We had a lovely time at this spacious and well located apartment. 3 good sized double rooms and 2 good size bathrooms. The balcony is big and gets a lot of sun. The apartment is well equipped. The building is well kept and the pool is also very nice. The apartment is a short walk to the beach and has beach loungers and umbrellas. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby but the apartment is very quiet and we heard no noise at all. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would book again. All contact with the owner was quick and easy, Jeff is a very nice guy. We had a great time!

Apartment was clean and tidy on arrival and perfectly placed to access bars, restaurants, the beach, supermarkets on foot and Benidorm by bus or car. The complex was quiet even being so close to the main eating/shopping road and the pool was always clean. We would loved to have stayed longer.

With limited mobility this property was ideally situated, and close to all amenities. Our host Jean- francois was there to meet us on arrival, and showed us around the property, and although booked for a family break during our stay, was available 24/7 via whatsap.
