The property was decent for a short stay. The room was nice and clean. Staff were lovely. The pool was very cold and we were shocked that the spa was the same which was disappointing. The property had a restaurant on site that offers a decent breakfast at an extra cost but we found the regular menu for lunch and dinner was quite pricey along with the alcoholic beverages. Nice and close to the local shopping centre and very short drive or walkable to Airlie beach. Easy parking.

I liked the service, amenities, location, etc. Unfortunately the bed was very saggy & caused back problems. The pool is fantastic but the lack of shade lets it down by causing very warm water.

The staff are amazing, so welcoming and helpful. My resort room was very comfortable and had outdoor seating on the corridor. Gym is decent and handy, pool beautiful with loads of loungers. Easy walk to supermarket and about 20 mins to the centre. Only down side is no housekeeping for 5 nights felt too long, the floor needed sweeping more often. Would return next time i am in the area.

However, pillows were not very comfortable, woke up with a stiff neck most mornings. Water in the room would not go cold, only lukewarm. Morning breakfast buffet was sufficient, but food was stale even if you arrive early in the morning.

Pool area was lovely although lacked any sunshades over the beds. Access to second floor was difficult as had to use stairs with heavy suitcases. Reception good, young pleasant overseas staff in restaurant. Quiet at night. Need to enforce rule about glass and stubbiest in pool area and collect from that area more frequently in day.

Stayed to visit with family that were at the camping park next door so location great for me. However, long walk to get to main street at Airlie Beach. Nice renovations with a modern look. Would have liked room cleaning done more than once per week.

Very dated, peeling paint, broken curtains, rusty shower screen, housekeeping didn’t clean our room once in 3 nights, TV reception was terrible and the pool had stains on the bottom that made it look dirty. They’re also renovating half the hotel which was noisy and we weren’t notified before we got there.

Lovely locatiion and tropical feel of facility with friendly and competent receiption staff. Facility let down by lack of care in cleaning eg lift control knobs and stainless steel grubby, door glass dirty, our room hand basin smelly, overflow hole dirty. Staff obviously lacking time to do and lack detailed supervision. Having said that, would stay again as a good vibe.

Nice pool setting area & garden, fantastic buffet breakfast & even better dining. Shower glass wasn’t clean, a lot of soap scum. There was no room service but if you need clean towels sets ask at reception.

Stayed here for just 1 night, the hotel is quite nice & open but a ways from the main town area Checkin was quick & efficient. Our room was nice & spacious but faced the pool area where everyone passes so you have to keep your curtains drawn. Had dinner at the restaurant,service was initially poor. we collected drinks from the bar and were shown to a table by the waiter and that was it. After 15 mins we asked the female waitress for menus and water, she was apologetic that we had just been left without help Due to that we probably would stay again.

First room offered smelt vile. As rooms are recently refurbished the staff member said was just a paint smell but it was far worse than that. He did willingly offer another room. Second room smelt much better and just a slight paint smell which was fine. Ordered food and collected. It was awful. The crumbed chicken breast was like cardboard. The side dressing of coleslaw tasted off. If was eating at the restaurant would have returned meal and complained. The quality of the refurb is very poor. Shower door hard to open. A mirror is situated near front door and unless curtain fully pulled people walking past can see the bed in full view. The cupboards are cheap quality. I don’t recommend a stay here.

We live local and stayed in the off season for a night. Mantra Club Croc check-in was friendly and quick, the hotel area and room was clean and comfortable, bed was very comfy and water pressure in the shower felt amazing, it’s winter so it felt good to have a nice hot shower. We had dinner at the restaurant, service and food was really good, dinner plentiful and tasty, cocktails were yum. The only draw back is foot traffic going past your room can be loud and wake you up. Would stay again, probably not in the busy season.

The staff were very friendly and helpful….especially Jessika, Sommer and Jude. After a 9 hour train ride it was fabulous to have preordered a pizza ready for pick up. Thanks to Jessika and the fellow working in the bar who kept it hot for us until we arrived. Much appreciated! The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfy! The hotel entrance, pool area, bar and restaurant are beautiful. The buffet breakfast was delicious! I would recommend this hotel!

Very nice Hotel, we stayed 2 nights and everything was great. Staff was great too, we checked in with Kim, was super nice and very friendly, we need more people like her. The supervisor Alex was pretty good and very nice too, really helpfull and very organised, you can feel the good atmosphere the he spread at the front desk with the other member of the staff. We tryed the restaurant too, a little bit expensive, good food and staff too. Hotel was clean but can be better especially in term of dust, our air conditioner was very dusty and the water glasses wasn’t clean. Location was great, very close to a bus station, and close to a bordwalk too. Overall experience very good, we definitely come back.

Generally clean and tidy but tired. Upon our arrival the reception person was rude and argumentative refusing to take cash for holding security deposit despite it listing on our check in policy cash was acceptable and then continued to degrade “Expedia” as a third party. Our room had a flooding issue in the bathroom resulting in a dangerous safety risk. The reception gentleman on Saturday evening admitted they were aware of this issue and just offered more towels to soak up the water which ran from the shower recess to cover the entire bathroom floor. He was pleasant and empathetic however the room poses such a risk it should not have been offered as accommodation to guests. We were not offered a room change or compensation to our stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable and had all that we needed for a short stay. The location was great, walking distance to the shops and boardwalk and close to a couple of cafes. We enjoyed happy hour and the restaurant. The staff were friendly and professional.

Catastrophe. Le service est déplorable, les gens à l’accueil sont très désagréable. L’hôtel ressemble à un motel des années 90. Pas de service de ménage dans les chambres . Les chambres sont collées les unes les autres on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres, il n’ y a un simple rideau entre le couloir extérieur et la chambre au lieu d’un mur. Ne prenez pas cet hôtel. Le meilleur pour la fin : ils nous ont facturé 20$ parce qu’on a libéré la chambre à 10h45 au lieu de 10h30.

The property was decent for a short stay. The room was nice and clean. Staff were lovely. The pool was very cold and we were shocked that the spa was the same which was disappointing. The property had a restaurant on site that offers a decent breakfast at an extra cost but we found the regular menu for lunch and dinner was quite pricey along with the alcoholic beverages. Nice and close to the local shopping centre and very short drive or walkable to Airlie beach. Easy parking.

It has a nice pool, the rooms are comfortable, the personnel really friendly, I don’t like that is far from everything (my fault for not researching) and the access to the rooms carrying luggage really difficult. Lots of stairs, no ramps

The staff are amazing, so welcoming and helpful. My resort room was very comfortable and had outdoor seating on the corridor. Gym is decent and handy, pool beautiful with loads of loungers. Easy walk to supermarket and about 20 mins to the centre. Only down side is no housekeeping for 5 nights felt too long, the floor needed sweeping more often. Would return next time i am in the area.

However, pillows were not very comfortable, woke up with a stiff neck most mornings. Water in the room would not go cold, only lukewarm. Was a beautiful hotel. But as any hotel in Australia a bit noisy. Also the bed was clean but was slightly smelly (sheets smelled like slow dry). Breakfast was a disappointment! Croissant dry, eggs cold, coffee terrible and just not as much choice.

First room offered smelt vile. As rooms are recently refurbished the staff member said was just a paint smell but it was far worse than that. He did willingly offer another room. Second room smelt much better and just a slight paint smell which was fine. Ordered food and collected. It was awful. The crumbed chicken breast was like cardboard. The side dressing of coleslaw tasted off. If was eating at the restaurant would have returned meal and complained. The quality of the refurb is very poor. Shower door hard to open. A mirror is situated near front door and unless curtain fully pulled people walking past can see the bed in full view. The cupboards are cheap quality. I don’t recommend a stay here.

Our room was clean and quiet.The staff were helpful and friendly. However we cannot recommend the breakfast buffet. The hot food was barely luke warm and not very pleasant to eat. We only ate there the 1 time as we were very unimpressed and worried about food poisoning due to the temperature of the food presented.

We live local and stayed in the off season for a night. Mantra Club Croc check-in was friendly and quick, the hotel area and room was clean and comfortable, bed was very comfy and water pressure in the shower felt amazing, it’s winter so it felt good to have a nice hot shower. We had dinner at the restaurant, service and food was really good, dinner plentiful and tasty, cocktails were yum. The only draw back is foot traffic going past your room can be loud and wake you up. Would stay again, probably not in the busy season.

Good place to stay. Well mantained property. Just two details, no bin in the bathroom and the water was going out of the shower. The coffee made by the barista woman in the morning was great, one of the best I tasted in Australia :)
