Hotel is not at the airport and the shuttle runs every 2 hours or so and is first come first serve only. It only starts at 8am too. Shared a room with a family member and we were given a room that had a clear window between the bedroom and bathroom with a blind that didn't hide everything. Absolutely ridiculous. Hotel is in bad need of an upgrade and a deep clean. However the staff were all lovely

Check-in was easy, the room was large and clean overall. Certain things were not well maintained such as the bathroom sink which had large stains and cracks in the paint. One of the bath towels was also stained. The rooftop infinity pool was very nice and perfect for an evening swim. It is very close to many local restaurants and a hawker centre, which was very convenient. Overall, I would recommend for the price.
