Great location in the city. Fantastic staff, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Perfect if going to Auckland for a show at the Aotearoa or the Civic. Comfortable, well equipped room, lovely looking out onto the park. Parking on site is great, do check if your vehicle is extra tall or extra long as there is a height restriction and it’s a tad tight quarters so not suitable for a camper van etc. Would happily stay here again, thanks for having us.

Great location, nice park really close and we could easily walk to our concert. Check in was relatively easy, although we got very lost trying to find the hotel. Parking was difficult - their parking area is very tight and small and trying to maneouvre is difficult and stressful. All in all a good stay and we were happy with it

Parking, first in first served. This was stated, then i received an email asking if I wanted parking, i said yes then got another email saying first in first served! Why ask? The only complaint about the room we had was the bathroom door was squeaky and woke up my husband when i opened it during the night. Otherwise, comfy bed, great pillows, good temperature, great shower and plenty of room for 2.

There was some confusion abt our room request before we arrived. However once we were onsite all was quickly resolved. The parking was tight as it is an urban garage. We were glad to have it available. Sat night there was beatung music from nearby venues all night. Otherwise unit was tip top, quiet and comfortable for our 5 night stay.

The room was very clean and we were very comfortable. They told us to organize parking on arrival, rang them few minutes before check-in, got told it was full, but then got 2 parking spaces on arrival for $30 each. All good.

Great to stay at Quest Auckland! Everywhere is clean. I like kitchen space and washing machine inside room. But it is quite big space in the bedroom. If I visit Auckland next time, definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

I was very pleased with this hotel. It was clean, had a washer and dryer in suite, free tea and coffee, a kitchenette, and a good location. I arrived super early and was able to leave my luggage, and check me in a bit before the official check in time, which was really appreciated after a super long flight. I highly recommend this hotel!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Nothing was clean. When I arrived, which was after hours, I noticed there was black mold growing in the air conditioner. I told the front desk staff the next morning and the housekeeping staff when they came around the next day. Nothing was done for the entire week I was staying there. I have filed a complaint with the Auckland council for unsanitary conditions. Additionally, I was told 5 days in to my 7 day stay that I would need to check out earlier than I was originally told because of a staff appreciation event. I'm all for the event and appreciating the staff for their work, but how is that not something communicated at the time of booking? Stay anywhere else and you'll have a much better time.

We had a great stay. Our trip was split into two parts and we had the studio room for the first part and the one bedroom for the second part. The kitchenette and laundry facility included with the rooms are great. Plenty of space. Next to Myers Park and easy walking distance to the airport bus and other public transport links. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We would consider staying here again when we come back to Auckland.

Suite was newly decorated, clean and had everything I wanted, including a little balcony with a great view of the city. Just a 10 min walk from the bus terminal - although uphill - no need for expensive cabs. Desk staff cheerful and helpful. It’s a suite hotel so no amenities such as a restaurant but right on main drag, which has everything. Silent at night.

Suite was newly decorated, clean and had everything I wanted, including a little balcony with a great view of the city. Just a 10 min walk from the bus terminal - although uphill - no need for expensive cabs. Desk staff cheerful and helpful. It’s a suite hotel so no amenities such as a restaurant but right on main drag, which has everything. Silent at night.

Everything was great. Excellent location, helpful staff. The laundry facilities and kitchen included with the accommodation are very handy especially when you a light packer! Easy walking distance to many restaurants and the airport bus and other transport links.

This is a good hotel in a good location with a good view of the park. Clean, comfortable with all the facilities you need, even coffee and chocolate biscuits. The only issue was that the water pressure was pathetic and you couldn’t get a decent shower.

Excellent stay, the room was very well equipped with a fully equipped mini kitchen. Washer/dryer, comfortable bed a small table for two to eat on and a great shower. It worked perfectly for us.

Room was great! Very spacious with amazing views. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, specifically Dimple who gave several excellent recommendations for food and attractions. Definitely will stay here again when in Auckland!

Everything was great. Excellent location, helpful staff. The laundry facilities and kitchen included with the accommodation are very handy especially when you a light packer! Easy walking distance to many restaurants and the airport bus and other transport links.

The Quest Auckland is a pleasant looking building conveniently placed close to entertainment venues, shops and restaurants. The room was nice, spacious with a small balcony.

Great location and excellent apartment but club on Queen Street intrusively audible until after 2am. Double glazing would help.

The room was clean and the customer service was good. The room was as we expected it to be nothing too fancy but it had all that we needed. I would’ve liked if there were coffee cups adjacent to the coffee machine in the foyer.

Suite was newly decorated, clean and had everything I wanted, including a little balcony with a great view of the city. Just a 10 min walk from the bus terminal - although uphill - no need for expensive cabs. Desk staff cheerful and helpful. It’s a suite hotel so no amenities such as a restaurant but right on main drag, which has everything. Silent at night.

I like the hotel as it was not my first stay. It is clean and safe,== bUT the reception desk did not tell us about the closing when it was a feast happening . and not very helpful by one of the employees referring to one shopping bag in which my >iPad was in. left in the lobby; she was careless. when I asked her to put in the storage.

The room was very clean and we were very comfortable. They told us to organize parking on arrival, rang them few minutes before check-in, got told it was full, but then got 2 parking spaces on arrival for $30 each. All good.

everythingwas their that we needed. staff could not have been more helpful. noise even on th 14th floor was an issue not hotls fault that roadworks wee being done outside overnight that week but glazing needs to be thicker.
