Always a pleasure staying here with this company. Reception is great and tends to your needs well. Definitely recommend for your next stay. Central to everything and has plenty of shops and stores right downstairs for items you may need.

Overall not a bad place but nothing made me want to go back. Hotel a lot larger than expected. Recepicon staff where never friendly, never smiled, did bare minimum. Ants in room at times No umbrella by the pool area However, Comfortable bed. Firestick in room (possible left by previous guest) which was big plus If cleaners came it would be in late afternoon. But they did not come every day. When they did, they did a great job. Provided water, toothbrush ect which was a nice touch

I just want to say I enjoyed great service from them once again. Jane and Notti(sp) were very nice and made sure I was happy. They got me the room I wanted from last time. I have referred my friends to stay with them on their next visit also. Great location between beach and Second road, right next to the mall and downstairs there is restaurants, massages, and laundry places. Overall a great place to stay.

Toujours très pratique (c’est central), confortable (on dort bien), propre (ménage fait chaque jour), et sans prétention. Avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Pattaya. Beaucoup moins frequenté à cette période de l’année, on n’attend jamais trop longtemps les ascenseurs (pendant les fêtes de fin d’année c’est toujours l’embouteillage aux heures pleines !).

Cet établissement a tenu ses engagements avec un surclassement "payant" sur site avec l\'attribution du chambre design entièrement rénovée : que du bonheur avec WC japonais, douche multijet.... Du haut niveau, le studio VIP était situé au 15 étage numéro 555. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, il se démarque par ce service des autres agences. Je ne peux que recommander cet hébergement qui allie appart et hôtel.

The unique thing about the property is that it is in central Pattaya. The things I did not like or that were not up to international standards are as follows. 1. Bathroom floor tile was loose and made noice when you stepped on it. 2. TV did not work properly, had to get someone to come and fix it. 3. Room was dirty and when the cleaners cleaned it I had to still call and have it cleaned again. The dust caused me to have sinus problems. 4. The desk was kind enough to meet me at early morning hour to checkin. However the other host were not friendly and seemed to "be bothered" by my request for service. 5. Filipina lady at counter was not pleasant and was quite matter of factly with customers. I would not recommend this particular property management company for this facility. I have stayed here two previous times with great service but not at this VTsix company. We had to move rooms 3 times. 1st time AC was very loud, 2nd room offered was no sea view as I paid for sea view. 3rd room was no view and I was charged 300. THB extra per day for no view!!! I would recommend Honey as the best property manager here.

i used to stay here years ago and always had good results and the location is the best however this trip the room i got needs a major upgrade/ old worn out furniture/ walls stained and need repaint/ very limited dishware with only one hot plate for the kitchen/ was not worth 100$ a night

Simple et central, mais très confortable et agréable (même si un petit rafraîchissement du mobilier ne serait pas de trop - surtout pour les studios dits « basiques », à ne pas privilégier dans la mesure du possible). Accès rapide et facile, et la vue sur la baie de Pattaya vaut la peine. La piscine au soleil, est un plus. Les prix ont considérablement augmenté ces dernières années, surtout avant, pendant et après les fêtes, ce qui n’est pas forcément justifié, à mon avis.
