Fantastic hotel, 3rd stay & will definitely be back. Child friendly hotel & clean rooms & areas in hotel. Pool was great only downside would be the water is so cold. My son still loved it though. Would highly recommend it to friends & family 😀

Good basic accommodation but for children it was great! Good pool and slides , play area arcade and pirate ship, noisy and busy but good family choice- food was pretty good breakfast and evening meal 88 euro for family of four evening buffet but good range of choice Slick shuttles every 15 mins to Disney but taxi is only 20 euro

This property is a perfect base for people who want to visit Disneyland Paris. They offer a free shuttle bus service, which tends to run every 15/30 mins. This drops you directly in the Train station/Bus stop parking area outside Disneyland. The hotel is situated about 10 mins shuttle ride away from Disneyland and is perfect for families with Children. There is an indoor climbing area/arcades, indoor swimming pool equipped with slides and a big outdoor Play area with slides. Make sure your stay comes with access to the Aqua park as this is a good optional extra to have, when you don’t want to go Disneyland. We did one day in the Hotel and a walk around the surrounding Area and we had plenty to keep us entertained. Even if your not going to Disney, still get the shuttle into Disney as you can walk around the village for free, have photos in-front of the Disneyland hotel/water fountains and there are plenty of restaurants/bars to get something to eat. There are also plenty of options to eat within the hotel. The Breakfast they offer is continental but you can pay extra to have a cooked breakfast, it just depends what you prefer. They had plenty on offer from Jam on toast to ham, cheeses, yogurt and pastries. We would definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for a fab stay

The hotel facilities are brilliant for families, however, the pool had no lifeguard and kids were every where unattended. Kids coming flying out of the water slides knocking into other kids near by, dangerous! Breakfast is plain but comes free with the price so can’t complain in that respect. The room is small but has what is needed. The beds are awful, actually could cry with the back pain they’ve caused us as a family. The bunk beds were awful and kids kept complaining of it being so hard to sleep on. The fan made noises constantly like an alarm, but needed it on as the hotel doesn’t offer air con, windows are dangerous as they have no safety latch for kids. They open extremely wide and we were on the third floor with kids, so couldn’t leave it open. Shower very slow and powerless. Overall, if the rooms were to be upgraded and beds were comfortable then we would stay again as the hotel offers so much fun for families.

The food was very basic and not of a good standard, just a continental breakfast and you had to pay extra for an american breakfast which barely met a passable standard. The swimming pool which was why we selected this hotel wasn't open the 1st day and then on the next three days it was open but was freezing cold, the slides weren't working and the pirate ship was closed. We definitely won't be staying here again.

Lovely staff throughout, rooms are sizeable, good shower, hot water, clean towels, comfortable beds. Breakfast was the usual continental, hot food available at cost. The evening buffet was good value with reasonable selection. The pool with slides and pirate boat was great fun, as is soft play. Shuttle to Disney is frequent though packed. Handy for a shopping trip to Val’d Europe. Taxis seem to be flat fare so try uber, half the cost.

Het is voor ons een bitterzoet verblijf geweest afgelopen weekend. wij waren met ons gezin in Frankrijk om een dagje in Disneyland te vertoeven en hebben dit hotel geboekt uitgaande van de mooie reclame op de website en locatie qua afstand van het park. wij kozen voor een kamer voor 6 personen en deze was ruim genoeg echter was de kamer zo smerig dat wij uiteindelijk na onze klacht een andere kamer kregen aangeboden. de vloerbedekking zowel in de kamers als alle algemene ruimtes is toe aan vervanging want het wordt niet gereinigd zoals het hoort. ook het restaurant was niet schoon, daarnaast is algemeen onderhoud echt zeer noodzakelijk. Ondanks onze nare ervaring met betrekking tot de hygiëne op de kamer hebben wij een fijn verblijf gehad onze klacht is goed opgelost en het personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. ook vonden wij het vreemd dat ondanks het ontbijt inbegrepen is er voor een continentaal ontbijt apart moet worden betaald. Een puntje om toch over na te denken.

Veldig fint hotell for barnefamilier med badeland og lekepark både inne og ute. Resepsjonspersonalet var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Det som trekker kvaliteten på oppholdet veldig ned er renholdet. Med veldig liten ekstra innsats kunne dette vært et aldeles ypperlig hotell! Hvorfor vasker de ikke bort flekkene på veggene på toalettet? Hvorfor er det støv og flekker i vinduskarmen? Hvorfor er det såperester på gulv og vegger i dusjen? Jeg ville ikke ta av meg skoene inne på rommet fordi teppet var så fryktelig skittent.

Von außen Hui, von innen Pfui! Positiv: Ein Traum für Kinder mit dem Schwimmbad und der kleinen Spielturn Halle. Schlecht: HYGIENE, einfach nur furchtbar. Schimmel in den Badezimmer. Defekte Brause und defekter Mini Kühlschrank. Wandstecker keine Funktion. Nach den Hinweisen/Beschwerde -> Zimmer Wechsel. Dann, dass neue Zimmer: Auch hier Schimmel im Bad, Lampe leuchtet nicht. Laut anderen Gästen, bzgl. Austausch: Silberfische, andere Insekten und auch Schimmel. Das Frühstücksbuffet: Chaotisch und ekelig. 10min bis man sich selbst einen Platz gesucht hat. Service zum reinigen kam nicht hinterher. Schwimmbad: viele Defekte Schließfächer, Hygienisch einfach mangelhaft. Nach Ansprache kein weiterer Zimmerwechsel oder kein Entgegenkommen. Hotelmangerin wirkte gernevt und unfreundlich.

Room was nice but carpets and towels where dirty and stained, the sink in the shower room kept blocking up when you run the water so couldn't use it. Catering staff were ignorant, they wouldn't let our kids sit beside us in the hot breakfast area as they were only having cereal this meant my 3 young children had to sit alone in the canteen, the hotel facilities where excellent loads to do to keep the kids entertained, overall we enjoyed our stay

Well presented but hotel very run down and the whole hotel needs renovating. Rooms were dirty in places including blood and several stains on bed sheets. Rooms Excessively hot & the fan was very noisy keeping us up all night! Shower was never hot and bath was dirty. Several loud bangs at night keeping us all awake. My 5 year old woke up 3 times in the night due to noise. Staff are over worked and rude at times. Overall not worth the £225 for one night! Swimming pool was mouldy in places aswell! We ate in the restaurant which was average but very over priced & the free breakfast was a fly infested disaster and absolutely chaos!!

We found the property in a brilliant location, the shuttle was easy to use. The room on arrival had several cobwebs in and mould on the roof but the room overall was nice and given it was just to sleep in was ok. It was a little small though (room).

Great hotel for families . The pool was a great hit , shuttle buses ran regular and like clock work. The only down fall is the rooms they do Not have air conditioning and it was unbearable the second you walked in.

I’d read a million mixed reviews but decided to stay here. Asked for a quiet room and unfortunately had noise until 2:30am in the room above us. Did have to speak to reception who moved us to a higher floor the next day - more at risk of noise but heard nothing for the remainder of our trip. Facilities at the hotel great for children and open decent length of time. The general areas are a little dirty with tables full of food/rubbish. Staff don’t have that ‘Disney’ magic and seem frustrated however for the price of the place, it really does save a huge amount of money in direct comparison to Disney hotels. I would stay again (with children) but I would request a room on the top floor.

I was extremely unhappy to discover that the hotel does not have air conditioning but rather a slow moving ceiling fan in each bedroom that does absoloutely nothing. We requested a fan and were again provided with a floor standing fan that did not work. In general a very basic hotel, breakfast was very basic, pizzas were frozen rubbish, drinks including beer was disgracefully overpriced for a very poor quality flat beer, pool was so heavily chlorinated that it was not possible to stay in for longer than a few minutes without eyes stinging

Hotel stated they had air conditioning but they did not. Fan worked well and luckily it cooled off with window open. Very nice bathrooms. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Room attendant and night front desk extremely rude. Very convenient shuttle to Disneyland and train station.

Der Empfang von der Rezeption war sehr gut und zuvorkommend. Die Betten waren auch sehr gut. Wir hatten unser Zimmer über der Anlieferzone des Hotels was heisst, dass es schon sehr früh sehr laut war. Wegen dem heissen Wetter mussten wir das Fenster offen lassen, da dass Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hatte. Am Abend hat sich das Hotelpersonal in dem Bereich unter dem Fenster sehr lange und laut unterhalten. Der Kinderspielbereich war teilweise geschlossen oder Sanierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Extras wie Eierspeisen oder warme Speisen musste man extra bezahlen was sehr schade war. Die Parkgebühr von 17,00 € pro Tag sind zu hoch. Der Busshuttle zum Park ist zwar gut aber immer überfüllt, da mehrere Hotels angefahren werden.

So I’d booked and arranged an adapted room as a wheelchair user. I never got it I went to reception and they ignored me. I tried to get their attention and was shushed. The room I got was so small my wheelchair couldn’t fit properly to the point to not risk having it stolen I had to have it across the door essentially locking myself in. Awful experience

I’d read a million mixed reviews but decided to stay here. Asked for a quiet room and unfortunately had noise until 2:30am in the room above us. Big thank you to the reception staff named Marcel,he was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is good,specially the hotel room were we stayed it feels home,but the aquapark is not really a child friendly type..it’s not for under 3 years old..The pool is not warm too.

On arrival the staff was very friendly and were able to get us an early check-in. This was greatly appreciated after our 6hr flight and 1hour bus ride. As an American, I didn't realize most rooms do not have AC at hotels in Europe. We were there during the end of their heatwave and we had booked for 6 nights, so we knew we would need AC. Cyril, at the front desk was very helpful and was able to find us a suit with AC and the extra cost was well worth it! Overall our stay was very nice and we would consider returning.

The service from staff, particularly on reception, the pool and the managers, was outstanding. Reception staff went over and above to help us out when we had an unexpected issue beyond anyone’s control. Staff went to the extreme to help us out and to try and make the most of our time at the hotel, despite the fact one of our party had a health issue. Will absolutely be booking again. Would recommend!!

We had a very frustrating issue with housekeeping where we asked them to CHANGE the bedsheets while we were out for the day because they were dirty and we got back late and night and they had just made the beds. We had to go down to the desk to explain and apparently all the housekeeping was gone (it was around 11pm) so we had to get someone to go down and find sheets and remake all the beds ourselves. That was the biggest issue we had, but as it was very late and we were tired after a long day, and had explicitly asked for a change of sheets, it really put a bad tinge on the whole experience.

The hotel itself was really good in every aspect, it was clean had food options and decent breakfast, only thing I didn’t like and it’s a big thing was the shuttle bus to the park, this shuttle serves about 6 hotels and sometimes you can’t even get on it it’s so busy don’t stay for the fireworks because you might not get back with around 200 people waiting for the last bus as we found out just lucky there was a extra one, as I said totally nothing wrong with hotel but they need to get there own shuttle bus or share with one other hotel not 6

This property is a perfect base for people who want to visit Disneyland Paris. They offer a free shuttle bus service, which tends to run every 15/30 mins. This drops you directly in the Train station/Bus stop parking area outside Disneyland. The hotel is situated about 10 mins shuttle ride away from Disneyland and is perfect for families with Children. There is an indoor climbing area/arcades, indoor swimming pool equipped with slides and a big outdoor Play area with slides. Make sure your stay comes with access to the Aqua park as this is a good optional extra to have, when you don’t want to go Disneyland. We did one day in the Hotel and a walk around the surrounding Area and we had plenty to keep us entertained. Even if your not going to Disney, still get the shuttle into Disney as you can walk around the village for free, have photos in-front of the Disneyland hotel/water fountains and there are plenty of restaurants/bars to get something to eat. There are also plenty of options to eat within the hotel. The Breakfast they offer is continental but you can pay extra to have a cooked breakfast, it just depends what you prefer. They had plenty on offer from Jam on toast to ham, cheeses, yogurt and pastries. We would definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for a fab stay

Housekeepers were great! Breakfast is mediocre, but got the job done for the little ones. Front desk was super fast with check in and helpful. Shuttle to Disney, is the second last drop and pick up, so the bus experience was alittle hectic, as it was full a lot, got to squeeze in!

Place was clean and staff lovely. Very pleased with the hotel. The shuttle bus to disneyland was beyond packed no matter when you tried to use it. Wasnt pleasant getting the shuttle bus at all. Otherthan that though, perfect.

Very good for children, swimming pool open late. The only down side of our stay was the return shuttle bus from disney. No organisation, not good if you have small children. we ended up getting a taxi.

Great location for commuting in and out of Disney, with nearby shopping centres and outlets. Parking charges at the hotel carpark of 17 euros a day should have been included in your stay. Kids loved the pool and facilities at the hotel and where always eager to return from our day trips out.

Der einzige Mangel an dem Hotel ist einfach das Speiseangebot. Frühstück ohne Ei anzubieten bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel kann man sich sparen und Abendessen Flat 40 Euro bei dem Angebot ebenfalls, Die Pizzen im Hotel sind fertige Böden, es wird nur belegt und in Ofen geschoeben. Ich empfehle im Supermarkt einzukaufen und draussen am Spielplatz oder indoor seine Speise zu geniessen. Alternativ kann mal leider nichts erlaufen, es ist alles mind 1 km weg, Supermarkt und Restaurants aber es gibt was. Das Hotel hat ein super freundliches Personal, ist in die jahre gekommen aber den Kindern gefällt es. war mit 3 Kindern jeweils 1 mal, also ingesamt drei mal da. Werde aber es wohl nicht wieder buchen. Empfehlen kann ich es aber für Kinder von 2-7 unbedingt

Tres decu de cet hôtel uniquement fait pour gagner de l'argent. Ils profitent de leur situation et du faite que les touristes sont de passage. Piscines délabré qui mérite un rafraîchissement. Chambre propre mais peut mieux faire sur la literie. Le pire de tout la nourriture, le soir 30e pour buffet a volonté, c'est infâme, produit premier prix que des produits en boite, aucun effort n'est fait. C'est une honte de servir cela a ce prix là !!! La pizzeria n'est pas mieux. Le petit-déjeuner pareil c'est honteux de servire cela, les œufs sont en supplément. On voit que cet hôtel est là pour les bénéfices et non pour prendre soin de ses clients. Quel image on donne de la France ( 90% des clients était des touristes étranger) Seul le personnel était agréable. Je ne recommande pas cet établissements

Top notch swimming pool and playground at this fun family friendly resort. Yes everyone here is going to Disney but it is really well set up for families. Included buffet breakfast is good and La Vallée Village nearby has lots of dining options. Note parking is extra at €17 per day and best to pay at the reception.

Real cups in room needed and drawers! breakfast terrible, no yoghurts for children. No fresh fruit except in the fruit salad which was awful, microwave was filthy, no water at breakfast.

Room was big and staff were extremely helpful and answered all our questions with no problems. Great facilities inside hotel and lots do do for kids. The only downside was breakfast,as it wasn’t great. Got bored of eating slices of ham and cheese… would have preferred sausages and poached or scrambled eggs instead. But that costs €9.99 extra per person…

Amazing family hotel, incredible activities inside hotel. The only thing I wasn’t super happy about was that breakfast menu only contains cold items. No egg, bacon or sausage.

Front dust staff extremely friendly, very helpful, love them the restaurant downstairs, the buffet. Very good food, but very expensive. The morning, continental breakfast, if you want eggs, you had to pay for them and if you wanted to know the eggs, you had to sit in a different part of the restaurant that would not allow family to sit with you. If they were eating the continental breakfast The restaurant in general sucked, it's owned by somebody different than the hotel and the hotel can't do anything about it

Rooms were very basic. Could definitely do with some modernisation. Plenty of clean towels available and beds made daily. Breakfast was generally fine, although it was the same stuff every single morning. The shuttle buses were frequent and very handy to the Parks. Marco’s Pizza was tasty, although the menu was quite limited.

Very good for families with play area and swimming pool, bar on site, small shop and cafe. Breakfast was good with a varied choice and option to upgrade to a cooked breakfast. Distance by shuttle bus to parks is 10 minutes. Hotel is tired and the bedrooms are very basic and need refurbishing. Cheap bedding, marked carpets and battered furniture. Very hot no a/c just ceiling fans. For families with children under 10 the facilities might make up for the shabby rooms . priced high due to location unfortunately.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Very close to Disney with a shuttle bus going regularly. Lovely pool for the kids. Highly recommend.
