I called on Friday morning, asked if the pool & hot tub were operational. Was told they would be on Saturday. Arrived at 2pm on Saturday to a sign that read “pool down for maintenance”. Very disappointing to the kids. Stayed here once before this year and had the same problems. Won’t stay here again

Not my favorite Best Western. The room appeared tidy and the breakfast was good. But the hot tub didn't work, the pool didn't look overly clean, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. ( I suspect a plumbing issue somewhere.) Also, the location is fairly close to some well-used train tracks, and there is a fair amount of construction in the area. Neither of these are the fault of the hotel, but traveler beware, this is not the place for a restful night or morning.

We booked this hotel due to its location. We were there for the Dalton Defenders Day reenactment. All the activities were a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was very nice - the only problem was that the hot tub wasn't working - no hot water. Clean comfortable room with a decent breakfast.

The fire alarm went off at 1:30am and we got to stand out in the rain until we were let back into the motel then the elevator doesn't work and we were on the 3rd floor and being disabled is gard to get back up then down to the room. And of course bo place else to stay. Wouldn't recommend

This motel was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was a pleasant place to stop for the night. We visit the Dalton Museum which is close by. There are eating places close by. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool. It was a nice place to stay.

Clean room and clean hotel. My only complaint is the AC was switched off so when I got to my room it was 84 degrees and took all afternoon to cool down. Other than that no complaints.

There was a pubic hair on the top of the toilet tank. There were small hairs in the crack where the floor meets the bathtub. The shower curtain had brown marks on it that looked like it hadn’t been washed in a long time. There were 2 big brown marks on the shower walls that looked like dirty hand marks. There was a greasy spot on the bedroom mirror. The curtain over the air conditioner had a brown spot that looked like water damage. There was stain on the sheet. The room smelled like bleach is used on the bedding and towels. After taxes, I paid $120 for a Sunday night. I expect an $120 room to cleaner than this. I won’t stay here again.

The railroad runs through our room, and the train blows its whistle every 15 minutes. The cover fell off of the air unit. The air unit sounded like a Mac truck, but it didn’t put out any cool air. The mattress sagged to the middle of the bed (probably 20 years old). The room was dark and dreary. Other than that, it was great!!

Stayed because of a refinery job in the area and shared with another person. I understand the hotels were all full in the town but if the room is advertised as a king bed and a pull out sofa bed, that is what should be in the room. There was no bed in that small sofa, I ended up sleeping on the floor. It is false advertisement to say room sleeps up to 4 with a sofa bed.

The check in was very fast, it was clean and I had no issues. The only thing was the walls are very thin. I didn’t hear anything disturbing but just heard people walking and talking but other than that I was enjoyed the stay!

The lighting in the stairwells was very dim. Use the elevators. Very clean, and the rooms were spacious. A jet-tub in the room...large walk-in shower...huge vanity sink area. Typical new hotel/motel....not sound proof....but the stay here was very good.

The cleaning people open our doors when we never checking out at 9 am . I had to go complain to the front counter. Last time we stay their in August we didn’t have hot water. We where told when we came back they are going to give us extra discount. The girl in front counter replied by saying” you already getting them cheap so why you complain.

Toilet paper (what there was) was so thin, you could have read a newspaper thru it. Same for Kleenex in room. Had to call/request toilet paper after checking in. In am, went to breakfast before 8am. No coffee in breakfast area (2 thermos's empty) and none in lobby (also empty). All the help seemed to be more interested in staring at their cell phones more than customer service. Have stayed there before.....it's really slipped.

For the most part the hotel was acceptable. We were disappointed that the rooms were not connected or even on the same floor for that matter. The breakfast buffet was adequate but started to run out of items and coffee an hour before it was scheduled to close.

This facility is great! They had a class reunion and a good sized wedding party the same weekend we were there just for the weekend. There was no discernible noise, a rooms or comfortable, beds were great, walk-in showers, the breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage patties, which were good for those of us eating more Keto. as well as Bagels cereal and Waffles. The facility was easy in and out. If we are in Coffeyville again we will be staying there again!
