the location is great, with swimming pool (warm ) in the winter time. The breakfast is great, even with Prosecco. This hotel only a bit old and also the pillow is too soft, other than that the price is worth to stay. (although a bit expensive compared to the B&B nearby the station, but if you want to stay comfortable and quality, this is your choice)

Hotel experience was pleasant from (almost) start to finish. Lets say from check-in to checkout. The 1 snag was more Google maps related: Having entered the hotel's address, I was directed to a parking garage 150m away, on the opposite end of a "pedestrian only" walking street. The hotel may want to double check and ensure directions to THEIR parking garage. But once I was in the lobby it was a thoroughly pleasant experience. I arrived at noon, but was immediately ha ded my room key, which I did not expect. The room was nice, modern, with wood (laminate?) Flooring. My brother, staying just 4 rooms down the hall had carpet. Breakfast selection was fantastic, though not negatively overwhelming. Well presented and kept fresh. Wait staff was omnipresent. Indoor pool and shower area was clean, neat, pleasant and much welcomed after a lot of walking! The "muesli treat" for declining daily housekeeping is a cute incentive- and tasted great! The lobby bar is on the small side. Cozy. Good drinks. I will be back! (Thats a promise, not a threat)

Booking my room was problematic, which resulted in unnecessary confusion at check-in. Check-out also was unnecessary problematic, with an incorrect bill. That all said, the hotel corrected all issues, but patience was needed. The pool was closed. Breakfast was nice and had all the items one would want. The hotel is in the center of things and the park opposite was lovely to walk after a busy day at work. My room was large, comfortable and had plenty of natural light. The shower wasn't great, as it was never hot enough. I would stay again, if no other options available.

Hotel befindet sich direkt neben Kurhaus und Fußgängerzone und dennoch ruhig, praktisch ist auch die integrierte Tiefgarage mit Lift direkt zur rezeption. Sehr gute Auswahl an Zutaten und Speisen beim Frühstück - ich war sehr zufrieden mit allem.

Det var et virkelig lækkert hotel med smukke værelser. Vi havde booket et family room, som var to værelser ved siden af hinanden, så der var masser af plads til en familie på 4. Der var lækker morgenmad, hvor ingenting manglede. Pool området var skønt og børnene nød det.

There was a construction site on the 3rd floor and the hotel gave a room exactly in the 3rd floor among all the other rooms. The receptionist didn't inform of the circumstances. There was no information at all except the notice in A4 in the elevator. However, the reality was even worse. The first thing in the 3rd floor was the extreme chemical smell, the grey protection carpet and no indication where to find the rooms! That was far below the class of any kind of commercial hotels. You cannot accommodate human beings in this kind of conditions! After a short complaint, the receptionist gave a room in a different floor immediately. Then why not giving the room from the beginning in the first place?!? As frequent business traveller, I expected some quality from the hotel chain! no smile or friendly greeting including the cleaning personnel...

Wir waren über die Feiertage dort. Es war sehr sauber und wir wurden höflich empfangen. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, zeitgemäß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war großzügig und die Mitarbeiter zu jederzeit Hilfsbereit. Zusammengefasst sind wir sehr zufrieden und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

Staff was very professional, helpful and attentive. Rooms are spacious and almost soundproof. The location is fantastic, shopping street right outside and a big park as well. Will be returning in May.

Booking my room was problematic, which resulted in unnecessary confusion at check-in. Check-out also was unnecessary problematic, with an incorrect bill. That all said, the hotel corrected all issues, but patience was needed. The pool was closed. Breakfast was nice and had all the items one would want. The hotel is in the center of things and the park opposite was lovely to walk after a busy day at work. My room was large, comfortable and had plenty of natural light. The shower wasn't great, as it was never hot enough. I would stay again, if no other options available.

There was a construction site on the 3rd floor and the hotel gave a room exactly in the 3rd floor among all the other rooms. The receptionist didn't inform of the circumstances. There was no information at all except the notice in A4 in the elevator. However, the reality was even worse. The first thing in the 3rd floor was the extreme chemical smell, the grey protection carpet and no indication where to find the rooms! That was far below the class of any kind of commercial hotels. You cannot accommodate human beings in this kind of conditions! After a short complaint, the receptionist gave a room in a different floor immediately. Then why not giving the room from the beginning in the first place?!? As frequent business traveller, I expected some quality from the hotel chain! no smile or friendly greeting including the cleaning personnel...

Stayed a few nights after discharge from hospital while waiting to enter Kur. Staff was great understanding our needs and went overboard in assisting my wife and I. Morning buffet was well stocked and enjoyable. Dinner choices were somewhat limited but food was always great. We will consider this hotel again, hopefully under better conditions with regards to my health.

Gebuchte Zimmerkategorie war durch Fehlbuchung zwischen Expedia und Maritim nicht mehr vorhanden. Upgrade war nicht möglich, Erstattung für den „Downgrade“ ging auch nicht. Verantwortlich fühlte sich weder Maritim noch Expedia bzw. war bei Expedia keine Kontaktaufnahme möglich und Maritim verwies aber auf Expedia. So ist das Vertrauen für uns dahin und beim nächsten Mal buchen wir nur noch direkt…Schade!

Nice hotel that I have used in the past and will use in the future. When I have business in Frankfurt I prefer to stay in Bad Homburg, because it's quieter and you can reach the big city in 20 minutes.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, also ideal für einen Städtetrip. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. The hotel is next to a nice park and close to many shops; an excellent italian restaurant is across the street and the hotel restaurant was also great; the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was kind, patient and very professional and helpful; they heated gluten free bread for my friend every morning which was a nice and unexpected perk; the hotel staff was also very helpful and professional. We will definitely be returning in the future and would recommend this hotel without reservations; we visited the bar in the evening and the staff there was also excellent

Old style hotel with lots of surprises, nice and comfy room, quiet and peaceful feeling while staying, strong AC, nice bathroom, room is quite clean. The reception is very thoughtful giving me the room with bathtub as I requested. I would really recommend this hotel !

Stayed here so many times. However, you now have to pay a surcharge to use the sauna, and breakfast is now very expensive. Shame. Has become less easy to get adjoining rooms for families. Otherwise it’s a great hotel.
