Good hotel overall. Cool design. The location isn’t great if you want to be close to restaurants, etc. We stayed three nights and it was perfect. The private beach was okay – somewhat dirty. The room cleaning wasn’t great – tables weren’t wiped and towels weren’t replaced, only the bed was made and the trash emptied. Very good and varied breakfast. Overall, good for a few days.

Super great staff at the front desk, great breakfast buffet and great poolside and beach experience. Room service food was nice and warm and very well priced. I recommend this hotel for a luxury stay without the luxury price.

Each morning during breakfast, the matre d in the restaurant was outstanding as was the chef on the egg station. However, some of the other staff were less courteous and would benefit from some extra training on how to provide great quality service.

On check in the hotel didnt have our booking. Then the room wasnt available for 30 mins. Given a 'complimentary drinks voucher ' to make up for it which everyone gets. Then no hot water in the evening for a bath, and no hot water on check out. Sent engineer but still cold Outside of hotel very tired and old
