Hotel is in great condition and the staff were very good. There’s a shuttle bus to Disney park, but we walked it in 15 minutes. I don’t recommend getting the Magic Shuttle here, get the train to Chessy and either walk or get a taxi instead, the shuttle takes you around the world before you reach this property. I’ve only dropped stars because our fridge was broken and froze all our food, smashing bottles. Plus the pool is actually only open 10-8, it would have been nice to have used it earlier in the morning or even until 9pm. There’s also a mall nearby, which was handy!

great location. sadly looking shabby in the bedrooms and corridors, but understandable with the continuous turnover of customers. Good facilities and the reception area is welcoming with a little shop and vending machines with items you may have forgotten or need at reasonable prices. The rooms are comfortable with comfy beds and kitchenette. my 2nd stay at the hotel in the last 4 years. very efficient and welcoming staff.

Adagio hotel is perfect for Disney stay. 12 min walk to the security gate. Beds are comfy, parking is available and staff is friendly (shout out to Monica on her night shift). Some things unfortunately are bringing this hotel down. There is a lot of wear and tear. Stained carpets, mould on the grout/tiles in the bathroom, peeling ceiling, scratched walls and water staines. There seems to be a lot of improvements happening in the lobby so maybe rooms will be upgraded soon as well. Disney shuttle bus tip - winter schedule is very reduced. Morning shuttles depart from the bus stop on the opposite side to the hotel and run in circle. Afternoon buses run from the bus stop outside the hotel. Don't take 2231 bus as it's not free- it's local bus and it requires a fare. Parking - be aware there's a 15euro charge per night similar to other properties in the area.

Excellent! Staff spoke English, bags area when we left bags was right behind front desk, laundry area was easy to use, safe, and walkable to Disney. Would have preferred the shuttle was a real shuttle and not a public bus down the road but uber was only $10 so no biggie. I would skip the breakfast and do pastries at Disney for probably less

Close proximity to the big Val d’Europe mall, which has shops, restaurants, snacks, and more. Also at the end of the mall is the RER train station which you can take to get to the heart of Paris. 15-20 minute walk to and from the Disney park which is very convenient. Free shuttle also served well for us. Pool was fun, laundry worked well, staff was nice. Only complaint, albeit tiny and not important, is our card key to get into the room lost its scanning ability 3 different times which made us have to get new ones each time.

Very good hotel.Plenty of shuttle buses to take you to and from the park.The kitchen was adequate for making breakfast etc and a bakery was just along the road that did lovely filled baguettes etc. The swimming pool was good.The shopping centre was a 10 minute walk away and had restaurants.

If you are going to Disneyland Paris this is a great place to stay. They have a free shuttle to Disneyland runs through out the day until 12am.

I was absolutely disappointed.😟 I would never return to this hotel. Although entering into the hotel was pleasant at first. Entering into our room was horrible. My suite was dirty upon arrival. The floor wasn't vacuumed properly from the previous guest. The bathroom was filthy. Dirty streaks wiped across the walls. At first I thought it was the design until I wiped it. The sink filled with backed up water. You had to turn it off real quick, because it was clogged and drained slowly. Absolutely gross😩. I have young children whom I had to shower in that bathroom. The staff were VERY CONDENSING AND RUDE. I ask for towels they had me bring down a bag of towels. I had to ask for a bag to transport them back down the stairs. She said you have to reuse the towels. I said ma'am we're here from Monday until Friday and we're supposed to use the same towels. I was also told I had to take the garbage from the room to the parking garage for disposal because they don't clean rooms until day 8. 😳 Then they wanted my husband to pay $25 to use the Iron. They lied about Parking Prices. Until our 3 day in. Any question or request was followed by quick answer to brush us off or we were completely ignored like we weren't even speaking. They made my family's stay very uncomfortable. I Would NOT Recommend Anyone to Come Here Especially if you're Not French there's a CLEAR PREJUDICE. Money Not Well Spent At All. The Only Thing Good is Location to Disney and Sorry that doesn't cut it.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The 1st night we were happy as we’d received a free room upgrade which was nice and room looked nice overall. There were mould markings in the bathroom. The 2nd night sadly is where it went wrong - we found some cockroaches in our room, in kitchen, bathroom and in the entrance hall to our room. There were approx 5 in the end that we found. When we saw 2 I went straight to the reception and the receptionist asked no questions just moved us immediately to the 3rd floor in another room. Unfortunately no one helped us with our stuff to move. We also had to check all our belongings for cockroaches and eggs. We ended up accidentally bringing one of the cockroaches up to the new room. We then could not settle or sleep very well. This was obviously an extremely difficult situation that left us feeling gross. No compensation was offered which is appalling. We suggest a deep clean and pest control are involved periodically. (A positive to the property is the closeness to Disney)

Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé, le personnel de l’hôtel est très agréable et à l’écoute, les chambres sont irréprochables et très confortables. Je ne peux que recommander, et j’espère avoir l’occasion d’y séjourner à nouveau !

Moquette de la chambre sale, poussière dans la salle de bain, insonorisation de la porte de la chambre très moyenne, du coup on entend très bien les bruits du couloir, et pas d’éclairage type lampe de chevet, ni même lampadaire à proximité du lit, du coup obligé de ce relever pour éteindre les lumières du plafond avant d’aller ce coucher. Par contre, personnel du lobby, poli et professionnel.

We booked a 2 double bed room for 4 adults. When we arrived at our room we found a twin bed and a pull out couch. When we asked the front desk staff they informed me that this was the same as it could sleep 4 people. When we asked for a mattress topper and pillows for the pull out couch we were told that everything was in the room and there was nothing else we were going to receive. The utter disdain that the one woman at the front desk had for us shows that she is in the wrong profession. Very little assistance in getting restaurant direction.

Check in was quick and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room was small buthad really good facilities. The only thing inwould change is to have a toaster instead of a coffee machine as there is already a kettle. Unfortunately the noise dies travel through the wall and on one night there was a very noisy neighbour but overall idhappily stay again. This was my third stay

I was a little worried about staying here after reading the reviews but I was very happy with my stay. The hotel is in a great position and only a 15-20 min walk to Disney. There is a large shopping centre a 5 min walk away which has plenty of places to eat. The train station is about a 20 min walk if you want to get into Paris. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and well equipped. My only complaint is the air con is centrally controlled and was set at 22 degrees, so was not cool enough. I didn't eat breakfast so can't comment but was very happy with the hotel and would definitely stay again. The free shuttle bus is a bonus but doesn't run throughout the day, between 12ish and 6ish. Not a major issue as it is walkable.

Awful. Be warned this is not a hotel...at least not as you would expect. The walls are paper thin. There was just a door separating me and my neighbor. I was exhausted my first night and could hear the neighbors TV and them talking loud and clear. Having trouble sleeping I called the desk to seek an alternative room. No answer. My wife tried 30 minutes later...no answer. Remember that, it is a theme. The next day we checked their breakfast and it was a pretty standard pathetic continental for 19 euro each. It was a good decision to pass on that as my wife and I ate a better breakfast for less than that total! They have a kitchenette in the room but the next day when we tried to use it the induction cooker wouldn't turn on. We called the desk and got no answer. They gave us 1 pathetic little pillow each so my wife tried to call down to the desk to inquire about getting more. No answer. She went down and asked and the desk informed her that all the pillows were being used and she had to deal with it. The shower has just a half a door and the floor doesn't have a drain so showers meant cleaning the floor afterwards and the towels would be sopping wet. The next day wife called down to the desk as the towels were still soaked...no answer. So she went down to ask for more towels and they said she had to bring the old ones down first...thanks. I called Expedia to try to get my reservation changed to anywhere else and they got no answer. More to say no space. Place is awful.
Awful. Be warned this is not a hotel...at least not as you would expect. The walls are paper thin. There was just a door separating me and my neighbor. I was exhausted my first night and could hear the neighbors TV and them talking loud and clear. Having trouble sleeping I called the desk to seek an alternative room. No answer. My wife tried 30 minutes later...no answer. Remember that, it is a theme. The next day we checked their breakfast and it was a pretty standard pathetic continental for 19 euro each. It was a good decision to pass on that as my wife and I ate a better breakfast for less than that total! They have a kitchenette in the room but the next day when we tried to use it the induction cooker wouldn't turn on. We called the desk and got no answer. They gave us 1 pathetic little pillow each so my wife tried to call down to the desk to inquire about getting more. No answer. She went down and asked and the desk informed her that all the pillows were being used and she had to deal with it. Room said 2 double beds. Was 1 with a sofa bed. No kettle in the room, asked for one and was told they don’t have one. Toilet was in a different room from the bathroom and did not have a sink, had to walk through the living area and bedroom to wash hands, very unhygenic.

Please dont book this hotel. Yes its close to Disney but its not worth. They are in possible to contact. I really needed to check in early so i called, emailed and messaged via the hotels.com app to ask for early check in but never got any reply. Once i reached the reception i was told to go away and come back later by a rude woman on the desk. I explain that i tried to contact numerous times about checking in early but she didnt care. I wish i booked another hotel. The room its self had stains all over the carpet and chunks of the wall missing on the corners. Please dont book this hotel. The staff are rude and really dont care

As a foreigner in a foreign country, communication is everything. And also is very difficult. Some of the staff was very helpful and tried to work with us as we talked through with our broken French, but a few of them were very impatient and rude. If you’re going to be in the hospitality industry, you’re gonna have to be patient, especially with foreigners.

Our stay was fine but unfortunately we left our passports behind in the safe. We left on Friday morning and contacted the hotel Friday evening to ask if they could post them as we were 8 hrs drive away (still in France). They agreed to do that and we assumed they would post them asap but they finally got back to us on Tuesday night and STILL hadn’t posted them. They did not answer over 40 phone calls or reply to several emails requesting confirmation of postage. We could have arranged a courier to collect them if the hotel agreed to simply print a label but we could never get a response so my husband had to drive the whole way back to get our passports. Yes it was our fault for leaving them there but this was extremely disappointing service by the hotel.

We stayed for 3 days earlier this month. We found the Reception staff to be quite rude. Definitely wasn’t service with a smile! They weren’t very helpful when asking for anything and every answer was “No” We asked for extra pillows as I’m pregnant and find it hard to get comfortable in bed and I was told there were no extra pillows. We asked for milk for the free coffee and we were told no. We asked for extra towels for use at the pool and we were told “No” There was a power cut one morning and we had booked breakfast and there wasn’t much breakfast options which we weren’t offered a refund for. The hotel itself and the pool was fab. The rooms were a little cramped but for the limited time we were at the room was sufficient. We didn’t use the shuttle bus service, they weren’t as frequent as we thought they would be so we booked an Uber everyday which was 10€ to DLP. Overall we enjoyed our stay, just don’t expect any extras!

The Aparthotel was fantastically located within walking distance to the Disney parks. The walk was about 20 minutes. Great Value and close to the shopping centre which had a Lidl which was useful for buying breakfast food and drinks. A surprise were the restaurants just before entering the shopping mall which were much cheaper than eating in Disney village and good food. I would definitely recommend this if visiting Disneyland Paris.

The property was in a nice location nearby Disneyland Paris and also a large shopping centre with a food court and hypermarket perfect for anything you might need on the go. Its also a bonus that it is nearby a fabulous bakery. And a sea life centre within the shopping centre, and close to the train and bus stations for easy travel into the centre of Paris perfect for a day out.

We just stayed here for the 2nd time. The breakfast buffet is fairly nice, and the staff are all friendly. We stayed there as part of a Disney trip,and it is perfect for that. The room we were in was lovely and comfortable. We will most likely stay there again.

My faughter and I stayed for a 4 day trip, and really rate it hoghly. The apartment on the 3rd floor was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hairdryer nerds replacing and switches off after 20 seconds, take your own or likr us, we borrowed one from reception. Although we booked vreakfast,I wish we hadnt...it was poor for the price. My advice is if you gave an apartment, dont bother and get breakfast in for a fraction of the price. The hotel is under 10minutes from Val' de Eurooe where yiu will find designer shops, restaurants, bars and a Lidl for your shopping necassaties. It was under a 20 minutes walk to the Disneyland Park, orca shuttle, or €10-€12euro in an uber. The highlight of this hotel is the pool...it was amazing! We will definitely be returning, thank you.

The shuttle bus schedule was good at certain times and sometimes it would arrive extremely late or it would skip to the next schedule time. Near by there’s a shopping mall and outlet mall. Which is very nice! The hotels lobby is decent and the check in luggage storage was very convenient. The rooms were ok. Not the best. Not the cleanliness either. We also find it weird how the bathroom and sink are in one room. And there’s another room at the opposite side with a bathroom with no sink. The pull out bed was not that comfortable. There was a smell to the room as well… someone was smoking in it and something musty. I wouldn’t stay here again but for those who are on a budget and are staying at Disney for a day then this place is ok.

Had an amazing time at this Aparthotel. Our apartment was clean and well equipped with all we needed. Location was excellent with a mall, restaurants, supermarkets and a designer outlet within a 5min walk. And Val D’ Europe train station being just a few minutes walk. I would have loved a breakfast with more variety though.
