プールが使えると聞き行ったが、水のプールでした。温水プールに慣れてる日本人には無理かも。サウナは3つほどあるが一つしか稼働しておらず、しかも前の人がちゃんと扉を閉めなかったのか、全然部屋が温まっておらず、結局諦めて帰った。夜は遅くまで騒ぎ声が聞こえ、夜中にエンジンを吹かす人もおり、非常にうるさかった。

Pool ist leider erst ab 16 Uhr geöffnet. Ich fand es etwas schade weil ich persönlich gerne morgens schwimmen gehe-das Hotel betreibt den Wellnessbereich eben nach ihren Erfahrungen. Ich habe den Wellness Bereich dann einmal abends genutzt und dieser ist sehr gepflegt und ausreichend.

Pool ist leider erst ab 16 Uhr geöffnet. Ich fand es etwas schade weil ich persönlich gerne morgens schwimmen gehe-das Hotel betreibt den Wellnessbereich eben nach ihren Erfahrungen. Ich habe den Wellness Bereich dann einmal abends genutzt und dieser ist sehr gepflegt und ausreichend.

Clean hotel which is near the motorway although you don't hear any road noise. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Free parking at the hotel was full so had to pay €8 to park in their underground carpark or street parking is free. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Spinnweben wurden leider auch auf Nachfrage nicht entfernt. Essen war in ordnung, Personal sehr freundlich. Wenige kostenlose Parkplätze, leider keine Kennzeichnungen.

Calme , Bien situé, à proximité des transports en commun, ce qui est pratique pour visiter Aix-la-Chapelle… Chambre spacieuse pour un budget très raisonnable un personnel à l’écoute, un buffet petit déjeuner varié et de qualité Propreté des lieux irréprochables ( chambres, communs, piscine) Seul bémol : pas de restauration les we et jours fériés sur place ( mais excellents restaurants pas très loin)

Zimmer war im Souterrain...praktisch Keller und so roch es auch. Silberfische im Zimmer, total verdreckt. Rostiger Abfluss...Zahnpastareste an den Fliesen, Schimmel und Spinnenweben. Viel zu Teuer und frech sowas überhaupt anzupreisen. Zimmerersatz gab es nicht, nur Ungezieferspray. Parkplatz und Hund wurde erstattet. Kein Interesse an den Fotos gehabt von der Chefetage. Niemals wieder

Das Hotel ist ein wenig versteckt in einer nicht ganz so repräsentativen Gegend von Aachen. So war der erste Eindruck etwas ernüchternd. Das Zimmer ist schlicht und vielleicht nicht im modernsten Stil ausgestattet, aber picobello sauber und gepflegt! Das Bett ist bequem, das Bad blitzeblank. Das Frühstück ist super und reichhaltig und frisch auch kurz vor Ende der Frühstückszeit. Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder

Ein schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist optimal. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Man fühlt sich dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war renoviert. Bushaltestellen gut zu erreichen. City mit Dom aber auch zu Fuß, mit einem längeren Spaziergang verbunden, zu erreichen. Beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden, schöner Frühstücksraum. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war renoviert. Bushaltestellen gut zu erreichen. City mit Dom aber auch zu Fuß, mit einem längeren Spaziergang verbunden, zu erreichen. Beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden, schöner Frühstücksraum. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall.

Très bon hôtel, un accueil en français comme précisé qui permet une compréhension totale. Une chambre irréprochable, ne pas se fier aux photos ( pour les chambres en lit simple ), la mienne était beaucoup plus moderne. Petit déjeuner très bien.

As a traveler with some experience of this quality of hotel I was surprised by the unfriendliness of staff. All business, no warmth, everything felt soulless. Did I want my towels changed in the morning? No explanation of sustainability practices, just questions. No bottled water in the room. Clean towels that had seen their day. Nothing to make a guest feel at home. Bare essentials. I doubled the duvet for warmth. Breakfast was average. Grateful to see fresh fruit. Where was the toaster? Didn’t have one! In 2024 this felt more like a hostel than an art hotel. Maybe Aachen has unique standards. This is a hotel I do not recommend if you are seeking convenience to train station, service staff warmth and the sense that you, not your payments, are top priority.

In 2024 this felt more like a hostel than an art hotel. Maybe Aachen has unique standards. This is a hotel I do not recommend if you are seeking convenience to train station, service staff warmth and the sense that you, not your payments, are top priority.

The room was ok. They don’t make room every day. Not much of amenities around and running by some moody and unfriendly women. Most German are very friendly n warmed people but not at this hotel. Yesterday we went swimming in the dark without light, a young Asian girl came down to turn in the light. She didn’t apologize at all for the inconvenience and instead she was yelling n screaming at me about where I can turn the light on. I paid to stay there and not to turn on the light for them. She didn’t even bother to come near the pool to talk to us. Just stood at the other end like we got covid. We will not stay there again and even free

The room allocated to us was the worst hotel room I have ever seen. We didn't stay and had to find others room in city. The two staff on duties were however very very helpful and helped us find a different property.

Das Hotel ist ein wenig versteckt in einer nicht ganz so repräsentativen Gegend von Aachen. So war der erste Eindruck etwas ernüchternd. Das Zimmer ist schlicht und vielleicht nicht im modernsten Stil ausgestattet, aber picobello sauber und gepflegt! Das Bett ist bequem, das Bad blitzeblank. Das Frühstück ist super und reichhaltig und frisch auch kurz vor Ende der Frühstückszeit. Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder

Clean hotel which is near the motorway although you don't hear any road noise. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Free parking at the hotel was full so had to pay €8 to park in their underground carpark or street parking is free. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Swimming pool and sauna is an extra charge (€9 and €2 for a locker).

Calme , Bien situé, à proximité des transports en commun, ce qui est pratique pour visiter Aix-la-Chapelle… Chambre spacieuse pour un budget très raisonnable un personnel à l’écoute, un buffet petit déjeuner varié et de qualité Propreté des lieux irréprochables ( chambres, communs, piscine) Seul bémol : pas de restauration les we et jours fériés sur place ( mais excellents restaurants pas très loin)

Lite offside mot resten. Vi blev lite snopen att deras SPA inte hade några behandlingar. Då skulle man bege sig till deras systerhotell ett par km därifrån. Superbra frukost.

Locatie was ideaal, net buiten de milieuzone, dus bereikbaar met de auto zonder dat je een sticker nodig hebt. Kamer zag er netjes en verzorgd uit. Minpuntje was de douche, die alleen was voorzien van een douchegordijn. Dus wees voorbereid op een waterballet in de badkamer. Wel een goede straal trouwens. De kussens waren ook wel aan vervanging toe.

We stayed here twice in two week on our way and way back from Germany. We stayed in 6 different hotels and this was definitely the best. Staff were nice and helpful, it was the only hotel to offer a restaurant in the evening. Great breakfast buffet. Free parking, free WiFi. Would stay again.

Cet hotel n est pas un 3,5 etoiles Le parking est très petit, impossible de trouver une place. Il faut se garer dans la rue plus loin. Il n’y a plus de restauration après 20 heures. La chambre était petite et vieillotte. Et on ne m’a pas proposé le spa, alors que j’avais le droit à une entrée pour deux. Je n u retournerais pas et ne le conseille

Review for an overnight stay booked shortly before arriving in Aachen. Travelling by car the sat nav picked the sister Art Hotel Superior instead! Not unusual. The correct Comfort hotel is not far from it. Not very clear from the road, sits behind a car wash! That said, check in was straightforward, friendly and efficient. The room was OK, bathroom/shower very clean. Liked the in-room safe, shame no tea/coffee machine. Small balcony. Bad weather meant we did not try to get into the city centre so not sure of the public transport link, this seems a fairly remote suburb. Parking on site was convenient, but filled up quickly so later arrivals may need to park across from the hotel. Dinner in the hotel was OK. Did not take the Continental breakfast as it seemed expensive. On balance a reasonable choice for road based touring. Suggest research location that it suits your needs especially re public transportation as this appears to be in a quiet residential area. And make sure you go the right Art Hotel!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers were deliciously powerful and hot. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was completely worth it. The sauna was just what I needed. I would totally stay here again.
