As an overall observation, this hotel should not be a 5-star hotel. It is a 4-star and that is borderline given that it appears to be aging. On the positive side, the hotel staff was amazing, friendly, helpful and polite. Also very positive is the location of this hotel, so close to the Ploen Chit SkyTrain stop was also extremely convenient. But that is the end of the positive. The hotel is at a very busy and noisy area and the rooms are not well insulated to block the noise. During my 10-day stay there I changed three rooms on different floors and different sides and the noise from the street carries all the way up to the 29th floor. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you. Lastly, the hotel does not serve any alcohol or allows any alcohol on the premises at all. While the food at the restaurant is very good, it would have been nice to have the option to have a glass of wine or a beer with our dinner. No where did I see a disclosure that this is a "dry" hotel. I only have a glass of wine here or there, but when I am on vacation, I would like to have the choice to have a glass of wine with my dinner without having to leave the hotel premises.

The exceptional location made this a great place for walkable tourism. The facility was stylist yet comfortable with great amenities including a pool, wonderful spa treatments, and an outstanding daily breakfast buffet.

Great services especially in its onsite Spa, Let's relax. But I would recommend the management to consider offer some executive benefits, like lounge access or private gym or yoga sessions, especially considering this is a hotel located in the heart of the Thai business/financial district. Many people check in here are for business.

Good location, excellent accommodation and restaurant, not so good, water was luke warm, not good for a shower. My biggest issue was being told there was no bar or alcohol! This is not mentioned on their website, I'm sure that is done deliberately as this would put off many customers.

The rooms were a good size and lots of space in the apartment to gather in the evening. Rooms were clean, room service food was great. Only reason it did not get a 5 star rating was that there was no bar for a late night cap or drink in the building.

It was good everything was excellent the food was good everything the only problem underneath the bed they were roaches cockroach I killed about four roaches and I shown to front desk and they did they move me out of their room they give me another room but they didn't come to say nothing actually that I want to extend it for a few hours the last check out date and they told me that I had to pay 50% so about $60 I extra stay extended stand it for a few hours 60 to $75 extended for a few hours so I'm not satisfied and even though I'm going to call Expedia explain the situation how about what I found in the room my email Alberto Maya the number to@gmail.com my phone number 773-454-7576

We stayed in a 1 BR corner unit that had a small fully stocked kitchen including a washer. The pluses are the size of unit, could easily stay long term in needed. Short walk to BTS Ploenchit station and Embassy Mall. Comfortable bed, large bathtub plenty of closet space and a good-sized balcony. I did not like the wood blinds in BR let in too much light; blackout curtains would be better. I was disappointed with the room service breakfast, missing items and barely warm and more expensive than the other Centre Point locations.

Good location within walking distance to Phloen Chit BTS, Central Embassy, Central Chidlom & Dior Gold House. The staff are polite, friendly & helpful. The breakfast spread is good. The room is big & clean. The toilet is spacious, too. My only concerns are the water spray from the taps in the bathtub & shower cubicle are very weak. The hot water seems to be lukewarm.

The hotel is very dated stuck in the 1990's, rooms are very noisy from not only traffic but also the MRT. We stayed on the 17th floor and asked to be moved to a quieter room we were moved to the 29th floor and the noise from traffic was still awful, the hotel need to invest in secondary double glazing, we had a terrible nights sleep every night through out our stay to the point we considered moving to a different hotel and cutting our losses, the quality of food at the hotel restaurant was poor and expensive. The good points were a refreshed fridge every day with drinks and snacks, breakfast was average, but over all, very disappointed with this hotel considering its rated as 5 star property. found it quite odd the hotel does not sell Alcohol on the premises. unfortunately i would not stay again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would like to commend Trixie, a trainee, for her excellent customer service. She greeted us with a pleasant smile and truly showed great Thai hospitality. Seemed a little cheap for a 5 star hotel to push together two double beds instead of having a queen or king sized bed. I kept sleeping on the crack in between and it gave me a back ache the next morning. The communication for room service was atrocious. To have foreign guests have a hard time understanding that accent or for me to repeatedly have to say that I'm requesting an Aqua Panna still water is ridiculous. On top of that, they managed to run out of hamburgers. How do you run out of a hamburger on a room service menu at a 5 star hotel. I then complained to the front desk that seemed devoid of any guest experience manager. They told me I had to for the restaurant manager. The restaurant manager didn't even have the courage to face me and had the front desk staff just comp my room service breakfast. It's not about the money. It's about caring to actually try to become better. Such unprofessional behavior. I was even considering complaining to the general manager of the hotel but if their restaurant manager is any indication of service, no thanks. I won't ever stay there again

The hotel has wonderful service. We had a bit of a hiccup the night we checked in (our plane was delayed so we got in a bit late) - the room power didn't turn on and the staff just told us we put the keycard in wrongly - we didn't, all the power was out in the room, including the doorbell. Anyway he swapped rooms for us and we had no further issues. Staff on the second and third day were absolutely wonderful and made up for the poor service during check in. Staff on the final day assisted us in organising pickup/delivery of a package, and told us it was all part of the service. 100% will be coming back here again, it's walking distance to convenient trains, shopping and more importantly - really good food. Thank you!

Such a beautiful hotel! I would definitely love to stay here again while visiting Bangkok, location was perfect, so many malls and stores that are easy to get to by walking. It’s right off a major road which is convenient when getting transportation but only downfall is that road gets busy so sometimes it backs up depending on the time of day. The rooms are clean and comfortable! Staff are so welcoming and kind, room cleaning and replenishment was done every day as well. The gym had everything we needed, pool was a nice added touch as well! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

This hotel is close to BTS .. it’s about 5 minutes walk. I got upgraded to a corner room which was sweet.. overall, the hotel is great.. clean, comfortable, room with a kitchenette and washer which I didn’t use.. I really love their in-house spa on the 30th floor, would recommend to everyone you won’t be disappointed.. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast.. very crowded and the food variety isn’t that great ..
