Absolutely a great hotel. Our second stay. Super location with direct entrance to Terminal 21. Placed in the more quiet end of Pattaya. Great breakfast. Pool area is so nice. The water in the pool is very cold though.

No doubt it is one of the best hotels in Thailand. The room is wonderful and service is excellent. However, since it is too popular so the hotel is always crowded. We stayed 7 days this time, the gaming facilities are always occupied and we can’t even play the snooker once! We hope there will be some improvements, for example providing more facilities or introducing a queuing mechanism.

4 star stay. All Rooms average and Seaview applies to every room in the Hotel that has mild view of the water. Room was okay. Modern, decent quality. The place is ok. The pool is freezing cold. Amenities are mild at best. The staff are nice and they helped us getting in early. My Expedia level had no influence. The would be better if they applied the Seaview to real units. Connected to Termial 21 mall, but that causes confusion booking Grab. All and All it was an okay stay.

Excellent hotel with water park for kids and big swimming pool for big kids. New and attached to modern terminal 21 shopping centre with lots of food options aswell as everything else. Location is nicer part of pattaya beach. Very much family friendly hotel - gym is ok 👍

Personale Sødt, hjælpsom og smilenede personale alle steder på hotellet. Morgenmad Morgenmaden var lækker. Der var både international mad og thai retter. Rigtig god kaffe og is kaffe. Værelse Vi havde værelse på 25 etage med udsigt over Pattaya. Værelset var stort og lyst. Stort badeværelse med både badekar og brus. Rengøring Rengøringen er helt i top alle steder. Pool Ok pool. Men den er ikke ret stor i forhold til hotellets størrelse. Vandet i poolen er meget koldt. Alkohol Det er første gang, at vi oplever et hotel der ikke serverer alkohol i Thailand. Lidt irriterende hvis man gerne vil have en drik ved poolen. Det er dog tilladt at have eget alkohol med på værelset og ved poolen. Der er gratis vand, is the og sodavand i køleskabet på værelset. Det blev fyldt op hver dag. Der er ismaskine på gangen, hvor man frisk kunne hente isterninger. Det var meget utilfredsstillende at vi først sidste dag blev gjort opmærksomme på, at vi med vores værelse havde mulighed for, at spise morgenmad på 32 etage og der så var lukket. Vi ville gerne have vidst det, så vi kunne have spist morgenmad der alle 6 dage.

We very much enjoyed our stay . The staff were very nice and happy. The location is perfect if you are happy to be in a tourist area . Only few minus points for the (lovely) housekeeping who woke us up at 8.30am most days . And the pool was very cold . Otherwise it was all good . Thank you.

Overall a great experience. The hotel and all its facilities were well maintained and very clean. Compliments to the hardworking cleaning staff. Pool area is fantastic and especially for families with younger children. The breakfast was good, but the asian breakfast seems to be better on the lower floor restaurant. We also tried the Sky32 restaurant for dinner which was great and the view is amazing. Service level was very high and we were always met by friendly staff everywhere. We will recommend this hotel to other families with younger children. It is furthermore very convenient to have the mall as an integrated part of the complex. Many shops and good restaurants which would meet everyones taste.

Overall an average stay. I was expecting more. The check in was quite slow and there was only one person behind the reception. The room was on the 18th floor and didn’t blow me away. I’m not a fan of having two single beds put together to create a double/king. The bedding was also for single beds put together. Two of the pillows had stains on. The free no alcohol mini bar and snacks was a nice touch. A nice view of the pool from the balcony. Bathroom was ok and I liked the rainfall shower and the water pressure was very good. The swimming pool and water park area was very good. Location is really good.

Pros: The hotel is good, and the location is very good. Inside Terminal 21 shopping mall. Cons: I booked a corner room, but my room was just the second half of a family room, where the main room was the corner room. My balcony had the same size and view as all the other rooms. I tried to tell the front desk manager that they could not sell this room as a higher priced corner room. He didn't understand the problem. Also the door between the rooms was not soundproof, so every detail could be heard from the neighbor (the corner room). After much discussion, I finally got a corner room.

The internet stops for unknown reasons. Then you need to re-log with the password so Whatsapp calls drop. The TV programs are limited in english and the channels buffer constantly. The Indian, Chinese and Thai channels seems to always work. This hotel caters to many Chinese tourists. Several tour buses unload them here. Don't expect peace and quiet because the children run uncontrollably down the hallways screaming at the top of their lungs.Get to the breakfast buffet early or you will be swarmed by rude people who don't wait their turn. Its chaos as people just grab food with their bare hands and load up their plates. Pretty sad to see this type of human behavior from a so-called high end hotel chain.

Overall exceptional experience. The lobby, room, restaurants, and pool area were excellent. Was sad to leave the property. The front desk staff were very professional and courteous. Max at front desk is amazing and Aof took good care of my room. All the staffs so friendly and greet you every time. Entire hotel, pool, gym etc. is immaculate. Directly connects to a great mall and right on the 10 baht taxi line. Breakfast buffet/restaurant is amazing. Highly recommend.

When I checkedin hotel, and found some unpleasant smell from air conditioner duct. But the staffs of hotel noticed this and take care for this problem during my staying. Thank you for this. And they gave me a gift as compensation. This is my 3rd time staying and always be happy and enjoyed.

Hotellet var överlag städat och fint, och rummet höll en bra standard. Det märktes att de lägger tid på att hålla det rent och fräscht, vilket vi uppskattade. Tyvärr blev min man sjuk efter frukosten, vilket såklart påverkade vår vistelse mycket. När jag vände mig till receptionen för att få hjälp med information om apotek och eventuell vård upplevde jag tyvärr att bemötandet var ganska svalt och ointresserat. I en sådan situation hade vi verkligen uppskattat mer engagemang och omtanke. Det drog ner helhetsintrycket ordentligt. I övrigt ett bra hotell, men servicen i en pressad situation är avgörande – och där levde det tyvärr inte upp till förväntningarna.

Very good receptionist services, concierge service also good. My mother has to use wheelchair but since she is not able to stand well in the bathroom, we request to have a plastic chair in the shower, housekeeping is very helpful to provide us the shower chair for disabled person. Really helpful house keeping services! Enjoy the stay also next to terminal 21 because we are a family visit. Recommend!

Leider hat das Hotel zweimal versucht unsere Reservierung kurz vor Anreise zu stonieren. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr schön mit kleinem Balkon. Die Flure sind sehr hallig und der Poolbereich nicht sehr toll. Die Lage ist zwar direkt am Terminal 21 und zum shoppen sehr gut allerdings ist der Strand etwas 20 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt und die Straßen sind sehr schlecht. Wir empfehlen die anderen Seite von Pattaya, Jomtien ist se viel mehr ausgebaut und der Strand mit Palmen bestückt ....
