We had awesome stay very responsive host that I really appreciated, beautiful beach which is walkable from the unit. My son enjoyed the pool. Grocery store around the area so as fast food. We travel a lot to the city during our stay Tops, Anjo World, SM seaside,Safari,Ocean park and more we pay so much to our commute back and forth for like 1000 pesos depending on traffic so if you want beaches and quiet places this is the place for you to stay.

Host was responsive and educated us wonderfully. Unit was clean and located in a great place location. Close to the beach and shopping! No complaints other than the elevators being very slow. Only 2 in the whole building, and one was being fixed.

Spent 7 nights here in November. It was my first stay in this type of setting so I'm a bit of noobe. The room and the host were excellent. A few issues that were immediatly remedied by the host. The building itself needs updating, but a nice place to relax.
