Pros Great location-it is right next to to a great walking trail (part of rails to trails). You can easily walk to two shopping plazas, lots of restaurants, fast food, 2 grocery stores etc. Cons they charge $10 a day for lot parking. This is less than 300 feet from a two shopping plazas with PLENTY of parking.

Check in was a disaster. Midnight crew was in training, I get that, the problem was fixed the following day. However how it was originally handled was not professional. 1. I was told I already checked in. 2. I was told they gave my reservation to another guest— yet under my name. 3. Check in took longer than 30 minutes just to give me a different room (at 1 am with no other customers is night). 4. They had credit cards and names all mixed in their system. 5. Staff clearly did not verify names with licenses or card on file. 6. I had to talk to and reach out to the manager on day shift instead of the other way around. Ensuring that I wasn’t paying for someone else’s stay. They did follow up through out the day which was appreciated. 7. Asked for additional conditioner as ours was out and never got it. Rooms were cleaned every other day or so which was nice. 8. Pool was nice but floors extremely wet with no great draining of the puddles. 9. Breakfast was decent.

First of all, front desk staff are impeccable - so very very nice and accommodating and friendly. Hotel is new, very nicely located in the Hyde Park area. So many restaurants and stores nearby just off the walking trail. Loved the pool in the hotel! Did my laps everyday. So clean and nice. Thumbs up for the free breakfast too!

Liked the pool for the kids. Breakfast was great. Lots of options and kitchen staff was very accommodating. Could not check in at 3pm. Room was not ready for various reasons given 1. Full the night before so taking a while to clean then 2.toilet in room overflowed with previous guest so had to wait for housekeeping to "freshen up".

The property is like brand new condition. The front desk staff is extra kind, nice, helpful. The ice machine on my floor didn’t work. I had to go onto another floor to get ice the entire stay (4 days). Housekeeping was a no show. There was no cleaning while I was there. Had to get cups and towels a the front desk. There is a Whole Foods in a large strip mall behind the hotel. As was a TjMax. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The free breakfast was just OK.

This location was prime for shopping with a shopping center right next door. The hotel was also right on a beautiful walking trail that went for miles. There were multiple dining options within walking distance & the hotel is newer and the rooms are beautiful. Only complaint is that it was obvious that my room was not vacuumed because I found someone else’s toenails on the floor :(

We have stayed here several times in the last year and a half. Housekeeping was terrible. We stayed three nights and they only refreshed the bathroom one time. The toilet seat was missing a screw and the window blind was broken. We informed the front desk of the issues after the first night and both items were not repaired before we checked out.

What we did not like about the place was the beds are extremely hard to the point that I’m not sure I could sleep there again. This is my second time staying there, but I don’t think I can do it again. The sink is absolutely ridiculous. how far back the faucet is so everything on the counter ends up wet. The coffee out front by the office is a wonderful feature but first they did not have decaf when we got there and then when they did, the creamers were so gunked up that it was hard to pump them out and we had to squeeze the bottle to get the hazelnut to come out. Not a big deal, but it’s an inconvenience when you’re there and you have no other options. But absolutely the bed was insanely hard.

This was a good stay for the night. The only negative was that the walls were very thin and you could hear every little noise made in the next room or in the hallways. But the Breakfast was fabulous this morning including slices of bacon, eggs, different bagel options, oatmeal, lucky charms cereal, and waffle maker with different toppings to add. We would highly recommend this hotel for the breakfast which makes the price of the room worth every penny.

Something was a little off at this hotel. Coffee tasted like hot water, no bottled water in room, shampoo and conditioner seemed watered down. Bed had hard spots.

The overnight lady was really nice and helpful to me but the desk lady in the morning was extremely rude. I asked for a 12PM check out and she refused to give it to me. Also I was overcharged for my room even though i paid everything up front.

Entry to the hotel is difficult without crossing over several lanes of busy traffic. I stayed two days . The first day I went for their hot breakfast only to find no hot breakfast items at 8:50am. When I arrived to check in at 3:00pm I was told my room was not ready. I was told to return iin 30-45 minutes. Again, this was inconvenient for us and not what I would expect from a Hilton property.

I liked that it was very clean and the staff that help with breakfast are very kind and friendly. The area isn’t bad but isn’t the best either I did have young children and we did just fine. The guy at the front desk wasn’t the nicest about us wearing socks to the pool. We forgot to bring shoes to wear down to the pool and he got upset about it I apologized for not having shoes and he didn’t even say anything after I said sorry.

I liked the property and the room. Breakfast was ok, although the lady that handles it was rather rude when I tried to use the same tongs for my sausage and eggs. She spoke to me like I was a child. The room was not ready when I arrived 15 minutes prior to 3pm (normal check in) and I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes until my room was complete. In the 5 nights I was there my bed was not changed or made, and I only had ONE day that my garbage and towels were done. My boss did use Expedia so it literally had me have to check in and out 3 times. I was promised yesterday morning my bed would be changed and the room cleaned. I was gone from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm. and I walked into an untouched room AGAIN. I was told housekeeping was already gone for the day. The gentleman at the front desk did bring me up clean towels. However, I am pretty sure I will never stay here again when I come in for business or pleasure. The room was not cheap, and the fact that I never got a room clean in 5 nights is despicable.
