Det var femte gången familjen stannade på detta utmärkta hotell. Denna gång hade vi lite otur att få ett rum där en av garderoberna luktade kraftigt rök. Personalen försökte spreja bort lukten. I badrummen så har de fortfarande tvågreppsblandare som man får skruva på rätt mycket. Men detta är små detaljer på ett i övrigt fantastiskt hotell med underbar pool, fint gym och ett mycket bra läge.

Meget bra beliggenhet vegg i vegg med Emporium kjøpesenter, og t bane system. Fint og stort basseng, samt alt du trenger av treningsutstyr. Helt ok frokost. Kun 2 fungerende heiser skapte mye kø og venting på heiser. Trapper kan ikke benyttes. 1 hels er under oppbygging, og ville være klar en gang i oktober. Alt i alt et godt opphold.

love staying at the Emporium Suites as the location is the best. Attached to a shopping center and next to a BTS station it is easy to get around and do some shopping or find a place to eat. It has also a top notch fitness area and very good swimming pool.

Big large room. Good view of Bangkok sky line. Large pool, but the baby pools was a little small. Breakfast was ok. The hotel is connected with a large shopping mall. The mall has a large food court but it’s expensive. There are not many restaurants in the area. The staff was very polite and friendly.

Ah, the good times. Before covid, I stayed here a lot and the standards have not left. Emporium is clean, cozy, and convenient. My room had an amazing view facing east, Sukhumvit. I was on the 38th floor. So easy and convenient to get to the BTS and around the city. The ONLY downside is the elevator can get congested and you might wait more than 5-10 minutes before an elevator comes. That said, I love this and cant wait to stay again.

We liked the location on Sukhumvit rd, close to the shopping centres. The staff were friendly. The pool looks although didnt get to use. Dislikes: This is not a 5 star property, room is looking tired, lifts, 3 of of, 1 not working the whole time are painfully slow and really make a big impact on enjoying your stay. The buffet breakfast is very small, very few options for a 5 star hotel. Especially considering all other 5 star hotels close by who are far more superior. For over $500 AUD for 2 nights there are so many better options close by. I wont be returning.

This location is prime. Easy access to sky train. Very convenient. Connect to 3 big malls. We can get everything so easily. Lots of choices in terms of food, such as food courts to top restaurants. I love its prime location. We stayed in the one bedroom so we had washing machine to use. My husband mentioned that their gym was in excellent condition with no equipment missing. The pool was gorgeous.

I always stay at Emporium Suites while in Bangkok. The location is excellent but this time they had construction on driveway entry and safety concern with ongoing traffic. Also, the elevators have also ways been slow and they only had two out of three working so no fun at all.

Awesome pool and really good gym. Breakfast buffet changes its selection daily which is good. Staff very efficient and friendly. Finally, cant beat the location, right on the BTS and the three emporia malls

建物が古いせいか、お風呂の水が止まらず、ずっとちょろちょろ出ていた。コーヒーのコップは、洗い残しがあった。グラブのアプリデビューで、使い方が不安で、フロントの方に聴いたら、日本語ができるかたで、丁寧におしえてくださって、無事タクシーにのることができたのは、本当にたすかった。両替もデパートの地階にあるし、交通の便もよいし、デパートは隣だし、上記2点以外は良かった。

A busy hotel connected to a big shopping mall and located on one of the main roads in Bangkok. Easy access to foods & transportation. We should receive a VIP access but not sure what that meant. We were told that we could drink up to one set of soft drinks free from the mini bar for our 2 night stay. Encountered a cockroach in the middle of the night in our kitchenette area on the first night. Tried to kill it but unsuccessful. Reported it to the hotel they graciously offered to change our room or do a “deep-clean”. We opted for the later as it would be too much to pack up and move again. Had al carte breakfast that wasn’t impressive. Asked for a soy latte only to be offered to mix hot soy milk with coffee by the waitress who couldn’t understand when I explained streamed milk in native Thai.

교통편이나 편의시설등은 좋아요. 편의점을가려면 좀 복잡하고 멀긴하지만. 하우스키핑서비스에 좀더 신경을 쓰면 좋을것 같아요. 외출후 돌아왔을때 청소상태가 그렇게 만족할 만한 수준은 아니였습니다.그외 호텔 내부 레이아웃이나 시설등은 만족할만합니다. 호텔 위치도 너무 좋구요.

Been staying at Emporium for over 15 years and slowly witnessing a decline in overall quality with the property getting much more expensive. This time we had a dead cockroach in the bathroom and a malfunction in the shower with no cold water in one of the bathrooms of the suites, No phone working in the second room, no equipment in the kitchen. All issues were handled promptly by the staff but this is a stark difference to previous stays.

全体的に老朽化しているものの、快適に過ごすことはできた。ただ、可動しているエレベーターが2機しかなく、時間帯によってはエレベーターを待つ時間がかなり長かった。また、近くのホテルのルーフトップバーの音楽がかなりうるさいので気になる人は眠れないかもしれない。

I would stay here again without hesitation. The size of our 3 bedroom suite was quite large and very comfortable for our family. Very clean and well kept. Just a little outdated but that didn’t bother me at all. Breakfast buffet was good. Location was central to where we spent our time and the connection to the BTS station was a benefit for us. When I liked best was the clothes washer in the one bedroom suite. The hotel is very centrally located to the skytrain and the staff was very helpful when I had trouble using the grab car service.

Location is extremely convenient and the service is lovely. As expected, Thai hospitality is exceptional. Rooms are clean but dated. Retro look is fine but an old bathroom vanity held together with excess epoxy is not appealing. Overall good value.

バンコクでの滞在は半月くらいしますが、毎回、エンポリHotelです。好きなお部屋を覚えていてくれてて、毎回、大満足です。スタッフのムラがなく、皆さま、アットホームで、最高です◎ 掃除のスタッフも、毎回、覚えていてくれていて、気配り最高です。特に、おばちゃんスタッフw 今回は、日本人スタッフがいなかったですが、タイ語が出来なくても、英語が出来れば、何の問題もありません。朝食も、美味しい、キレイ◎ プロンポン駅直結で便利◎ エンポリのスーパーで、買い物して、荷物が多すぎて、部屋まで、デリバリーしてくれて、冷蔵庫の中まで入れてくれたのには、びっくりしました◎ バンコクで1番大好きなHotelです。毎回、ありがとうございます。今回も、大満足♡でした。

My stay started off terrible but improved. I had emailed and asked a ton of questions before booking the hotel. I arrived late at night bevause of my flight arrival time. They knew of my arrival time. When I get there Iwas assigned a room on the 35th floor. I noticed the elevator was painfully slow and without air conditoning. As the doors open off the elevator I notice the strong stench of ciggerette smoke. I then open the room and it stinks of ciggerettes. I wont even put my things down and proceeed back to the elevator area and wait 7 minutes for an elevator because only 2 of the 3 are working. It turns out they neglected to mention in my numerous questions about any remodeling going on that the elevators are being replaced until October 2024. I go back down exhausted and sweaty and the front desk attendant informs me they no longer have any of the room type I booked except smoking rooms. Am I offered a complimentary upgrade ? Of course not. I am offfered a down grade for the same price. I agree to sleep there one night as it was late and my reservation was for a week but said I wouldn't stay there the full week. I was assured not a problem and talk to the front desk in the morning. It was a problem and I had to argue and I lost the entire next day having to argue why they needed to move me..Its not 5 star service. I had numerous service issues the entire stay. The concierge will not help you with anything relevant. Housekeeping is good. Location good. Service not good.

This is the best hotel for all visitors, single and with family. Easy access to BTS sky train (less than 3 minute walk to Phrompong BTS), shopping (elevator/escalator from hotel door to Emporium shopping complex), car park (basement level), restaurants (multiple choices within walking distance).
