The sunset is breathtaking…. Lots of activity on the Strand that made people watching fun. The house is so spacious…. Rooms are really big. Fans in every closet if you don’t want to run the air conditioners. The storage area has everything you need for the beach. Umbrella’s,chairs even charcoal and propane for the barbecues…TVs in every room with cable and streaming channels… We’re definitely coming back!

We all really enjoyed our stay at this place. It is comfortable it has everything we needed in the kitchen, the laundry room, 2 parking spaces, extras to enjoy the beach. The one way traffic goes quietly and calm, we felt safe and enjoyed the community walking around. The beach was a plus, whether it was walking early in the morning or enjoying a walk to the pier and enjoying some food there. Location was great and the house provided the comfort we needed. We are planning to come back in the future. Cheryl was great giving us tip of places to go and answering all our questions. We are planning to come back to the same place in the future!

We stayed on The Strand last year and wanted to find a nicer place and we certainly did. Oue hostess was great to work with and easy to reach by email and phone. We just purchased a new Chevy Tahoe and was concerned about parking. We easily found the underground parking lot and had not one, but two parking spaces assigned to our unit. Make sure you take the stairway up that's in the garage we made the mistake of exiting to the street and had some difficulty finding our entry, but our hostess was available and talked us through it. Once inside we were amazed at how much space we had and all of the amenities that were included. Kitchen was well equipped it even had a gas stove and range. Out back was a private patio that had not one, but two barbeques and I love to grill. Now for the best part which is the front patio. The view is amazing and yes it even had a gas fire pit for those chilly evenings. We look forward to going back next year!

Great location, large spaces, large bathrooms and bedrooms, comfortable beds, loved the beach wagon, chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas. The Thermador stove was so great to cook with. Walking distance to pier, shops, restaurants, and beach was a huge plus. The only cons about our stay were overall cleanliness of the property and furniture, also the main doors to the front patio were difficult to lock and open close blinds. None of this took away from the great time we had as a family. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Watching the parade of cool cars/trucks was also very entertaining. Overall we made some great memories! Thank you for hosting us!

We had plenty of room for all 6 of us. Especially loved the patio facing the ocean. We saw a school of amazing dolphins and bioluminescence of the waves at night. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Washer/dryer great to have.

This place was perfect for our family trip! We had a lot of specific needs that were all met: 1. Five individual adults that needed their own bed. 2. Two adults had mobility limitations, between the elevator from the garage and the front ramp we had no issues. 3. The beach access was perfect with direct, almost private feeling access (there were rocks to walk down but down the road there were stairs if needed). 4. Coming by plane we were not able to bring beach supplies, all of which were provided (towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, even a beach wagon). 5. We did a lot of home cooking and had everything we needed. 6. The three bathrooms were spacious and clean. 7. Parking was tight but available! At one point we had two good size mini vans parked in our two available slots. 8. We had a couple of quick questions on the first day and the property manager was fast to respond and quick with answers/solutions. 9. The location was perfect, we could sit for hours watching the ocean, surfers and walkers. When not in the ocean my two teen sons could walk The Strand, fish at the pier and walk about while the rest of us relaxed. There are many restaurants and shops close by! There is no doubt that when we return to Oceanside that this will be our first reservation!

This place was amazing! Walk on the beach anytime with all the beach accessories we could need. Our favorite part was sitting on the patio every night to watch the sunset and enjoy the fire pit.

We had a really great time at this property. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the ocean waves and making Somores at the gas fire pit on the patio. Beds were nice and baths were amenable. Parking below unit in parking garage was nice. Very relaxing.

This house has a great location. Walk or drive to anything you could need. Or just sit on the patio by the fire and enjoy the view. Also had a nice patio out back that was perfect for dogs or small children to safely be. This house was more than large enough for 6 Adults and 2 small dogs. Beds were comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for towels, linens and kitchen necessities. A working washer and dryer were a plus as well. My only concern was we couldn't keep open the front patio doors to to get fresh air as both screen doors were both busted through so was not safe for my dogs when doors opened and no windows in house that opened as well. So to get air you would have to turn on the air conditioning, which we didn't want to do in 65 degree weather. Just got a little stuffy sometimes. Once repaired, would be safer for dogs or small children to not be able to get out onto that patio if you didn't want them too. The front patio is nicely enclosed, but my dogs like to bark so we kept them out of front patio. Also wifi was pretty non existent. We could not stream to watch movies or streaming services at night and texting and calling was very spotty. Not a huge deal, but if your kids rely on wifi it's not great. The regular tv channels worked fine. Cheryl was also great to work with. We had no issues come up, but she was very responsive to my questions before we left and checked in with us during our stay. I feel if something did come up, it definitely would of been taken care of right way. My only other suggestion would be a larger, more comfortable dining table and chairs or benches. It felt to formal compared to cozy living area and couches and not something we utilized like in other homes we've rented. But did not affect our stay whatsoever. We would recommend this property and would love to return.

Right on the Pacific! The condo is right on The Strand. Very busy one way street with cars and pedestrians. Cars cruising is non stop. So when sitting on front patio, the sound of the waves at times is drowned out by various genres of music. The floors of the condo were seemingly clean, but not. No cell service, so must WiFi to call out. WiFi went out for a full day of our stay. No hot water in one of the bathroom sinks. Large cleaning fee, but required to do quite a bit upon check out. The accommodations suited our needs. Just a few things that made it a little inconvenient. The property manager was very responsive, just unable to take care of some issues (the plumbing & internet).

Excellent location for views, location to downtown, and location to beach fun! Condo was clean and downstairs storage was filled with beach necessities and more. The patio furnishings are not the same as pictured and rather old. Only two out of the four televisions were capable of working..connections were missing. Back patio was nice, but in need of landscaping.

The host was amazing and the amenities were as advertised. The beds were comfortable, the place was very clean and it was updated in lots of ways. We cooked a big meal for our extended family there and the kitchen was next level. I hesitate to give it a good review because I want to be able to get this place again next year!

I love this ocean front condo! It is clean, comfy furnishings, and a great location. I have stayed here several times with friends and always recommend it others. It is picture perfect. The property manager, Cheryl is wonderful. She is helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I will be back.

The location is absolutely amazing. The property manager is extremely responsive and provides very clear directions for a smooth check in and check out process. We had a wonderful time with our family. The property is a bit run down and in need of some repairs and updates. There was an ant problem that was being remedied with bait traps. If we went back to oceanside we would definitely consider staying here again.

The front patio is nicely enclosed, but my dogs like to bark so we kept them out of front patio. Also wifi was pretty non existent. We could not stream to watch movies or streaming services at night and texting and calling was very spotty. Not a huge deal, but if your kids rely on wifi it's not great. The regular tv channels worked fine. Cheryl was also great to work with. We had no issues come up, but she was very responsive to my questions before we left and checked in with us during our stay. I feel if something did come up, it definitely would of been taken care of right way. My only other suggestion would be a larger, more comfortable dining table and chairs or benches. It felt to formal compared to cozy living area and couches and not something we utilized like in other homes we've rented. But did not affect our stay whatsoever. We would recommend this property and would love to return.

The sunset is breathtaking…. Lots of activity on the Strand that made people watching fun. The house is so spacious…. Rooms are really big. Fans in every closet if you don’t want to run the air conditioners. The storage area has everything you need for the beach. Umbrella’s,chairs even charcoal and propane for the barbecues…TVs in every room with cable and streaming channels… We’re definitely coming back!

Excellent location for views, location to downtown, and location to beach fun! Condo was clean and downstairs storage was filled with beach necessities and more. The patio furnishings are not the same as pictured and rather old. Only two out of the four televisions were capable of working..connections were missing. Back patio was nice, but in need of landscaping.

We could not have asked for a better place for the set up for the six of our family members to stay. The view was amazing. The rooms were very large and plenty of room to entertain new family members. The view of the ocean was beautiful, the patio was comfortable and spacious, the unit had a/c issues and water heater issues which interrupted our vacation the first 3 days, but the size accomodated our group. The location offered a variety of activies and entertainment for everyone in our group.

This is the fourth year we have stayed at this property. The only thing that was difficult was there was no drawer storage for clothing. We had a ten day stay so it was awkward not having a dresser except for one room. However, the location is perfect and the property manager is rapid to return any inquiries.

Initially this property was absolutely perfect! It slept all guests comfortably. Communication with the property manager was great! There were just a few key things that had our group head home early. The refrigerator needs to be replaced and the plumbing needs major work due to severe flooding from one of the toilets and shower. We were reimbursed for our final night! If I could do 4.5 stars, I would. Truly just needs a few things updated. It’s a gorgeous property!!!

The location is absolutely amazing. The property manager is extremely responsive and provides very clear directions for a smooth check in and check out process. We had a wonderful time with our family. The property is a bit run down and in need of some repairs and updates. There was an ant problem that was being remedied with bait traps. If we went back to oceanside we would definitely consider staying here again.

The location is perfect. We spent hours and hours sitting on the porch watching the ocean. There were a few minor issues with a clogged sink and air conditioning that were fixed IMMEDIATELY! Everything was great and I would love to book again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic. The house is nice. They provided plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. Beach toys and chairs in the storage area. We had a few issues during our stay and Cheryl responded to our needs right away. My only complaint is the kitchen could use a better skillet. We would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed in other condos within the same complex but this might be our favorite. Overall the place was great; beds were comfy, plenty of plugs to charge your phone, lots of sleeping options (multiple beds in each room). The ac units in each room and in the main living spaces were really nice and worked well when needed. The property manager was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful location, great sunsets! The traffic on the strand could get a lil busy at times but overall it was a great location! Will definitely be returning!! Cheryl (property manager) was so helpful and always available! I would highly recommend this location!

This place was perfect for our family trip! We had a lot of specific needs that were all met: 1. Five individual adults that needed their own bed. 2. Two adults had mobility limitations, between the elevator from the garage and the front ramp we had no issues. 3. The beach access was perfect with direct, almost private feeling access (there were rocks to walk down but down the road there were stairs if needed). 4. Coming by plane we were not able to bring beach supplies, all of which were provided (towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, even a beach wagon). 5. We did a lot of home cooking and had everything we needed. 6. The three bathrooms were spacious and clean. 7. Parking was tight but available! At one point we had two good size mini vans parked in our two available slots. 8. We had a couple of quick questions on the first day and the property manager was fast to respond and quick with answers/solutions. 9. The location was perfect, we could sit for hours watching the ocean, surfers and walkers. When not in the ocean my two teen sons could walk The Strand, fish at the pier and walk about while the rest of us relaxed. There are many restaurants and shops close by! There is no doubt that when we return to Oceanside that this will be our first reservation!

We were looking for a nice place to visit and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Weather was perfect and the home had a perfect layout and views. The kitchen was wonderful in terms of appliances and layout. We ended up staying in for dinner every night, so we wouldn’t miss the great sunsets. It was also nice to have dedicated parking spots in a secure location. Very enjoyable stay and we will be back!

We all really enjoyed our stay at this place. It is comfortable it has everything we needed in the kitchen, the laundry room, 2 parking spaces, extras to enjoy the beach. The one way traffic goes quietly and calm, we felt safe and enjoyed the community walking around. The beach was a plus, whether it was walking early in the morning or enjoying a walk to the pier and enjoying some food there. Location was great and the house provided the comfort we needed. We are planning to come back in the future. Cheryl was great giving us tip of places to go and answering all our questions. We are planning to come back to the same place in the future!

We stayed on The Strand last year and wanted to find a nicer place and we certainly did. Oue hostess was great to work with and easy to reach by email and phone. We just purchased a new Chevy Tahoe and was concerned about parking. We easily found the underground parking lot and had not one, but two parking spaces assigned to our unit. Make sure you take the stairway up that's in the garage we made the mistake of exiting to the street and had some difficulty finding our entry, but our hostess was available and talked us through it. Once inside we were amazed at how much space we had and all of the amenities that were included. Kitchen was well equipped it even had a gas stove and range. Out back was a private patio that had not one, but two barbeques and I love to grill. Now for the best part which is the front patio. The view is amazing and yes it even had a gas fire pit for those chilly evenings. We look forward to going back next year!

We had a couple of quick questions on the first day and the property manager was fast to respond and quick with answers/solutions. 9. The location was perfect, we could sit for hours watching the ocean, surfers and walkers. When not in the ocean my two teen sons could walk The Strand, fish at the pier and walk about while the rest of us relaxed. There are many restaurants and shops close by! There is no doubt that when we return to Oceanside that this will be our first reservation!
This place was perfect for our family trip! We had a lot of specific needs that were all met: 1. Five individual adults that needed their own bed. 2. Two adults had mobility limitations, between the elevator from the garage and the front ramp we had no issues. 3. The beach access was perfect with direct, almost private feeling access (there were rocks to walk down but down the road there were stairs if needed). 4. Coming by plane we were not able to bring beach supplies, all of which were provided (towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, even a beach wagon). 5. We did a lot of home cooking and had everything we needed. 6. The three bathrooms were spacious and clean. 7. Parking was tight but available! We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic. The house is nice. They provided plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. Beach toys and chairs in the storage area. We had a few issues during our stay and Cheryl responded to our needs right away. My only complaint is the kitchen could use a better skillet. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. Beds were comfortable and condo already contained everything a kitchen could want. Just bring yourselves, clothes, and personal items. We will be coming back.

This was a fabulous condo with more than enough room to accommodate our family. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. Best of all, the living room area was big enough for us all to eat, play games, and hang out. The kitchen was well equipped (except for some ziplock bags and an auto ice maker). If we had only prepared a bit better, we could have made more meals on that beautiful stove and used the grill and smoker in the back! The beach is a short walk away but the ocean is right there. So we spent a huge chunk of time on the patio just taking it all in. We loved that everything was provided for us — towels, linens, beach gear, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. We literally had to pack our clothes and go. I also appreciated the quick and easy communication with the host. She made it so easy for us. I can see why this property comes down highly rated. We can’t wait to be back!

Third stay here. Perfect for our family of 6 and small dog. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of towels and blankets available. In unit laundry a plus. Fully enclosed backyard very safe for pets or small children. Walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. Cheryl is always quick to respond to messages. Any questions or issues we’ve had are address immediately. Looking forward to booking our 2027 dates.

We loved this unit. 5 adults had plenty of room. The back patio is not very usable as you have to go through a bedroom to get to it. Also, the slider in the back master did not open. The manager said the owner is in the process of replacing all the doors.The view from the patio and living area was outstanding. The fire pit out front was used every evening. The kitchen had all the essentials needed to make the stay comfortable. We might make this an annual vacation spot.
