Nice clean accessible hotel, parking is expensive but that seems to be Adelaide. No extra towels in pool area and washing machine/dryer is difficult to use so that's a minus. Staff are friendly.

We had a good stay, although one disappointment was the cold spa/hot tub - especially as the pool is very cool (which is inside so you have the impression that it is suitable all year round). Convenient location, friendly staff.

Property is near city centre, lots of food restaurants and shopping areas which is very convenient and good. What bad is the carparking in building has limited bays and the next door parking provided was very dirty with urine everywhere inside carpark lift and staircase

Conveniently located and spacious apartment near public transport. The staff were great and it was nice to have a kitchenette. The bathroom amd bedroom were quite spacious, which was great for our family. On the downside, the carpets need a serious clean (within twenty minutes of walking in the apartment the bottom of our socks were black). Also, either the washing machine was impossible to figure out or it did not work. We tried to turn it on, but it didnt do anything. Otherwise, nice trip and would probably stay there again given the convenience and price point.

A generally dirty apartment needing a thorough clean … big stain on carpet as soon as you step in the door, the headboard had grime on it, the air conditioning outlets all encased in dust, even found what looked like a human tooth on the carpet … not sure when this place was vacuumed last. On the upside despite being dated and knocked around the bathroom appeared to be clean. Reception staff are welcoming & helpful, didn’t bring up the issue with the unclean room as I’d paid in advance and was there for the convenience of the location, however wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Toilet paper and hand wash was not replenished on day two. I had to leave a note on the third day asking for the hand wash to be refilled. Lounge was grubby, and throw cushions had marks. Balcony looking into carpark - that was my own fault for not booking a north terrace view room I guess. Parking is expensive.

Bathroom was dirty and in need of a clean, power socket in bedroom had been ripped from the wall and not repaired, and woeful Internet connection. Lot of noise in the area. Poor value accommodation and disappointing experience.

Leans into an upmarket vibe more then it's brother The Oaks Embassy. That being said, Horizons is much the same and the difference between the two is a simple as this. Horizons have larger rooms, Embassy has better views.

Room sizes were adequate for a family of 4. However the AC was unable to be controlled in the room and the in-room phone was disconnected and never repaired. For a self contained apartment, there was a lack of basic provisions to enable cleaning of cooking utensils etc. Parking and Wifi are optional extras and the ability to connect to the wifi is not so straightforward. We found the parking quite difficult although somewhat typical of older inner city garages found in larger cities. there is also a very limited number of bays available.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the same two staff members seemed to always be there, day and night - always a friendly face * greeting when we passed reception on our way in or out. The room was great - clean, spacious, and a lovely view. Amenities like the fridge, microwave and dishwasher were great since we had a baby with us. Only complaints were minor - the building works like jack hammers from next door that started at 6am daily, and the loud air con on the convention centre roof that whirred all night (almost like white noise) - but these weren’t the fault of the hotel.

Great hotel, but noisy! There is a bar in the vicinity of this hotel that plays extremely loud music between 10:30pm and 3:30am Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. If you’re a light to moderate sleeper, don’t stay here without bringing your earplugs!!!

The apartment was good, clean, spacious. Nice view & everything close by. Need to ensure entertainment such as youtube/netflix app actually works on the tv as they didn’t work. Couldn’t even cast from phone to tv. Overall good place.

The room was fine. It was functional and quiet and clean. The pool was appreciated. What was not good was the inoperability of the card system to get in the door or use the lift. The terseness of the reception was not what we expected. It is good to look at people and smile. Not once in the whole stay did anyone smile at us.

Staff were friendly and we were well looked after our first night which was very noisy. They moved us to another room, it was much quiter. Thank you! The breakfast option at cafe next door was enjoyed by us all. Vouchers do require an update however to reflect the actual value ie no longer plus coffee. enjoyed our visit thanks

While the accomodation is okay, the check in staff aren’t exactly warm and friendly. The $30 a night car parking is a challenge to enter and navigate in anything but a compact car, and the lifts look like a junkie haven.

Don't even think about staying at this property on a Friday night. When we stayed there there was really loud persistent drumming, amplified, from a nightclub or hotel nearby, that did not stop until 4 am. The police were useless to stop it - I rang them at 2.30 am, and they said they had no power to stop it because that was a matter for the Environmental Protection Authority. And of course there was no-one available from the Environmental Protection Authority at 2.30 in the morning. So the drumming went on, and on, and on.

Don't even think about staying at this property on a Friday night. Great hotel, but noisy! There is a bar in the vicinity of this hotel that plays extremely loud music between 10:30pm and 3:30am Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. If you’re a light to moderate sleeper, don’t stay here without bringing your earplugs!!!

Stayed for a wedding with family Pros - Spacious rooms with nice view over North Terrace. Comfortable beds, pool was lovely. Transport is very close and its walking distance to Rundle Mall and restaurants. Cons - The street behind is noisy, rough, lots of dubious characters around. It did not feel like a safe place. Hotel security doors close at 6pm, which probably says it all???

It is located on the edge of the CBD, easy to drive to and even easier to walk around the city. It is close to the Mall, Stadium, Restaurants and even the Casino. Would certainly stay here a third time should I find myself back in Adelaide.

Staff were friendly and we were well looked after our first night which was very noisy. They moved us to another room, it was much quiter. Thank you! The breakfast option at cafe next door was enjoyed by us all. Vouchers do require an update however to reflect the actual value ie no longer plus coffee. enjoyed our visit thanks

The hotel is in a convenient location to walk or take the tram to attractions such as the zoo or botanical gardens. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were super friendly. I asked for an extra roller bed and extra towels. The rooms are basic but it was lovely to have a balcony. The bath had jets, which was a surprise addition.

super clean, access to train station, convention centre, rundle mall all super easy and close - coffee club is in next building - didn't realise how few coffee places open early in Adelaide (being from Brisbane and Melbourne!!!), service was really friendly, appartment was kitted out really well - didn't miss a thing from home. will stay again for sure.

I stayed a week. Polite and helpful staff. Large n clean room. Nice small kitchenette. But shower gel in the small bottle kept running out, had to get more every 2 days. Bathtub has high sides so a bit tricky getting in and out. Wifi only for max 3 devices at a time. No in-house restaurant. Unimpressive small n stark lobby. But overall, a good stay

1 bedroom apartment was a very nice size and was very clean! Bathroom even had a spa bath which we were not expecting, especially at the very good rate we paid! The Pillows were exceptional!! The bedroom even had own TV, with a smart TV in lounge area. Absolutely loved the heated pool and Spa however, I believe there may need to be an upgrade or pump checked as it did not seem to have the usuall pressure to blow any of kind of decent water through jets. Still enjoyable. There was no food delivery like they would normally organise for you being boxing day and I think this should be addressed somehow.

I called the hotel in advance to let them know I would be arriving late. During that call, I specifically asked about onsite parking and was told that parking was available, there was no need to book. Unfortunately, my arrival experience was quite disappointing. When I arrived, I was told the only parking available was around the corner. The explanation was confusing, and it sounded as though I would need to walk a considerable distance with my luggage. I was then told that a parking space could be taken from another guest's booking to accommodate me. As I had been advised there was no need to book parking, I questioned how that would be fair to someone who had reserved a space. The staff member also stated that there was no lift access to the building, which turned out not to be entirely accurate. The issue was only access from the car park. After further discussion, I was informed that there were actually spare parking spaces available. Throughout the interaction, I felt made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. By this stage, I was upset and honestly considered leaving and finding alternative accommodation. The staff member came across as rude and the information provided was inconsistent and confusing. In the end, we parked onsite and only had to walk up two short flights of stairs before accessing an elevator to reach our room. The room itself felt much more worn than the photos suggested, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the floor. Cleanliness

Was very happily surprised with an upgrade at check in too a lovely 2 bedroom deluxe apartment and everything was comfortable unfortunately the workers on the strret started at 7.00am so sleeping in was impossible but overall stay was great and very close to everything.

There was maintenance work being done on our booked room but the check in staff were excellent and quickly moved us to another room which was an upgrade without us asking.
