Séjour d’une nuit très bien passé hormis le fait que malgré une réservation de parking effectuée en amont, le parking était complet à notre arrivée. L’hôtel nous a malgré ce désagrément payé un emplacement de parking à la cité des congrès se situant à environ 200m de l’hôtel.

Everything was great except the parking. We were told to go to a parking lot that turned out to be private for employees of something. Luckily the security let us out. So the hotel staff need to be more clear where to go…maybe a small map that shows where to go.

I really enjoyed my one night stay at Hotel de la Cité. The hotel was easy to find and well situated with transport links nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We booked the junior suite which was fantastic. The balcony was large and in the sun all day with two chairs and a table. The weather was very hot when we were there and the air con in the room was very good. There was a coffee machine and coffee pods in the room. The only down side was no bottled water and no fridge in the room. If we returned to Nantes we would definitely book this hotel and room again.

Very nice hotel. We had large and very comfortable room. The lighting at the one end of the room was not ideal. The garbage and recycling was small for empty water bottles. Very good location, 15 minute walk to the centre of the city. We had an issue for a plug for hairdryerand extended cord to front door outlet. The use of paper cups in the roomwas interesting but glasses at water station in the lobby. Overall great accommodating staff.

Chambre médiocre, salle de bain et toilette pas cloisonné par rapport à la chambre à coucher. Quand vous êtes à deux et quand l’un des deux va aux toilettes en pleine nuit, c’est désagréable de ne pas avoir d’intimité en terme de bruit et de nuisances avec l éclairage. Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles j’ai rarement vu ça ?? Je ne recommande pas cet établissement l’hôtel de la cité de Nantes. Pas de place pour se garer dans le parking souterrain de l hôtel avec de surcroît un paiement supplémentaire pour bénéficier d’une place de parking de 15,74 euros pour une nuit !! Franchement très déçu !!

The property was amazing, fantastic room with facilities, but nothing beats the absolutely amazing service from all the staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where they were like my friends, recognized us, made sure we didn’t go without and just genuine nice people. Would happily stay here again just for their hospitality alone!

Our stay was most enjoyable. In particular the young lady on reception...wish I had got her name, was very helpful and friendly. The secure parking underground was great. Chargeable but worth your car being secure. The breakfast was good and had some GF options once we asked. The hotel is easy walking distance to most tourist areas. The only negative thing I would say is that the bathroom especially the toilet area was quite small.

Nous avons passé deux nuits à l’Hôtel de la Cité et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. L’accueil a été absolument incroyable : un personnel charmant, attentionné, toujours à l’écoute et aux petits soins. Notre chambre située dans les jardins était agréable, calme et entourée d’un très joli environnement. Elle n’était pas très grande et la salle de bain pourrait être un peu plus fermée, mais l’ensemble restait très confortable. Les petits-déjeuners étaient très sympas : jus d’orange pressé, viennoiseries, pain, céréales… Tout était vraiment bon. Peut-être un peu cher au regard du choix proposé, mais la qualité était au rendez-vous. En résumé, si nous devons revenir à Nantes, nous choisirons à nouveau cet hôtel sans hésitation. Une très belle adresse !

Hôtel flambant neuf et au niveau d'un 4 étoiles malgré son classement en 3 (avec un tarif très raisonnable en pleine saison estivale). Les chambres sont bien pensées et confortables, l'équipe super accueillante et aux petits soins. J'étais venu pour les expos du Voyage à Nantes et j'ai pu tout faire à pied (l'hôtel est à 10-15 minutes du centre). Plusieurs restos et bars sympas dans le quartier, notamment rue Fouré. Et quand on rentre le soir, la terrasse intérieure est très agréable pour boire un verre. Vraiment une belle découverte cet hôtel !

Idéalement placé à proximité de la cité des congrès, le lieu est également à proximité de moyen de transport collectif et à 10mins de la Gare de Nantes. Le cadre environnant est urbain certes mais l’hôtel lui même offre un espace de détente, calme, cosy. Le personnel est agréable et accueillant. La chambre fonctionnelle aux accents précieux et soignés des plus étoilés. Séjour très agréable, j’y reviendrai avec plaisir, plus longuement pourquoi pas pour profiter des nombreuses prestations et attentions prodiguées par l’hôtel dont sa restauration et son espace cocktail jusqu’à tard. Je recommande!

A wonderful new hotel near the convention center in Nantes. I chcked out abd left with some cash and id card in the safe. I called and asked the staff to deliver it to my friend who left later. The finding of the cash and its delivery went very smoothly and nicely. Their service and cleanliness were superb. I hope they provide more fresh fruit at breakfast though.
