We arrived to our room and bathroom was dirty. Papers, cream boxes everything. Glases dirty also, and 2 bottles opened. We ask for change in the room, of course they accept but gave us a little room

We had a wonderful stay at this wonderful spa-hotel. Breakfast is delicious with both fried and fresh vegetables along with fruit and a great variation of breads and pastries. The location is great - close to the city center yet with a quiet and comforting ambience. The fitness room is very well-equipped and includes towels, water and fruit. The spa includes several saunas (Regular, Infrared, and Steam), and a new, very chique outdoor sauna with one-way glass was being installed during our stay and will be a great experience. It looked like it could be used for intimate saunagus sessions too. Not sure it will be offered, though. The spa includes fruit, snacks, and water.

Super location central in Bade Baden. Brand new(ly) opened hotel with helpfull staff and good restaurant.

We stayed here for a quick 38 hour business trip. The first 20 hours I had no water in my room. I couldn’t even flush the toilet. After this we went down to the pool where the only thing what was working was the indoor pool. Upon checkout someone from a different room with my surname had somehow charged drinks to my room. Daniel there security guard on nights then went and collect two of the biggest blokes in the place to try and intimidate me into paying a bill that wasn’t mine. The computer screen clearly showed a different room number. After finally getting hold of the bar manager he confirmed that the drinks were not mine and the bill was changed although still being intimidated by three blokes all stood around me and my colleague. Such a shame the place has huge potential to be an amazing hotel but unfortunately not there yet.
