地點方便： 1）由桃園機場到酒店，很方便，鄰近捷運西門站， 6號出口，行幾分鐘就到！六號出口有升降機搭乘，對於有帶大行李嘅人真的很方便！ 2）地點亦易搵，由於有睇過留言，知道呢間酒店位於12樓，入口就係影城位！3 部升降機都可以搭！只要遠遠望到Uniqlo 再望到影城就岩架啦！ 3）樓下就係西門町最熱鬧既地方，買完嘢食，再上去真係好方便安全：由於獨遊嘅關係，要返客房，就一定要經過12樓嘅大堂，仲要拍卡先至可以由大堂入客房範圍，對我嚟講係都幾安心嘅！不過，我見留言就有啲人唔鍾意，因為要上13樓就一定要去到12樓再搭多層！對我嚟講安全，重要好多！而且出入接待處嘅員工，都會同你打招呼，好有禮貌，你覺得有嘢唔夠想攞嘅又可以喺大堂攞，例如護髮素，護膚霜，橡皮圈…小食corner ,又會有杯麵零食可以攞！缺點： 1）隔音設施真係麻麻 2）冷氣機有點嘈（不過第二晚我就發現原來有20可以攞，用咗好好多） 3）冇浴缸，冇乾濕分離 4）唔鍾意地氈結論：如果係獨遊，又想住得方便嘅，就比較適合！因為一個人我就唔係好在意房間大小，我比較在意地點同埋安全！如果同家人或者有旅伴，我就覺得缺點都好明顯！呢度就唔係一個太好嘅選擇，因為我會想要一間大啲嘅房，同埋想要隔音好啲嘅地方

Being right in ximending makes it extremely convenient for enjoying all the craziness of the place. Over all expect smaller spaces and it's the top 2 floors and sometimes there is a wait for the elevator. There are three so usually not too long but the building also has restaurants and a movie theater...so also super convenient but many people using the elevators. One of the staff really stood out. Firstly Jack helped us a number of times from thoroughly guiding us with the check in process, to recommendations of places, and helping us to our guides car and even with our luggage. This guy was a great representative for the company. I felt he was reliable and trustworthy.

スタッフの方はとても親切でホテルも綺麗でした。ホテルの周りには飲食店もコンビニもあるのでとても立地は良いです。設備ではソフトドリンクのドリンクバーとお菓子、カップラーメンのバーがあるので小腹が空いたときに便利です。トイレに紙が流せないのが少し不便でした。またホテルが映画館の上にあるので休日の昼間等はホテルに上がるのにエレベーターで並ぶことと歩行者エリアにホテルがあるので目の前までタクシーを呼べないことには注意が必要です。

駅から近いところにあり、外に出れば屋台を楽しめることができます。セキュリティーボックス、冷蔵庫もしっかりあり毎日2本のお水をもらえます。13階に泊まる時はエレベーターで移動と言われましたが、エレベーターの隣に階段があるのでそちらで移動した方が早いです。

The property was right inside ximending. Very convenient. Although when night market starts, you will be dropped off a short distance away. Day time elevators may tend to be more busy. But overall the staff were very nice. The snack and coffee bar by reception was also quite pleasant.

進入房間已發現牆上及洗手間佈滿會飛的一種很細小昆蟲，並即時滅殺,通知酒店後，獲知是酒店剛完成定期消毒，所以引發小昆蟲由水道進入房間，本以為不會再出現，怎知入住期間每天均繼續發現有數隻小昆蟲在洗手間牆上，實是困擾。由於不想花時間再執拾行李，所以沒有主動要求換房間，不過酒店在最後一天才主動提出替我更換房間，令人失望。西門町有很多酒店可供選擇，不會再入住這酒店了。

The first room they gave us was very bad, the carpet was damp, smells moldy, the toilet smells bad and the shower was broken. They moved us to a better room on our 2nd day because we complained. It was better but the wallpaper was peeling off and there was a cockroach. The only good thing about this hotel is its good location & very helpful & friendly staff.

Friendly, thoughtful and helpful staff. Air-conditioning in the hallway was turned on at all-time. There was a cinema on lower level of the building. Room condition was clean, suitable for short stay and those that don't mind the quality. Mattress quality was poor and the room air conditioner needs a clean because it dropped the dust on the bed. There was a strong scent from the toilet. Overall, it's a convenient location and only 2 minutes walk to Ximen station exit with a lift that can be accessed behind the exit. Also, easy to find Taxi. One stop away from Taipei station.

ユニクロのビルの12階で立地がよく、予約と同時に西門駅からの道順案内のメールが届きわかりやすかった。フロントにドリンクバーとお菓子があるのも良かった。窓がある部屋を指定したが、窓から台北101が見えて台北に来たことを毎日実感出来た。扉から廊下の音が聞こえ、隣の部屋の呼び鈴なのか、自分の部屋の呼び鈴なのかわからず戸惑った。部屋には水が２本あり、小さいマッサージ機もあって疲れた足をケアすることが出来てとても良かった。日本語が出来るスタッフがいて安心だった。

Super small room, you can’t walk from the door to the washroom room without hitting the tv. I got room for 4 for 2 adults and one kid. No table in the room, no chair, no iron. Literally 2 beds and no space to open a baggage bag on the floor. I would not recommend this hotel. Hotel is on 12th and 13th floor sharing the elevator with the mall, cinema, restaurants, it takes forever to wait for elevator on the weekend.

I want to mention the way-above professional standard Staff. My Aunt is 86 and getting a little forgetful. She left a jade pendant in the room - probably of some monetary value - that her husband bought her the first time they came to China 40 years ago. The Hotel staff contacted us with a picture, arranged for a pick up, and my Aunt is so happy! Above & beyond any reasonable expectation!!!

Location is hard to find as it has no sign to indicate where the hotel is located. I had to spend a lot of time looking for it and asked people where it is. A bit of a hassles because it’s in the same building with the theater where a lot of people going in and out.. location is great.

This is a great hotel and a perfect spot. It’s a two minute walk to the subway and from there you can get anywhere. It’s incredibly cheap to get to and from the airport from hotel (it’s a good hour commute, however when you factor in walking thru the train station and changing trains). The hotel is in the perfect spot to access the night market. It’s a clean hotel and everyone is friendly. It’s located above a movie theater and it’s not clearly marked from the street but I found it with the gps

The hotel itself is absolutely great. Huge room and bathroom. The breakfast was fine. The area isnt for tourists but you can find good restaurants within 10 min walk. The only negative is the location. 20 minutes to the nearest MRT station and its not a pleasant walking experience as the hotel is next to a very busy road. (Maybe 8-10 lanes) and the station doesn't go to major attractions so you have to make a multiple of transfers. So you should know what you are signing up for. Overall a great hotel for the price. If you have a car or need to be in that area, I would book it. If you are a tourist and dependent on public transport, this wouldnt be my first pick.
