, lack of plug outlets, carpet worn out and our room had had a patch of carpet cut out and swapped which looked poor, lack of good quality tea/coffee making facilities. Spa does not have a jacuzzi which surprised us.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel avec un personnel charmant, une salle de sport avec de nombreux équipements dernier cri et un spa (piscine sauna hamman) au top avec des horaires tardifs très appréciables. Néanmoins un bémol sur ledoublits la nuit pas très agréable

This is a lovely hotel in a good location for Disneyland. The hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious and up to date. The facilities are really good with a lovely pool, sauna and steam room as well as a well stocked and large (for a hotel) gym. The location for Disney is great after a 15 min walk to train station you are 10 mins away. The location for CDG airport isn’t the best we ended up getting a taxi both way as the public transport options aren’t great. Also, it says on the booking there is a free shuttle bus to the bus and train station but this isn’t the case all year round - just during French holidays.

Peut-être était-ce la mauvaise période (vacances scolaire). Dans tous les cas, ce séjour était décevant : spa très bien mais hyper blindé avec beaucoup de jeunes et enfants donc énormément de bruit et les places sont très très vite limitées (vigile présent donc pour quelle raison ? Il y aurait-il eu des incidents notoires..?) . La salle de sport est bien, assez spacieuse, bien équipée et propre. . Pour un 4 étoiles le peignoir n'est pas fourni sans devoir payer une caution de 50€. . Les chaussons sont payants à 5€. Pas assez de prises dans la chambre exécutive (au coin du lit il y avait juste une seule prise électrique). La vaisselles en location est à 15€. Contrairement au descriptif, le lac et/ou le terrain de golf ne sont pas du tout proches de l'hôtel, il y a en revanche un jardin et du bitume autour. . Les trois restaurants sont avec réservations uniquement. . Les couloirs de l'hôtel avaient de mauvaises odeurs (tabac, malpropreté, etc...) Le ptit déjeuner était bien mais la salle se situe dans un bâtiment annexe, et bien entendu à l'image du spa, la salle est très vite limitée aux heures d'influences. Tout le personnel était accueillant, professionnel et bien. Bref... Pour des raisons d'absences de relaxation (particulièrement surpopulation et bruit) nous ne reviendrons pas.

Séjour catastrophique. Ça a d’abord commencé par un retard Check in, ils nous disaient juste ils font au plus vite! 1h d’attente, on a eu la chambre à 16h. J’ai du demandé le lit bébé 2 fois une fois avant l’arrivé et lors du Check in ils nous ont dit c’est pris en compte à l’arrivée de la chambre pas de lit bébé et personne ne répond au téléphone, il fallait descendre pour demander. Ils demandent une caution de 100€ pour les peignoires et les pantoufles ne sont pas fournie. Le billard est payant et a aucun moment ils mentionnent ce détail, c’est à la fin qu’ils nous disent que c’est 22 €. On nous a autorisé un late checkout (midi) et pourtant on nous appelle à 11h20 pour nous prévenir qu’il faut payer 50€ pour 1h de plus. Piscine très sale et pas chauffée. Bref à éviter et domage parce que l’hôtel a du potentiel vu l’espace et la décoration.

En soit l’hôtel était sympathique mais ce qui ne m’a pas plu c’est les horaires du côté spa (fermeture à 21h c’est assez tôt pour le week-end sachant que c’était encore les vacances), le restaurant de l’hôtel aussi fermé beaucoup trop tôt Et aussi que la chambre était assez froide et pas super propre (beaucoup de poussière retrouvé et des insectes qui sortaient de nulle part) c’était dommage pour ces points là mais sinon sa allait dans l’ensemble

Un hôtel raffiné et moderne en son genre, les lieux sont très propres. Un parking pour se garer en toute tranquillité. Le spa, la piscine et les loisirs sont juste top, un vrai moment de détente et de bonne humeur ! Petit-déjeuner copieux, et dîner à la italian touch. Super week-end de détente, nous allons sûrement revenir. Merci beaucoup pour votre professionnalisme.

Très bon hôtel, situé en bordure de la 4 voies, À côté d’un centre commercial À deux minutes à pied et 10 minutes du Val d’Europe/Disney. Le personnel est très accueillant avec un Service impeccable. Le lieu est très convivial avec des décoration moderne, ma chambre en duplex était très propre, le lit est douillet La salle de sport est très propre, dommage pour ma part que les altères commençait à 8kg, toutefois, il y a quand même beaucoup de matériel pour faire de la musculation et du cardio, Les vestiaires sont très propre, il a piscine le matin la température est idéale Pour ne pas avoir froid dès l’entrée.

La salle de bains nécessiterait une rénovation. Nous avons constaté l'absence de bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre. De même, nous avons noté l'absence de cuillères, bien que du café soit disponible. La literie est excellente. L'hôtel est très satisfaisant.

Récemment rénové l’hôtel m’a paru globalement mériter ses 4 étoiles. Sur certains points c’est effectivement discutable, mais parfois même les chaînes ne sont pas à la hauteur des étoiles affichées. L’hôtel devait être une résidence à l’origine il me semble. C’est peut-être lié à notre nuit ( samedi soir ) mais j’ai trouvé qu’il y avait beaucoup de jeunes clients. Pour autant la nuit n’a pas du tout été perturbée. Chambre en duplex très spacieuse, wifi pas au top en chambre mais ok dans l’hôtel. La piscine et le spa sont vraiment un atout majeur et sont incontournables. Deuxième point fort et pas des moindres : le restaurant italien est juste magique. Une cuisine pleine de saveurs et des pizzas comme il est difficile d’en trouver : au top !!!! L’équipe du restaurant est presque 100% italienne. Petit déjeuner copieux et avec beaucoup de choix, très bien servi et mis en valeur. Malheureusement nous étions trop fatigués pour profiter du bowling. Chose rare : absolument tout le personnel était serviable, accueillant, souriant, etc… L’hôtel est à moins de 10 minutes de voiture du centre commercial val d’Europe et de Disney Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Fantastic Venue, Breakfast was a really nice place to be with great food. Bar and bowling alley were great. Free shuttle service to local station was really good and staff were really helpful. Bed was super comfy.

Séjour catastrophique. Ça a d’abord commencé par un retard Check in, ils nous disaient juste ils font au plus vite! 1h d’attente, on a eu la chambre à 16h. J’ai du demandé le lit bébé 2 fois une fois avant l’arrivé et lors du Check in ils nous ont dit c’est pris en compte à l’arrivée de la chambre pas de lit bébé et personne ne répond au téléphone, il fallait descendre pour demander. Ils demandent une caution de 100€ pour les peignoires et les pantoufles ne sont pas fournie. Le billard est payant et a aucun moment ils mentionnent ce détail, c’est à la fin qu’ils nous disent que c’est 22 €. On nous a autorisé un late checkout (midi) et pourtant on nous appelle à 11h20 pour nous prévenir qu’il faut payer 50€ pour 1h de plus. Piscine très sale et pas chauffée. Bref à éviter et domage parce que l’hôtel a du potentiel vu l’espace et la décoration.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Innenausstattung des Hotels ist sehr schön und angenehm. Die Zimmer sind sehr bequem, das Bad ist jedoch etwas älter. Der Innenhof des Anwesens ist sehr groß und idyllisch. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, könnte jedoch etwas vielfältiger sein und feiner. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel mit gutem Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis.

The only good thing about this hotel is the interior in the lobby area, outdoors and swimming area. The staff were unhelpful, we complained multiple times about the wifi not working in our room and we were met with “keep trying” the Tv was meant to be a smart TV, yet we couldn’t get it to work, even connecting via chromcast due to the unresponsive WiFi. No utensils in the room, we were given paper cups instead. It was overall a disappointing stay. Wouldn’t go back there again.

12mins away from Disneyland Paris, Excellent duplex room for families, fridge, kettle, stove, large clean rooms, great shower and easy parking. Staff helpful, excellent Italian restaurant adjoining the hotel, plus spa and bowling alley, (which we didn’t use). Perfect for a stay during a visit to Disney. Also very close to supermarket, bakeries and petrol station to get all you need prior to visiting Disney. Because the food at the resort was poor!

This is a lovely hotel in a good location for Disneyland. The hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious and up to date. The facilities are really good with a lovely pool, sauna and steam room as well as a well stocked and large (for a hotel) gym. The location for Disney is great after a 15 min walk to train station you are 10 mins away. The location for CDG airport isn’t the best we ended up getting a taxi both way as the public transport options aren’t great. Also, it says on the booking there is a free shuttle bus to the bus and train station but this isn’t the case all year round - just during French holidays.

L’hôtel est très jolie, la chambre propre. Le seul problème, sur le site ils disent avoir une navette pour Disney mais cela concerne apparemment que pendant les vacances des parisiens. Nous sommes en vacances de la région Rhône Alpes et nous ne sommes pas en vacances en même temps. Ce détail n’est pas précisé sur le site. Car nous n’aurions pas choisis cette hôtel étant donné que nous sommes descendu pour Disney et rien d’autres. Aucune solutions nous a été proposée. Nous devions soit prendre le Ter payant ou notre voiture et payer 30 euros de parking à Disney.

La chambre était propre et le personnel était agréable. Par contre la piscine était pas très chauffée et le vestiaire était trempé par terre. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais il n'y avait pas trop de choix pour le prix. Et nous avons mangés à la pizzeria de l'hôtel où j'ai été déçu pour la qualité du repas surtout pour le prix qu'on a payé.

Les points positifs : l’accueil, le spa avec horaire spécifique pour les enfants, le restaurant italien que je recommande et l’ambiance générale. Les points négatifs : pas de peignoir et de chaussons en chambre executive ce qui oblige d’aller au spa habillé et qu’il n’y a pas de cabine pour se changer. J’ai trouvé cela mesquin et peu pratique. Pas d’eau minérale non plus, Petit déjeuner très bruyant et pas de très bonne qualité pour le prix.

La piscine et le spa sont vraiment un atout majeur et sont incontournables. Deuxième point fort et pas des moindres : le restaurant italien est juste magique. Une cuisine pleine de saveurs et des pizzas comme il est difficile d’en trouver : au top !!!! L’équipe du restaurant est presque 100% italienne. Petit déjeuner copieux et avec beaucoup de choix, très bien servi et mis en valeur. Malheureusement nous étions trop fatigués pour profiter du bowling. Chose rare : absolument tout le personnel était serviable, accueillant, souriant, etc… L’hôtel est à moins de 10 minutes de voiture du centre commercial val d’Europe et de Disney Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Dessus de l hôtel, nous avons réservé une chambre avec un grand lit, malheureusement nous avons deux lits une place attaché avec un sur matelas très désagréable, le petit déjeuner est normal, madame a aimer le spa et les services de bien être, dommage que le bar de l hôtel ne ferme pas tard car après le restaurant on souhaite un peu de calme et le seul bar ouvert est celui du bowling bien pour la fête et s amuser

2nd stay in the Paxton and again almost faultless. We stayed in a duplex family room which was perfect for our requirements, as we used it as a base to visit Paris. The bathrooms and some of the decor in the rooms is starting to wear a little but nothing worthy of a complaint. The swimming pool and facilities were perfectly adequate, although some couples were unaware that children can use the pool until a certain time. The complimentary taxi service to the local train station to either Paris or Disneyland was fantastic and worthy of tipping the driver. Good breakfast selection and ample space in the dining area. Kids eating free with an adult was a nice surprise.

Had a great experience at PAX. Was there for 8 days. Staff were excellent. Dillon and aphram at the breakfast were amazing. Very helpful. Will definitely stay there again. Breakfast was amazing. Many selection to choose from.
