Palms of Seagrove A8 by Oversee 30A

Apartment was nice but Benchmark management was terrible. Non-responsive to my messages about Wifi, gate code to the beach also there is no partial beach view at all, so the listing is completely misleading. When Benchmark finally replied, they claimed they had no record of my messages (I emailed the form on the website so they clearly were too lazy to check). This is one of multiple issues I've had with Benchmark so any guest or the owner of the unit should be made aware.

It was a great location, and being right on the beach was very nice. The room was starting to show signs of age (wear and tear). But nothing bad, we had a good time and would come back.

Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional.

We loved everything about this condo and location. The condo is stunning inside. The beds Are so comfortable as well as the bedding. Extremely clean! The location is amazing and so convenient for the beach. Can't wait to come back and stay. Nancy was amazing answering all my questions.
